They called to let me know they were ahead of schedule which was awesome. When they arrived looked at the problem I had with the dryer vent cleaned it out and replaced parts on it. Conway Air Duct Cleaners did a complete duct cleaning for us today and we are very pleased with their service. First, they took time to explain the whole process so we knew what to expect. Then they hooked up a big vacuum station to our main duct in the basement. While the station was running, they cleaned each and every duct using a clever rubber-tipped line to loosen debris and send it down to the vacuum station. A very quick and efficient way to do it. From start to finish, it only took a couple of hours. They also did a good job of cleaning up after themselves.

It turns out my dryer vent was disconnected and a flex tube was just kinked up in my ceiling causing moisture to build up. Mike only had to make one hole in my laundry room ceiling to connect the new dryer metal pipe together. He took the time not to tear open my whole kitchen ceiling to install the new pipe, and saved me more money in the process. The whole job did not take long to complete. This company never put pressure on me to purchase a service I didnt need. I will definitely will be using this company in the future!

This is the 3rd time weve used Conway Air Duct Cleaners to clean our dryer vent since moving here in 2018. Not only was the work done to perfection, but Mike discovered the vent was not fully attached to the outlet on top of the roof, something done when a new roof was put on since their last visit. Mike recommended a person that could inspect and fix the problem in the attic. That person came and not only fixed the dryer vent issue, but also discovered the stove vent was not attached as well. We highly recommend Conway Air Duct Cleaners and will be using them in the future.

I jut purchased a new house and was nervous when the HVAC guy said he knew the previous owners and I should get the ducts cleaned! Conway Air Duct Cleaners techs came out today! They first explained the process and let me ask a bunch of questions. They did a wonderful job and they showed me what exactly what was in the ducts. They even mopped the floors after!! I highly recommend Conway Air Duct Cleaners and technicians were extremely professional!

Do not bother to call and try to schedule a time slot! I was so pleased to get a 2 hr. time window the same day after calling them - but soon that happiness turned to upset when no one arrived or notified me that the service was not going to happen. The operator booked me for 8-10 a.m the following day. NOTHING! Another no show!! The operators are very apologetic saying their contact with manager goes unanswered to deal with the issue. If this was a routine dryer vent clean out I may not be so angry, but my dryer is not working due to the vent problem. I do not recommend this company at all after being a customer and dealing with their poor business practice.

I got my air ducts and dryer vents cleaned by Conway Air Duct Cleaners. They did an outstanding job. They were not in a rush. They went out of their way to do a good job. I had a problem with my duct vents because they were covered in paint he took his time to explain that it might crack the paint. I told them to remove the vents and they did it carefully and it prevented the paint from cracking. This guys are going to be my go to air ducts and dry vent cleaners.

I set an appointment for the next day from 10-2. I called at 1:15. The person on the phone was very nice, said shed let the tech know I called. I waited to hear back from someone. No one ever showed up or ever called me back. I waited four hours on a Sunday for nothing.
