They did a very good job repairing the hail damage on my car. They said it would take at a minimum two weeks complete the work, and it took exactly two weeks to complete the work. The only issue I had was that it took over 4 months to get an appointment due to the high influx of vehicles needing repair. Next time there is a hail storm, I am calling them immediately. I recommend them for your auto body needs. Travis Murillo was very good as an advisor.

I have taken my BMW here before, when I picked it up there were new dents that they did repair. Figured I would give them another chance, however now after a recent hail storm and calling to get in months ago, was told it was a few months out, fine I wait, but now I call and am told it will be another few months. No communication whatsoever, and just excuses as to why they cant communicate.

Good things come to those that wait so be patient. This place uses dealer parts and at times not all parts are available so this delayed process however, I was in no hurry so it was worth the wait. My car ended up looking like it was never in an accident. Travis took care of me and communicated with me through the entire process, he was very professional and wrote up an estimate quickly which helped the insurance company get the claim paid faster. Hopefully I will never have to go back but if I do I will take it back to this place. Thanks again!

We were rear ended and our repair was covered by the drivers insurance who hit us, Progressive. In a word Progressive was Excellent!We were recommended by the local Toyota dealership to check with RR Collision Center for or repairs. We lived in S. Austin the past 30 yrs and moved North just last year. We had no idea who we could trust to do a good job for us. We sure know now!From the time we first took our car over for an estimate until the day we picked it up last Thursday we dealt with an INCREDIBLE SERVICE MGR, TRAVIS! I had my first and last experience with Round Rock Collision the other day. I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment time for an estimate, filled out the estimate form and waited...for 15min. I was the only person in the waiting area. Then I heard the lady at the front call someone and let them know I was here. Twenty minutes after my appointment a man came out and looked at my car for less than five minutes. I had a small ding I wanted PDR work on and I wanted my hood re-painted. The man basically said they didnt do PDR work and he wouldnt take on the job of repainting my hood. I was left with the impression that I was asking for something ridiculous.Ive never had such a difficult time throwing money at someone and they didnt seem to care for the business. I was referred to them by the dealer I bought the car from and Ill be letting them know my experience as well.

I am truly grateful for the pdr service that was provided at such a short notice. An heb employee hit my suv while pushing carts. RRCC was able to do a pdr on short notice of me moving out of state and even detailed my vehicle as well. It looks amazing!

Angela was very helpful in providing me with options over the phone as well as email. She was very easy to work with and I was able to quickly get my glass replaced due to a hail storm.

Thé $15k in BMW repairs done after a deer collision looked nice but my headlight failed state inspection just 1-2 mo later: they repaired it quickly but it did take a week to get in as they were super busy with hail damage that week. Overall pleased but would have preferred they caught it on their own before releasing the car the first time.

The damage to our BMW was minimal. There was a small scrape on the back panel. The original estimate at the Round Rock Collision Center was for $2000 (while our insurance company estimate was $1200) which both estimates included a $150 plastic replacement part. After Round Rock negotiated with our insurance company, our out of pocket for repair was $1200. Almost three business weeks later after dropping our vehicle off -- we finally were able to pick it up. This was after several phone calls asking for the status of the repair. The Round Rock Collision Center took a week to work with our insurance company, and another two weeks to complete the minimal repairs. As we only have one vehicle, we were renting a car the entire three weeks which added another $1000 to our out of pocket-costs. Will never use them again.

I bring my vehicle in to the dealership for regular maintenance and oil changes. I love that they wash my car at the same time and allow me to wait briefly onsite while my car is being serviced. The staff is friendly and helps me address any issues they find while Im there.

Took my car on after a minor fender bender. They used OEM parts which is a total plus. Gabe was very professional and kept me informed every step of the way. My car looks amazing.

I recently was hit by a wrong way driver who took out the front passenger quarter of my car. You could see the windshield wiper fluid reservoir from outside the car! Round Rock Collision repaired the car and painted. The car looks like new and drives well. They also were very upfront with any out of pocket costs and any repairs that would require original manufacturer parts, particularly any that affected safety. I’ve used them for other repairs and have always been satisfied with the service I receive.

I recently was in an accident, and chose this business for they repair Toyota vehicle, and I.knew they wouldnt mess it up and hopefully do the job right.My vehicle was return to me 4 days before the original given deadline. The exterior looks fantastic, the back door trunk was replaced and this is the part I was concerned about. The original door would open with such ease and close ever so gently. The replacement is hard to open at times and makes a awful squeak sound when it is opening. When closing then door I have to slam it shut otherwise the vehicle will not lock. I also have a hard time opening right before to attempting to re.close the latch

I hope when youre 86, and things arent quite working like they used to that people are as rude, unkind and unhelpful to the people that work here as they are to others. How horrible to treat my father with such disrespect.

An employee of Marriot wrecked my sisters handicapped accessible van, as she has been a quadriplegic for 24 years, and unfortunately it was towed to this business Round Rock Collision Center.I called today on behalf of my sister to make a payment so they could begin work. I appreciate it is the day before Christmas Eve and there are personnel who are out of the office. However, Juliana informed me the individual who would know what I needed to pay to get the ball rolling was out. So, I asked if they had more than one service writer and the response was yes they have six but no one else could help me with the information I needed to again give them money, no manager was available, actually no one could help me pay them today, Juliana basically told me to pack sand and call back Monday as they could not be bothered. If I ran my business with this type of customer focus I would be embarrassed.I am a HD Repair shop owner and we are customer focused.This will not be the last review as I will update the progression of the service we receive going forward. I had a good experience at RR Collision because the email notifications and updates. The registration paperwork was easy to underStand and my questions were answered upfront to my satisfaction. The updates were periodic and they filed supplemental with my insurance. I did follow up with my insurance (but didn’t have to), and upon pickup my vehicle was washed and vacuumed. Hands shakes and polite. Front desk is a little stiff but I’m sure they’re busy.

A rogue 18-wheeler tire ripped my cars front undercarriage cover halfway off, and I was expecting to need a replacement. I took it up to Round Rock Collision, and Travis was super professional and helpful. He replaced the fasteners in about 10 minutes, and got me back on the road for no charge. Really impressed with his efficiency and honesty in telling me I didnt need a new part, and will definitely be back if my car gets beat up again!

Quick service for an estimate on my car. Went early in the morning during the week so not many people to deal with. Was able to give me an estimate right then and I was in and out of there within 20 minutes. Theres coffee and a couple of snacks available if needed during the wait. Also, a TV to catch up on news or other programming if you want. Very easy to get in and out of from the street.

They took forever to do the repair just to have my vehicle not repaired as I had it before my accident. My vehicle originally had a clear plastic hood protector and a protective hood liner that was not replaced upon completion of the repair. I immediately notified the rep Marty of the missing parts and he told me that he was going to send a 3rd party to replace the part at my house? Which obviously never happen. They also, stole my Garmin speak plus dashcam that was left in my vehicles glove compartment during the repair. It was my fault to believe they would be a honest business and not do something like that but I was clearly wrong. I informed the rep of the theft and he stated it was not in there when I specifically knew it was. Ive tirelessly tried to solve the matter by reaching out to the business and I cant get any resolution in this matter. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Travis and his team far exceeded my expectations. After an accident, the body shop repaired my vehicle to new condition. A year later I needed the side mirror housing replaced to sell the vehicle. Travis rushed the delivery of the housing. While being repaired it was determined that additional minor repair was required. They made the additional repairs on the spot and the job was completed in a couple of hours at no additional charge. Because of a mix up with the shuttle I couldnt be picked up and Travis personally delivered my vehicle to my office. I just walked out and he handed me the key before he got into another vehicle to go back. The mirror and housing were like new and my buyer was pleased. The vehicle sold without a problem. Our BMW was hit by someone so we called BMW of Austin to know what place was certified to work on BMWs and they said Round Rock Collision Center. RRCC was helpful in explaining how the process worked and even gave us the name of a great tow truck driver who got our car to their shop. They did a great job quickly estimating the cost to fix the car and communicating with us as well as the insurance. Veronica was our assigned liaison and she was very professional, helpful and took the time to answer all of our questions since we havent been through this before. The only thing that we did not consider is that since it is a certified BMW repair shop so they will only put in brand new parts, no used parts so the cost to repair was extremely high. Our car ended up being totaled but RRCC made it easy for us to come get our items out of the car and worked with the insurance when we were ready to release the car. Highly recommend this shop because of the professionalism and support of their staff.

I had the side mirror knocked off of my car and they matched the paint perfectly. The car looked exactly as I wanted it to. Marty was great and updated me throughout the process.My best example of the customer service at Round Rock Collision is below, although it isnt my only example.After missing calls from Marty the day before, I called the front desk to ask if my car was ready. The conversation went like this:Hello?Hi, Im just calling to check on the status of my car.Whats your last name?Cohen.*pause*Didnt Marty leave you a voicemail yesterday?Yeah and he let me know hed be out today.So didnt he tell you the status, why are you calling?--This is by far the snottiest thing Ive heard in a long time from someone working in a service position. I wasnt calling to complain (although even if I was, this tone and wouldnt be acceptable). I was calling to ask a simple question. I apologize now for asking you to do your JOB and answer questions from customers. It really is such an inconvenience.Well he said my car might be done today.Well its not.*pause*At this point, I was too shocked to even reply, confused that maybe I somehow offended this girl, and after a 10 second pause she said Ill transfer you to someone and I hear the ringing for the transfer before I could even respond. I was transferred to Albert who was helpful and let me know the status of my car, which would be done by EOD. I have no idea who answered the phone, but she should not be working in a customer-facing position. I would probably take it one step further and say she isnt qualified to work anywhere at all with that kind of repulsive attitude.Everyone I dealt with at the front desk was rude and seemed very put out by having to do anything resembling work. Its a shame that a company that is doing good body work has such a horrible face to it. When someone is having their car repaired, theyre in a bad enough place without adding insult to injury and taking their car to a place like this. As someone who has worked in customer service from Retail to Software, I have never seen this kind of treatment of customers. Im going to my husbands body shop from now on because I know I wont be treated like crap when I call in.

Excellent service by Michael who replaced our Honda windshield with a real Honda windshield so that our camera dos not have to be realigned.

Cons: They dont give the correct estimate about how long it is needed to fix the car. The estimate was off by actual delivery by 3-4 days for a bumper damage to BMW 328i (excluding the initial shipping of new bumper)Apart from this single issue, I was happy with their service and their response. Im happy with how Mr Nathan repaired my car; while keeping me updated about what was going on.

Russell was super helpful and friendly, and kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle. He even helped me sort out my rental car situation! I wouldnt take my vehicle anywhere else!

After seeing my car back in pristine condition, I would not go anywhere else! I was dealing with Veronica and Albert they stayed in constant communication with me and updated me along the process. They spent a lot of time and effort into making sure my car was returned perfect back to me and they definitely achieved that. The estimator (Russell) assigned to inspect my car was extremely rude. When I tried to have him explain the cost break down and estimates he became very pushy and irritable. Long story short, Russell didnt even take a look at my car, and I went to another repair center.The staff and overall office environment was pleasant though. More than I could have expected!!!! I own BLACK 23 year old mustang. She had never been in a wreck never repainted till just recent. I was beyond sick and thought it could never be fixed correctly. After talking to several other car enthusiasts. I chose to give Round Rock Collision a try. I was ready with two pages of questions for the shop. After talking to my service writer I was ready to hand over the keys. Honestly I was still skeptic, She was 23yrs old and a black paint job. Not only did the paint match perfect they even took the time to find someone that had my same 23year old color pin-striping for the car. I was just amazed at the work. The car was in a local are show a few weeks later and nobody could tell even after I showed them. Great work and service Thanks. I cant tell you how happy I am but I sure tell everyone else I possibly can !!!

Back in August I had my Chevy Tahoe repaired by these guys and worked with their service consultant Russell. We had been in an accident where the truck was hit on the drivers side back tire and door. They did an excellent job on the body work, although it took TWO WEEKS LONGER than originally estimated. I asked multiple times if they checked out the rear axle as the rear wheel was cracked and had to be replaced. The service adviser said they had checked it and, I believe, did an alignment. A few weeks later I noticed a squeaking coming from the left rear tire anytime wed slow down or go around a turn. Called RR Collision and asked them about it and if this could be due to the accident. Rather than ask me to come in so they could check it out they suggested I go to the dealer as a warranty repair issue. The dealer gets in there and shows me where a brake clip is bent along with the rear axle. I ask if theres anyway other than an accident for this to happen and they assure me there isnt.Either they lied when they said they checked for the brake and axle issues or they just didnt know what they were looking for. In either case the amount of time these guys took and the fact that Im now missing my truck for an additional week while someone else fixes what they should have means I will never use this place again!!!

I brought my 2015 bmw 320i here because this is the only certified bmw repair shop in the area, unfortunately. I brought it out and the guy said it would need two new doors and a new front fender. He said 3-4 weeks - pretty typical. A week from when I had dropped it off, we got a call from the shop saying that they hadn’t started on the car because there was a gap between the insurance estimate and the shops estimate. The shops estimate was high, but because they use only bmw certified parts it would have to be high, but not this high. I tried to fix the gap and went back and forth with the shop and insurance. The guy from the shop eventually said that they would fix the price and there would be no gap. Things looked good for about a week and then I got another call from my insurance company, saying there was still a gap. Basically no work had been done to my car, the guy from the shop had completely lied about getting rid of the price gap. I spoke to the gm and FINALLY sorted things out. This took three weeks. So my car had been sitting there for three weeks with nothing getting done to it. Waste of time. They finally started working on my car and gave me the estimate of 3 weeks. They kept pushing back the time estimate and today my car was supposed to be ready, but they emailed and said they had missed some electrical connection in one of the headlights. So they pushed it back 2-3 more days. Ridiculous. Basically they were very unprofessional, dishonest and wasted time. It took 2 months to get my car back when it should’ve taken 3-4 weeks at the most.

Well I have lost count on how many vehicles we have taken here but this is the definite go to place for all of my family!! Travis is by far the best-I dont know what we would do without him working there. He makes such a bad situation so easy and is always polite, informative and personable! Round Rock Collison is very good. I would highly recommend them.I have a 2012 Toyota Highland, I hit a deer in Dec 2012, damaging the left front bumper, fender and light. I worked with Travis. The work only took three weeks to repair, Travis kept in contact with me as the stages of repair. When the work was completed, my car looked new. Very happy. Then at the end of January, I hit another deer in the same area. I took my car back to Travis, I received the same treatment as before. Very Satisfied customer.
