I was taking care of by a manager name Adriana. Id have to say with the special order that I had that she was able to help me faster and better than any other Home Depot Ive been to. I definitely be going back here!!

We hired Blue Diamond for a major interior remodel. Their project managers were extremely inattentive, frequently not supervising the work and not giving instructions to subs, and their workers and subs did poor quality work. When we were dissatisfied with the quality, instead of repairing the shoddy installations under warranty they offered us a discount in exchange for signing a settlement agreement which would relinquish our rights to posting negative reviews online. They appeared to have this agreement readily available as a form-letter as it was quickly sent to us when we started sending complaints. You may wish to consider that fact when looking at the total negative and positive reviews you can find on this company.

Blue Diamond did an amazing job of helping bring my dream kitchen to life. By the time it was done, it was exactly what I had in my mind for years. They listen, pay attention to what you want and are very easy to work with. Maxwell and his team are really great and I look forward to working with them again on a few more projects we need done!

My dad and I worked with Richard to remodel my home a year ago. it was great to have his experience and perspective. He truly felt like a partner in the project, not a vendor. And their resources and the craftsmanship of their workers was incredible. Id highly recommend them for your next project.

They did a great job.Since we are renting, they installed blinds in the house that were not ordered through them, but from another source. They made sure that everything fit and was done properly.When I ran into a couple of issues with the blinds afterward, I called them, and they came back the next morning first thing and figured out all of the problems and made sure that everything was working properly.They were also very friendly and helpful in our communications. Maxwell was the person that I communicated with, and he was very friendly and helpful.I would recommend them for blinds, and based on their quality of service and excellence in communication, I would recommend them for any other services that they provide.

We contacted Blue Diamond for a bathroom remodel and they were great to work with and did an super job. From the beginning, Richard gave us some valuable design input that we decided to go forward with. Also, Elizabeth Fletcher gave us input on colors and materials. Naturally we were overwhelmed with all the choices and she was thorough and easy to work with. The work crews were all considerate, kind, professional and thorough. Maxwell was patient with us when we had a few minor changes and additions to the project. We are very pleased with how our beautiful bathroom turned out.

We are grateful to have found Blue Diamond for a shower remodel. They came to us not only highly recommended by a realtor friend but also by “Best of the Best listing” and by “”Houzz” Our former shower was constructed poorly by another company and as a result, we had ugly uplifted tiles and a termite invasion. Blue Diamond understood the need to start and complete the remodel in a timely manner. We were informed each step of the way and so we knew what to expect. Maxwell was attentive to the process and made sure to give us quality construction. I had an idea of the design that i wanted which Dawne and Cody helped to create and integrate into the rest of the bathroom. We now have a beautiful walk in shower that we just love!

Blue Diamond was great. They fixed a plumbing leak in our ceiling same day and came out on the weekend to patch the drywall from the plumbing repair. I felt like they went the extra mile to provide great customer service. Will use them again.

Im not trusting these ten perfect 5.0 star reviews one bit. I called for an estimate a while back and was told, very rudely, that they dont give estimates for work under $10,000. After reading the reviews on another site, the bad ones give enough detail that will turn you off. The response from the owner makes it worse. Very irresponsible. I did a search and found theres at least one case where a customer tried to get money back to the tune of around 23k. Thats a lot of money. Why not just do the work the right way and stop swindling people with bad contracts? Grown folks should know better. Dont worry, I wont tell anyone. EDIT/RESPONSE TO OWNER: I never got past the phone call, never gave my name. Just sharing my experience in this review.

Most excellent! Blue Diamonds ability to work with us with all our idiosyncrasies and inexperience was very welcomed. Their transparency with costs, scheduling, sub-contractors, city inspections, and permits, gave us a huge amount of confidence. Their ability to incorporate our changes was relatively seamless. Also, their focus on communicating via email, text, or phone calls, kept us current on the issues that occurred during our remodel. All in all, they were excellent and are working on other projects with our family.

Blue Diamond helped us with some interior work (new kitchen back splash, pendant lights and ceiling fans), convert our garage into a living room, office and mudroom and build a new utility room and carport. There were hiccups throughout, but ownership/management was responsive to feedback and resolved issues to ensure the finished project was in line with the contract and our standards. We are very happy with the end result.Pros: professional, timely communication, knowledgeable management, friendly staff/subcontractors, came in on budget.Cons: project took 3x longer than quoted, lackluster project management.

A little more than 2 years ago Blue Diamond did an extensive master bath remodel for us. The work was excellent and and we were extremely satisfied with the results.I almost never write reviews, so I didnt write one at that time. Then, a few weeks ago we had a problem and I called Maxwell Rucker at Blue Diamond about it. Even though its been more than 2 years, he came immediately to assess the problem. Maxwell determined a mistake had been made by one of the workmen during the original installation.He immediately let me know they would make it right. He made sure the problem was corrected quickly and now the bathroom is as good as new!Im extremely appreciative of both the original work done by Blue Diamond, and by their commitment to stand by their work.Thank you Maxwell and Blue Diamond!

Full kitchen remodel-can be stressful but the Blue Diamond folks, especially Maxwell Rucker our project manager, made sure we knew what was going on and who would be working on our project every day. Great communication, excellent support throughout the project, finished on-time and on budget. Exceptional work!
