Coach Shane is legit. I trained under him a few years ago, and now both my son (12) and daughter (10) are training with him. He builds their confidence by ensuring there is daily sparring, and ensuring the higher belts not only get their reps against each other, but can pair off with lower levels to help them improve their skills. Coach is all about respect, practice, and reps. He breaks down the moves step by step, with repeated repetitions and understanding checks before pairing you off for practice, guiding you the whole way, ensuring a safe and beneficial experience.

Great people, great place! If you’re looking for a jiujitsu family, this is it. I have 3 kids that train with Shane and he is always on the mats with the classes. He puts in 100% all the time.

You cannot go wrong when you choose True Jiu Jitsu. Coach Shane is amazing. Very personable and technical. He develops a strong relationship with each of his students and ensures that they execute techniques with perfect form down to the most minute details. The athletes are truly wonderful. Great group of people that will both challenge you and make you laugh. I cant say enough good things about this gym.
