Outstanding in every respect. Entrusted him with a dozen 8mm reels from the 1970s plus VHS and cassette tapes from the 80s and 90s to digitize. End result was nearly 4 hours of video in a single file, plus individual files for the VHS and cassettes. I could not have expected a better outcome. Chris is very responsive and professional. He went above and beyond in transferring over a dozen tapes to a thumb drive for me. He took the initiative to rework one tape that had poor quality. For some reason one tape had audio in only one speaker and he again took the initiative to add audio to the second speaker. All of this extra time and work with no request for additional paymenet.

I hired the gentleman at Mays Media to copy some VHS tapes from the 80s onto a DVD for us. Not only was he kind and courteous, he offered an array of options for storing our VHS tapes. The dropoff service was convenient. His communication was timely. The turnaround was quick! He had our order ready within two days! Not only was he expediant with our order, but his work was exemplary considering the poor condition of the tapes. The DVD has a main menu, an attractive design, and came in a compact plastic case. The video quality was much more than we had hoped. We couldnt be more pleased with the work he has done for us. Mr. Mays offers other services that we plan on taking advantage of. Please consider this local merchant before going to big chains!

Chris is the Video Transfer master! Having many different formats from my kids childhoods I brought them in to be digitized and he was able to do them all. I was really surprised at how good they looked after all these years.

My first experience with MaysMedia was when my 89 year old mother had her retirement party VHS tape “eaten” by her VHS player. Chris was able to repair the tape and make a DVD copy of the retirement party for my mother. My mother proceeded to damage the DVD the first time she attempted to play it. I had a nice experience with Chris who transferred my VHS tapes and cassettes into DVD form. The price was reasonable and probably better than most places offer.The time it took was what I expected, about 2-3 weeks. I had around 9-10 tapes. He did a good job organizing the DVDs and they were separated into chapters so it was easy to watch certain scenes from the videos. Some of my DVDs were off in the audio syncing. I had fairly old VHS tapes so I dont attribute it to the video transfer and I also realize that some of my VHS tapes were copies.I found it easy to contact him if I had any questions or concerns. I would go to him again for a video transfer.

First they added custom music soundtracks to my sons sports highlight videos from camcorder, and then posted them to YouTube for us! We are very happy with the results, and highly recommend Mays Media!
