My twin daughters have been going here for years and the staff has been extremely wonderful nice and my girls love them. Very detailed and always helpful. We recommend them all the time

We went in for a second opinion as the first dentist we had seen elsewhere did not take the time to explain my sons needed treatment. My son is 5 and needed several items done, the Dentist Sat down walked us through the treatment and even explained what she did and didnt agree with from the previous place. I really appreciate her and her team they were kind, courteous and very informative

I love catching up with my hygienist every time I come. I feel so welcome at this office. The dentist made a 3 step treatment plan and wasn’t pushy at all. A third person walked me through the cost and how insurance helped (or didn’t). She also gave me a good plan on how to time my treatment plan steps to get the most out of my insurance.

Since the day I walked into this office, we have been given professional services. The office staff is so nice and friendly and my daughters’ treatment for braces has been very educating and pleasant. Also, the payment plan for braces is affordable, and she loves doing all the color changes. I’m so glad we stopped in to this office, I would pass it every day on my route going home and never thought to check with them. I am so glad I did.

My emergency tooth removal and bone graft want so well! The entire staff were five star personal, professional and compassionate. I am a new patient and was accepted immediately. The registrationonline was seamless. I felt confidence during the entire process. Dr. Lopez is experienced with a zeal for her profession. I am looking forward to a long time relationship with this office.

I dont even know where to begin. You know they say first impression matters a lot and I wont lie to you, from my very first day visiting here, Dr Molcut and her staff made me feel comfortable. She very well understood that any tooth care process could be extremely painful and she shows this in the way she takes care of you. I had a great experience! 4 stars because the wait time was a bit longer than expected, but that is probably my fault because I did not do my paperwork online ahead of my appointment. The staff is super friendly and I felt very at home during my first visit. I like that they explained everything to me very thoroughly. I will definitely be going back!

Had a filling fall out. This filling was done by another dentist at least 10 years ago. Called the office and they got me in the same day so the dentist could evaluate the situation. It was comforting to learn it was nothing serious and I was in no pain. They will just replace the missing filling. The office staff, technicians and dentist have always been professional and friendly.

I am absolutely terrified of the dentist. I went in with an extremely bad toothache. I explained my fear and symptoms. The assistant actually relayed everything exactly as I told her to the doctor. We were all laughing. It was the most pleasant experience. I highly recommend this team!

Never go here. I have a tooth that is hollowed out with an exposed nerve that is causing my blood pressure to be high which damages my heart and after being poked at, my pain level was a 9 out of 10. I informed Dr. Lopez that I take 4 ITC ibuprofen (800mg) every 4-6 hours for pain and Aleve 500 mg and what does she prescribe me for pain? 600mg Ibuprofen and 500 mg acetaminophen. She prescribed me exactly what I already take except a lower dosage and the prescription costs more than the over the counter meds that I already have and take! She allows her personal opinion to supersede her duty as a healthcare professional and the Hippocratic Oath is totally lost on this “doctor.” I will be seeking an attorney and reporting to the medical board because my jaw dropped that she lowered the milligrams on meds I ALREADY TAKE and expected me to pay more for them as I walk out of there in pain so extreme that I was on the verge of passing out. What a completely dehumanizing experience and she lacks compassion, sympathy, and the intention to actually reduce pain (and instead increases it).

I was looking for a Dental place near me and found Rowlett Family Dentistry & Orthodontist, went to their website and popped up a msg box.. I messaged them on some dental work needed and the response was so quick and so easy! Had my consult today and they were extremely quick very friendly, loved their recommendations their pricing everything about this Dentistry was more than what I expected! I definitely will be coming back for dental work and cleanings from now on, I will also recommend friends and family. Thank you guys, see you soon.

I LOVVVVEEEEE THIS DENTISTRY! I previously went to a well known dentistry and it was a complete waste of time! They only knew how to be flashy. Prior to my visit at Rowlett family, I suffered from dentophobia. I was TERRIFIED of the dentist and avoided it for YEARS! So naturally coming here I was still afraid but ready to get my teeth in better condition. The attention to my fear all while completing the work I need done has been EXTREMELY AMAZING! I feel safe and that they care when I visit. They are familiar with EVERYONE that comes so that means they have built a personal relationship with everyone they encounter! I am 44 years old and have written maybe 10 reviews my whole life. But had to write one about this place. The staff is amazing. They are the friendliest staff I have ever encountered. They defiantly dont treat you like just a number. When I would mess up something by not listening to their instructions they didnt once seem inconvenienced about fixing it. The Doctor was amazing. Barely felt anything during the process. The dental assistant was also very nice and patient and really knew what she was doing. From the nice people at the front desk to Doctors it was a overall great experience. Defiantly would and have recommended this place.

What can I say about this dentist? Well my experience started with Kristin at the front desk. She was amazing from the very beginning. Always trying to get me in as needed. Answering any and all questions I have. Shes just great! Then I saw Dr. Molcut. Also very amazing. Awesome bedside manner, always making sure nothing is uncomfortable, and always helpful in anyway possible. All of the staff have been super friendly and non-judgmental. For someone like me who has bad teeth, that makes all the difference.i would recommend all of them 10 times over!

I had my first visit this past week and it was a great experience. The hygienist Marisa is amazing and did the best job Ive ever had on my cleaning. Dr. Elsaie was very detailed on my oral care and did what is best for me. I have found my new dental home. I highly recommend this office. I’m extremely annoyed. I called last Thursday to make an appointment to see ortho Monday morning @7:30. Sunday night I’m looking for this place to see how far the drive is and I notice the business hours and that they’re closed Monday’s. I call their number but to the emergency line and whoever picked up was incredibly rude and hung up on me cause it wasn’t considered a “dental emergency” and she didn’t even let me explain what I needed.

My first visit ever to Rowlett Family Dentistry was this month for a teeth cleaning. I was warmly greeted by the office manager, Elizabeth, upon my arrival. I was totally impressed with being taken back immediately, with no waiting period! The dental hygienist, Ashley, was amazing. She was extremely professional, caring and knowledgeable. Im always nervous about dental visits, but she made me completely comfortable and my teeth felt great when I left!!! Best cleaning experience ever!!

Just went here for my first time as my wife and I recently moved to Rowlett. The staff was really nice and helpful. I didnt have to wait very long on my appointment at all. They got me back very quickly and started helping me go over some options for my cleaning. They were quite thorough and overall I feel they did an excellent job.

Scheduled an appointment for my niece for this Saturday March 17th. At time of scheduling I was told the new patient special included cleaning, exam & X ray for $99. I was extremely happy because she doesnt have insurance and just moved to TX. Well low and behold I received a call from Melissa a day before my niece appointment advising me the special did not include the cleaning. I asked if they were going to honor the services that I was informed at when scheduling the payment and she said no. This is very unfair and I had stop searching for a dentist. I cancelled my appointment I had scheduled this month.

Dr Elsaie is a wonderful, caring, considerate, and wise dentist. She does a thorough exam and will explain to you exactly what you need to do when you get home to continue to care for your teeth. She avoids recommending or putting in your mouth anything that is man-made or that might prove harmful to your health. LOVE her! My hygienist, Marissa is just as wonderful and professional. She took notes (unprompted) on what Dr Elsaie recommended for my oral care. Wow! Who does that? My hygienist at Rowlett Family Dentistry that’s who. Marissa is patient & has a gentle touch. New for me, I actually look forward to my next visit because of the care I received from the staff. HIGHLY recommend this place.

The staff are friendly, however I was incredibly annoyed to have called, made an appointment, got a reminder for the appointment, showed up, and all they could do was X-Rays and see the dentist for about 30 seconds because they didnt have a hygienist on staff that day. I get paid hourly and lost out on 3 hours of work only to have to do it again (leave work early) when a hygienist is there. Unprofessional to assume that your patients time doesnt matter. Why are appointments even accepted unless a hygienist is there or there is a clear reason for the visit outside of a regular routine checkup?
