The therapists are amazing but the 2 draw backs are the business office and that they change therapists of your children almost weekly so I pick up my child upset on days when there is another change in the line up. I gave them the 3 stars because of the business office staff, she deserves 1 star but the therapists are 5 stars.

You stand outside for 10 minutes waiting for the therapist. They change the therapists all the time and Shannon in billing is a nightmare.

CAC has been so amazing with our son and we have seen so much progress in the 5 months that he has attended. If you suspect your child is autistic, give them a call to start the screening process. Many parents dont know where to start and CAC made it so easy for us to navigate with our insurance company. Our son loves going to school and he has felt comfortable with all of his analysts. We are in constant communication with his team and able to communicate any concerns freely and know that they are being heard. My only complaint is that billing has sent us incorrect invoices that we find out are incorrect after weve already paid. So weve had a few surprise balances after we had already budgeted the original amount.

Cannot tell you how amazing this place and staff is!! I DO NOT trust my lil boy with many at all but he loves it there and it shows!! He is already changing and we have been there a month. BIG answered prayer for our family!Do not make the mistake of trying any other school in Round Rock for ABA needs!! CAC is the best!!! ❤❤❤

This is a valuable center that truly supports Kids with Autism with a caring director and staff. They do a baseline, set goals, and I have seen progress with my child.

Our child was diagnosed by RRISD with ASD but we are searching for a true medical diagnosis so that we can qualify him for ABA therapy. We called CAC and made an appointment to do a tour with the director on Presidents Day. We did so, and filled out informational paperwork, giving her our insurance information. She told us she would verify our insurance and call us within a couple of days. NEVER HEARD a WORD. I called back on Monday the 20th and was told that the Director said she would call me back in 10 minutes. NEVER HEARD BACK.Its bad enough to get the devastating news that your child is Autistic. But to be completely dismissed by a service provider, when you are trying to get help for your child, is inexcusable.
