I was so excited to find a place with great reviews for headliner replacements. I was willing to wait a couple weeks for my appointment, drive 30 minutes there, and pay $600 or $700. Sure, sure, no problem.Unfortunately, it did not go smoothly for me. The headliner replacement looked pretty good until I glanced back as I was headed home and realized my new headliner was stained. All I can figure is they fixed my sunroof and drains after installing the headliner, which seems to have caused water stains around 6 inches across on my new headliner. (There are no new stains after this heavy rain so seems like they messed up and didnt notice or hoped I wouldnt notice.) I notified them of the issue with a picture minutes after leaving their shop, as soon as I noticed so they couldnt say, Oh, it wasnt us...but they ghosted me. They were previously very communicative and friendly, which was great.I also bought the Groupon for detailing, thinking $150 or so for a $250 job was a great deal, but again, it wasnt. When I arrived to pick up my car, there were tons of very obvious speckles of something white, some sort of goo or paint, maybe sunscreen, who knows, something that was wet and smudged like paint, on my black exterior and tan interior. Like something blew all over half of my car with the doors open. I pointed it out and they had someone quickly wipe most of it off but the sheen from cleaning was gone in many spots, there were white smudges on my dash and console, and I found more white spots they missed. Im not sure how to get it off. Plus they missed basic cleaning stuff, like wiping the rear view mirror, vacuuming the floor in the backseat, etc. If it wasnt coupled with the headliner stain, I might have just given them a pass for that, oh well, it was a cheap, super meh detailing job, whatever, Ill just never go back and not written a review.But Im frankly disappointed and agitated to get my car back dirty and stained after three full days. Im not in the mood to spend another two hours of driving time to take it there and get it back, and wouldnt really trust them to clean the headliner stains at this point.So, of youre getting work done or having cleaning done, check it before you leave or go somewhere else.

I have been a customer of this shop even before the present owner owned it. I always get our cars/truck detailed once every two years to keep them looking good. This company does an excellent job and the vehicle looks brand new again. (I do take great care of my vehicles, so they are not abused). I bought a new Lexus last month and got it tinted with ceramic tint. They did the large moon roof, all windows and the windshield. They did an amazing job and I am AMAZED at how much cooler the car is. I always get my cars tinted, but doing the moonroof and the windshield made a huge difference!!!! Dont hesitate in using Ai Auto Works.

I had my car detailed and headlights restored by the technician, Jeremy. He did a fantastic job. It looks brand new and its a 2013 car. When I called they were able to squeeze me in the next day. We will definitely be back with our other car as we were very happy with the quality job that was done.

In for my annual Ceramic Pro touch-up. Excellent customer service. Efficient, reliable, highly-qualified car services. Highly recommend the Gold package. Keyed vandalism occurred on several cars in the area; mine was the only one with minimal cosmetic scratches. The ceramic coating protected my car. Its been two years and my car still looks brand new. I got my windows tinted on my new 2021 Ram 1500 and they did an amazing job. Not only were they professional and very friendly, the service was very quick and amazing quality! Carson helped me out throughout the process and did a great job recommending services and getting me additional information I was looking for. I recommend them for window tinting and any other services you may need for your vehicle!

They did a good job overall. Only downside is that when you purchase the silver package, you realize that they dont remove stains ( even if its a few), nor clean the dirt from underneath your seats 🙄 when I found that out after spending 100+ on my car getting detailed, I was more than annoyed. My car doesnt even have carpet! Lol.They said itd be an extra 50$ to wipe the stain on my roof and ( Im assuming ) even more to easily lift my car seats and wipe down the bottom area . I have an Element, so when I say easy I mean itOther than that, good experience.

My 12 year old car had a *big* problem with her door fabric coming off. Ryan and AI worked with me to talk me through what they could do and couldn’t do. Ryan pointed out some other sagging fabric and showed me that they would probably need to be replaced eventually, but didn’t pressure me to do it all at once. Super informative. The final price was actually a bit lower than the estimate even though I ended up getting an additional plastic part replaced, and was much more reasonable (and faster) than what the dealership could offer. They did a fantastic job on the work. While I was there I happened to see other cars they worked on, and they all looked top-notch. They know their business and do it well. Well enough for me to write my first review of a business ever!

These guys are the best. I accidentally left some beef in trunk of my Miata for a couple of weeks and oh good Lord it smelled AWFUL. The sickly sweet rancid smell of rotting meat pervaded both the trunk and the cabin. It was unbearable and my efforts to remove were to no avail.Enter the guys down at AI Auto Works. They steam cleaned all of the fabric, replaced the padding under the carpets, cleaned the interior, used ozone treatments and other methods to vanquish the meat smell from both the trunk and the rest of the car. A week later I got my car back and am very pleased to say their efforts were successful. They were even able to replace the convertible top I had been meaning to have done for a long time.All that said, you can trust AI Auto Works to take care of your interior and detailing needs, and rest assured that you will be pleased with the outcome.10/10 would recommend.

I had two boat seats that needed reupholstering. I dropped them off on Tuesday and it was ready Thursday. They did a great job! You will probably spend a little more than you would at other places but they did really good work, were quick, and stayed true to the estimate. Would go here again in a heartbeat

Paid for their Gold Exterior Detail on my white single cab truck. There was a huge area on the rear bumper that was still filthy and had not been touched at all. The windshield did not get cleaned/dried and had water spots everywhere. The black trim wasnt treated, and the wheels where still visibly dirty. For an almost $200 car wash, it was certainly not worth it.

I would never go back. Ive had better detailing from my neighborhood car washing service at 1/4 of the price. They left the interior of the car dusty in a bunch of spots (cup holder, side panels compartments, dashboard), didnt clean the door panels or the area where the front window meets the dash (sorry, dont know car lingo). This was during mask mandate and NO ONE was wearing a mask - not the front desk person or people cleaning the car. And for a detailing service that was supposed to clean the seats, they were still stained. Absolutely not worth the money or 4 hours they took with the car.

The rips in my 2009 Porsche 911 seats were beyond a DIY or some “magic” Amazon kit fix. After reaching out to other Porsche owners in the HCRPCA, AI was mentioned multiple times. When I took the car in, they were able to match the leather and the perforations and had the material within a week and the repair done in a day. I’m very satisfied and highly recommend AI Interiors for their work, communication and professionalism.

AI did a great job with a full detail on my Genesis sedan. The interior and exterior shined liked new. To their credit as an upstanding business, when I had asked for a quote on upholstery repair, they advised that the damage was more of a replacement the whole panel situation rather than reupholstering themselves. I appreciated their honesty in the matter. Will definitely be using their services again.

I’m torn because these guys really did an excellent job cleaning my car but what I didn’t like was the shady practice of up charging. The Groupon I used said there was a $40 up charge for XL cars. I drive a Toyota RAV4 which is considered pretty standard for an SUV. I was charged the extra $40 but later when I asked what size my car is considered they told me it’s considered a large, not XL. So I knew I got ripped off there a bit. I probably won’t come back but like I said, they did their job well.

They did an amazing job on my car. Tho I will say there was a lack of communication with delay of my car hoping I was going to have it sooner. Again the car super shiny and great job at the tint. Thank you so much !

Took my car to get paint correction and ceramic coating done. Carson helped us out and was able to immediately point out the areas on our car that needed the paint correction done before ceramic could be applied. I never felt pressured by anyone at this place regarding the services. Our car looked fabulous when we got it done and looked better than when it was new. I got the highest package of the ceramic coating done so it comes with the lifetime warranty. Its been very easy to maintain the overall exterior of the car now and the paint looks really glossy. AI autoworks also gave us a lot of tips as in how to best maintain the exterior of our car and so far its been great. Keep up the great work guys...

Bought a certified preowned 2017 Honda Civic from Howdy Honda in November of 2019, and though the car was otherwise great, a very nasty cigarette smell emerged when spring came when the AC was turned on. Made ones eyes sting and was horrible. Took it back to Howdy Honda and after a day the smell was back. Tried different methods to get rid of it and nothing worked. Took it back to Howdy Honda and they tried again gratis but horrid strong smoke smell returned a day later again. Looked up ozone treatments and found Ai Autoworks. Scheduled an appointment, dropped it off and by the next afternoon it was done. Ozone has a strange sort of clean scent, hard to describe but it worked! Drove it for hours and hours with the AC on this weekend to test it out and its 100% wonderful. Great job. Very reasonable price for ozone only treatment, $73 total, Highly recommend Ai Auto Works for smoke odor removal.

I had a great experience from AI off-road. The build was done quicker than expected. Lift is great really gives my 4th gen 4Runner the lift I needed. Will definitely be taking it back for some UCAs and new tires. Definitely would recommend.👌

AI Autoworks was very easy to work with. They performed a leather console repair, interior detail, as well as clearing and polishing the sun damaged headlight covers. The back of the car was not quite “detail cleaned” as far as the vacuuming goes, but overall they did a great job and the headlights came out looking like new! I will use them again and would refer them to others.

Was very happy with the headliner install on the shell I brought in. Everything was glued and fit far better than it came from the factory and my car almost smells like a new car again :)

Went for an interior/exterior detailing. It was sloppy. The hand wash was so bad. Looked like I paid they neighborhood kids $10 to wash it. Lots of missed spots that were still dirty and they waxed over it, not a single piece of glass that didnt have dirty corners. We got it through groupon, so maybe they just did a bad rush job because of that. We definitely arent satisfied and will not be going back.

Ryan and staff were great. I just sent them a picture of my headliner for color match. They confirmed they had right color, scheduled the appontment and I got my truck back the same day I dropped it off.

The guy was nice but they didnt know exactly what they were doing when they installed my new carpet in my truck. I had subwoofers in the back and they didnt even notice that the box was tilted into my seats all because they didnt put the right screws in to secure the box. I road around for an hour before I noticed it was loose and hitting my seats. So their attention to detail is poor but very friendly staff.

The guys at Ai are friendly and helpful. I had my truck lifted and there were some issues that arose during the job due to my older model vehicle which in turn, caused a delay. But Adam the technician, kept me posted every step of the way with pictures and videos. Though, the situation wasnt ideal, they handled it professionally and the work was done well. They went above and beyond to ensure the quality was there. I strongly recommend Ai Customs

I brought several cars of mine here to either get the window tinted or get to paint correction or have the headlights redone and having them put a film of to protect it on each car so that headlights stay clear longer each time I come here people here treat me like someone special and I like that they also clean the Interiors of the car they clean the engine you really do a really great job they have professional people here thats thats all they do and theyre very good at it prices are very affordable also they have ceramic coating protection that is I think the very best that you can get in the market today a lot of their items that provide warranty as well so you want your car looking good and staying looking good I highly recommend bringing in here for sure always recommend this place to my family and friends

The work they did on my car was wonderful but I’m really upset about the time it took. When I called to schedule my appointment for 8 AM on a Friday, I was told my car would be done around 11-12, maybe even sooner. This is my first time going here. I needed my car back at 1 PM, and at 12 PM when I had not received a call, I called them to see what the status was. They told me they had JUST started working on my vehicle, and that they would rush to get it done as soon as possible and let me know. 4.5 hours later, 30 minutes before they close, I get a call saying that my vehicle is done. I’m just disappointed that this miscommunication happened.

I used this company recently to clean the interior of my daughters vehicle. The seats were pretty stained. They worked on them until they were clean (almost new looking in fact), but easily could have just said they were stained and there was nothing they could do. The office was clean, the staff knowledgeable and pleasant, and the service done as requested. I own a business and appreciate all of these things. As an aside, the rest of the detail was done professionally as well. Would definitely recommend these guys to my friends.
