Very nice and professional. I only needed a window glass cut but my experience was great. I know were to go now if I need glass, windows, or screens and I recommend Bills Glass.

Our front window frame has three windows and only one of them worked. The other two were too tight, almost impossible to open and close. Yesterday, I contacted Bills Glass and screen after reading reviews from here. David and Albin came today and they fixed all the windows in the frame beautifully. It took less than 30 minutes. Our 3 year long problem was disappeared. Plus, they told me how to keep the windows operate smooth. Very nice of them.

They arrived as scheduled and did a great job on the window. Service was quick and they also fixed another wiggly pane for free. The repair tech was very friendly and skilled.

Very disappointed in this company. First I asked for a quote of kitchen and bathroom windows needing to be repaired. Got quote for both, well the bathroom was not in our budget at the time, to replace, but we could do the kitchen window. I sent email, he gave quote, then and on March 15th, I accepted the quote for the kitchen. Well March 26th rolls around and I hadnt heard anything, so I reach out again and David asks for my address to come measure, I gave it to him and he came out on Friday March 30th, I was then told its takes 3-5 days to order and then we would set up an installation time...... Well that NEVER happened, NEVER heard from him again, and I should not have to be the one that contacts them. Every. Single. Time. Gave them benefit of the doubt, but here it is May 9, and still never heard from them!!!!!! Yeah 3-5 days, is bs!! Its ok Ive actually got a reliable company fixing both our windows, that I contacted today, and were very prompt! Bills Glass if thats how you do business and treat your customers, you should be ashamed! (And yes I have email, conversations that prove this, if you would like me to send)
