Great customer service

The coasters I ordered are great. However, the reason I was moved to write a review is due to the excellent customer service I received. My package was marked delivered, but it was not in my mailbox. I emailed Etch N Press and received a response almost immediately. They reached out to USPS and worked with me to ensure I received my package. My experience as a customer could not have been better.

High quality! I loved how smooth my name came out on my travel mug. Love it! I will most likely order again.

These guys rock. Quick turnaround and good communication. I got custom yetis for all my groomsmen and they were ready within a couple days, whereas if Id gotten them from Yeti it would have taken several weeks.
