I find the office and dock staff here so very helpful and interested in getting my products delivered on time and with care, starting with the initial phone call letting me know freight has arrived and available for will call. Rarely, has anything ever been damaged or missing. However, my favorite overall experience is the friendly and attentive forklift drivers who load crates on my transport vehicle. These fellas are well trained and demonstrate the best manners; infact, some remember me personally which kind of blows my mind. Thank you FedX for your years of pride and in understanding what it takes to keep customers happy. This has been my experience.

$70 OVERNIGHT fee; item due on 02/24. Shipped from CO to Ft. Worth on 02/23. Shipped to Oakland CA on 02/24. Oakland to Tracy, CA to Stockton, CA to Oakland. 03/02 shipped to Ft. Worth. AGAIN!!! Still no package.

Simple and friendly. Pull up to the gate, press the button and provide tracking number. I was in and out in under 5 minutes.

Took some time but they were able to deliver the day the tracking promised.

Everyone was very polite, didnt mind that I showed up with a car full of boxes that had to be put on a pallet. Great place!

Could they make it more difficult to pick up shipments. Its like they are storing gold here or military secrets. They dont even have signs to inform first timers how this nonesen works.

I was confused when I first got there I didnt know where to enter but once I got in the man that came out to load my package was quite friendly and helpful got right to it and got it done.

Wouldnt deliver time sensitive pallet to a residential address. Had to pick up again for the second time.

You push the call button to get let in and nothing happens. They dont respect your time

Not for small packages, they do not accept express or ground packages. For package drop off, you need to take it to FedEx kinkos, there is one on Louis Henna in Round Rock or you can go north to Georgetown in the Wolf Ranch shopping center.
