Everyone was nice and helpful from the time I walked in the door. They were fast and got me out of there quickly. Great place and very efficient. Will continue to use them for all my diagnostic needs.

ARA Diagnostics was a great place the staff were friendly and the wait time was fast very clean place follows covid 19 procedures to keep everyone safe.

I had a great experience of going to ARA round rock location tonight. We had 10 p:m appointment but we reached there 15 minutes early and thankfully the patient ahead of us was just left and the technician prepared the room quickly.The front desk lady was very nice and helpful, and ultrasound technician was wonderful. She went beyond her scope of work to make us feel comfortable.Thank you very ladies.

The medical professionals are great. The front desk, not so much. They told me to sign a form acknowledging my insurance might not cover the procedure, despite it being two weeks after it was scheduled and sending a text the day before that I would owe my co-pay. When I questioned it, they told me the form just allowed them to bill my insurance, which was patently untrue. Im lucky that I didnt have to make a choice. But someone who isnt as lucky might very well be faced with an impossible one.

The staff are very friendly and they take care of you in a timely matter, you are taken care of from the whole staff . I recommend this location..

This place said I had to wait in the car as a driver for my mothers 2 hour long test. Meanwhile, familys are sitting together in the waiting room which was 80% empty. A couple weeks ago I was able to sit in the waiting room here just fine. We are both masked and vaccinated. This place lost their mind.

Great experience. Recently had to have an early morning brain MRI. The two front desk gentleman, Javier and Brian were friendly, helpful and made my morning. Some workers at that hour are grumpy and unwelcoming, but they treated all customers who entered the facility with a smile and a greeting. Tim who performed my MRI did a wonderful job of putting me at ease and walking me through each step of the procedure. I really appreciated all three of those gentleman. This visit was much better than the last visit when my wait time was well over an hour. Thanks guys.

From the time I walked in until the time I left, everyone in each step of the check in process was very cordial. My wait time was very minimal before they called me back. I was greeted by an EMT who directed me to the dressing room, then he escorted me to the area where my CT scan was done. The CT scan technologist was very nice and told me exactly what to expect. Ive been coming to ARA for many years and most everyone is very polite and helpful.

The best experience I had since I been going to ARA. The staff members was great. I wasnt there very log and I had two appointments.

Going to get an MRI is not a fun experience but ARA was great. The gentleman at the front desk was nice and helpful. I needed something simple explained twice (one reason I need an MRI!) and they were very patient. The technician was kind and fun and they even cover you up with a warm blanket. I really appreciate they went above and beyond.

This was my first visit for an MRI with this company and, I visited in the evening. The staff member attempted to argue with me several times, literally, about getting the contrast with the MRI. Then, he attempted to explain the benefits of it and if he was a medical doctor, even though I communicated concerns of an allergic reaction. He just kept going and appeared to get irritated and then, he abruptly walked out. This is not acceptable as this is between me and my doctor. Very, very unprofessional. Then, they attempted to tell me the sedation worked better if you lay down and dont get on your phone and then, the guy waited in the room, watching me to see if I was going to lay down or touch my phone. Really odd. Not that I was intending to use my phone but, this is a bit much. The interaction with the staff made the entire experience more stressful and quite uncomfortable. This was surely a last visit. Poor people skills.

No waiting. I chose after hours appt. 6:30. Other patients were spaced out timely to fill paperwork and be taken back for procedure. All very safe!

I highly recommend ARAs Round Rock location for all you diagnostic imaging needs because the staff who conduct your testing take their time and make sure they do a good job. They are very knowledgeable, they treat you with respect, and the best part is they treat you like a person and make you feel like your health is their top priority and youre NOT just a number that they just have to process through a system.

This ARA location has the best staff! From checkin to checkout, I always experience total efficiency, professionalism, and kindness.

I had a hard time with keeping water in for the sonogram. They were kind enough to reschedule me for later in the afternoon. I was still feeling awful and struggling with the water intake for the sonogram. They were kind and gave me water and let me sit until I was able to have a successful sonogram done. They went out of their way to help me and i appreciate it.

My experience with ARA was great, checked in quickly and taken to my exam with explanation of everything that would take place for my imaging. Serena had great customer service and very attentive. I would come to ARA for any other services.

ARA is top notch. Check in/out was super easy. Clean facility and great customer service. Brenda was my nurse and did an outstanding job. She was kind, funny and caring. She went out of her way to make sure my short stay was as comfortable as possible. Excellent experience and I would highly recommend them!

The staff was very friendly. I had to get an MRI and some X-Rays. I had to cancel due to COVID and they rescheduled me without any issues. I would definitely use them again.I am still waiting to see, they said my insurance wasnt going to require me to pay anything. This is the one thing that has me nervous. Its never been the case where I had 0 out of pocket expenses with BCBS. So if this was incorrect I guess it may change my overall satisfaction if they were very wrong.

Everything was excellent, the attention, the treatment. I am very satisfied with how well they do their job

Jennifer is fantastic. She was my tech last year as well and she makes the terrible experience of a mammogram as good as possible. I had a bad experience a couple of years ago. She was so memorable last year that I immediately remembered her this time. She is so good at not hurting me during this process. Thank you!

Their check-in policy left a lot to be desired. The digital system was not working, so when I went to the front door, I was shewed outside and said someone would be with me. The communication was very poor on any type of instructions to the patient. Elderly people had to stand outside to wait. The scanning procedure also was done with little instruction or explanation. The Cedar Park location is much better organized and helpful.

The entire staff was so incredibly kind and welcoming! I was a little nervous going in, but they all put my fears at ease. They were kind of enough to take me like 20 minutes before my actual appointment and explained the entire process beforehand. Would highly recommend! Thank you all again for your hospitality and kindness!

Overall good experience. When I was calling to schedule an appointment, I talked to very nice and patient lady. Then checking-in and paperwork were quick and easy. The doctor was friendly and explained the process during the procedure. After procedure I had to wait for my husband to pick me up and enjoyed the large waiting area. The long waiting time when calling to schedule appointment is the only problem, but the good experience outweighed this.

Two and a half weeks later my insurance still hasnt received pre certification paperwork from these guys for MRI. Hopefully there are other MRI diagnostic imaging options in the area.Most likely they are just busy and understaffed.

I have been to the ARA in Round Rock several times through the years and my experience has never been anything but fantastic. I wish more places had the customer service like what I have experienced EVERY time I have been there!

I would say it depends who you get. I love the round rock location much more than like the south Austin one. Cedar park was pretty good also. I feel like round rock’s front desk peeps are fun and friendly. I liked my X-ray techs there. I have had mris done that were amazing here and not awesome but wearing a mask SUCKS while in an mri. I think they should let you pull it down while in the machine and then disinfect when you get out. It’s already a claustrophobic experience for me.

5 stars! I went in for a sensitive procedure and my technician, Jeri, was FANTASTIC. She truly made an uncomfortable exam painless and quick.Scheduling was very easy, check in was a breeze. The waiting area was very crowded but plenty of seating and prompt staff.If you need radiology exams, make ARA your first stop. Thank you again, Jeri, you a true gem to the ARA crew.

This place has it together! Staff was personable and professional. Got in on time for my screening mammogram appointment and was out within 30 minutes. I’m a retired x-ray technologist myself and have worked in a variety of medical settings. I know what’s involved. Great job guys. Thank you!

I had an MRI today and it could not have been easier. The in-car text-to-check-in process is great. All in all I waited maybe five minutes from the time I pulled into the parking lot to the time I was going back for my MRI. Fast, easy, clean, safe. So happy I didnt do this at a hospital.

The employees here were so friendly from the front desk staff to the technicians in the back. I was nervous about my procedure but while checking in at the desk the lady that helped me (I cant recall her name, I apologize; she had short blonde hair) was so friendly it calmed my nerves. Then when I was called back a gentleman who put in my IV was also very kind and his demeanor was calm which helped me to relax a bit.I called the next day to request my report and a gentleman answered the phone and he too was so nice! Now I understand why there are so many reviews discussing the friendliness of staff here because they truly are! Ive been to three other ARA locations and honestly, I have yet to have a bad experience at any of them yet. Im glad Im able to go here because Ive had so many MRIs, Ultrasounds, CT scans etc. in the last 2 years its really made the experience less daunting.

I have gone to ARA for most all of my testing. The people are helpful and considerate. The centers are all clean and organized. I see people cleaning continually as patients come in and leave. I really don’t like going anywhere else. A plus is that all of my tests are in one place for comparison.

ARA Diagnostic Imaging at Rock Creek Plaza is a great imaging center. All your needs will be met and all questions will be answered. The lady that did my mammogram- imaging was very gentle. She explained everything she was going do before hand. All staff members are helpful and very professional from the time you walk through the door all the way to the back. And the safety procedures in place during COVID are great!

Five stars on cleanliness, run as a medical facility with thoughtful consideration durning the time of CoVid-19. Consideration and sanitation included separate pen holders for filling in forms. One marked sanitized pens(patient to fill in forms), the other marked need sanitized pens ( patient to place used pens.) Ive not seen this elsewhere. Someone has really taken time to consider the vulnerability of those coming in for testing/imaging. Sometimes the small things make one feel they are in good hands.

Super fast, system. I was in and out in no time at all. I had no idea what to expect and was pleasantly surprised. The staff is knowledgeable and their system is efficient. I highly recommend.

I had an appointment. I got 2 reminders from them one of which was 40 minutes prior to the appointment. I got there 10 minutes prior to my appointment. I filled out forms and got checked in. I waited. When I did not get called for 30 minutes I went up and checked at the front desk. It is only then they told me the technician was not there and my appointment was cancelled.So I lost half a day having taken time off work. A manager came out and told me that they had left me a message at a phone number that I was no longer using. Why were they sending me these reminders about my appointment, one 40 min prior to my appointment? Why did they check me in?They gave me another appointment 5 weeks out making no effort whatsoever to find an earlier appointment for me. Complete and total lack of concern for what I went through. I sent a message to their help desk regarding my troubles, no response.They take their patients for granted.

I met with four individual staffing members, including screening, reception and 2 imaging technicians--all were efficient, courteous, and friendly. I didnt have a scheduled appointment but, was in and out in under 20 minutes! Highly recommend ARA, Round Rock.

ARA did a great job on my testing. The front office was being constantly cleaned, everyone wore a mask, and all the personnel were friendly. The technician that did my test was very efficient, kind, and explained in detail everything that was happening during my test. I highly recommend ARA for all imaging needs.

Extremely friendly staff starting with the scheduler all the way through the MRI. I was pretty nervous but all of the staff kept me calm and it was over before I knew it!! If I ever have to have another MRI Im going back to this exact location and ask for the exact techs that I worked with. They were awesome!!

Came in for an MRI. First one I have ever had. Front desk was friendly! Amanda my MRI tech was very nice. She had someone help her put in my IV and she was a very sweet lady I just cant remember her name. They both made me feel very at ease and cared for. I had to have a MRI of my brain. I am claustrophobic and was very nervous. I walked into smiling ladies that helped me take care of my payment and paperwork. Steven then took me back, did my IV and took it out. He was very pleasant and told me exactly what was going to happen. Brian the MRI technician was WONDERFUL! He knew I was nervous and made me laugh and told me how long things would last, made sure I was comfortable, made sure to tell me what was needed of me and let me sit a second when I was dizzy after. Overall fantastic experience.

I got my first MRI at the ARA on North Mays in Round Rock. I was extremely nervous about the whole thing. My nurse Deborah walked me through everything that was going to happen, showed me the machine and was so kind. They do their absolute best to make you comfortable including providing earplugs and WARMED BLANKETS. I will definitely choose this location for future imaging needs.

As a 93 year old with mobility issues, found entire process excellent, especially check in and diagnostic testor.

This office is super organized. I got a text message to check in online when I arrived at the parking lot. Another text message then came to instruct me to go into the center. The check in required a tag, but did not require a temperature check. All staff is friendly and knows what they are doing. Overall, the staff is very efficient. I highly recommend this center.

This was my third visit to a ARA. They are always very professional and friendly. They always explain the procedure in detail so you understand what’s going to happen before they start. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
