I just wanted to recognize this laundry place. I have been coming here for 5 years now. I never had any problems with their machines or my clothes never got stuck. It is a really nice and clean place to get the job done.

We enjoy the Saturday midday girl shes very bubbly and friendly very close to the house easy to get in and out......

Family ran owners are always there so you dont have to wait for a middleman can I help you with your machines great customer service Im one of the only ones to have the top loaders left in the area

Reasonable prices, though a lot of wash machines and dryers not working. Tables should be wiped down more often in between customers.

Poor customer service, non responsive to phone messages and argumentative staff. Dry cleaning prices are outrageous - do not go there

Terrible, just terrible. 6 years ago I gave this place 5 stars and now I wish I could give it zero. most of the washers are caked with powder detergent buildup and bacteria from always being shut while not in use. 6 of every 10 dryers do not work at all and the rest that work at all most dont heat all the way up.I wont ever be doing my laundry here again after this last experience paying to keep finding out what dryers work or not.Fix your machines. Most have been broken more than 6+ months

Not a bad place to do laundry, but could use some updating. Free wifi but pretty spotty for local internet. True coin laundry, no card payment system here but they do have an ATM. Next door is Aldi if you want to do some light shopping while waiting for clothes.

Our house is being renovated and I was without laundry machines for almost two weeks. I was able to get the entire familys laundry done in under 2 hours. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, without me even asking for help . Id definitely recommend My Family Laundry.

Really drives home the meaning of being taken to the cleaners. I have taken things here 3 times (a dress, a comforter and a blazer), and every time I have asked what it will cost but when I pick it up they charge me more than both their stated and posted price. Today I picked up a blazer that they decided was a cardigan so they could charge me an extra buck. Not a mistake I will make again.

Nice and neat place to take your laundry either drop off or go in and sit relax and do your own the staff is friendly and its very convenient opens early so you can go in there do your laundry and be out in time to enjoy the rest of your day opens at 5 am to 10 pm they also have a playroom for the kids with a tv .restrooms the location is close to everything

Very clean and decent prices, another sunday here doing my laundry, not good, its 8.30 AM, no Service people around and I had one $2.00 washer take my money AND a 2nd washer not rinse or spin, have called the ph., number on internet and no one answerd left VM, and on one is returning my call???

I dont know about their laundry facilities but dry cleaning on the other hand seems pretty poor in regards to service and the fact that it takes four days to sew on a three inch patch and dry cleaning seems ridiculous. Then afterwards I have to wait for the next day to speak to the manager in order to get an answer on whether they can get the job done in those three days, well lets just say Im glad I found a legitimate shop down the street that can actually give me the right answers.

Nice place. Just needed to use the dryer and worked out great. 25 cents for 8 minutes.

The washers are big,place is clean and quiet.Dryers work very well with large loads.

Clean, play area for kids, coffee for adults, treats available to purchase, variety of machine styles to choose from and fairly priced......wow! Not the stereotypical laundromat at all.

Compared to other laundry facilities in the area, this place has reasonable prices. If only this place was open 24 hours.

Prices are too high. But most of their machines are working and thats a plus for a laundry facility. But the one Big folding table area they have is always crowded with laundry carts that are in the way, so you cant stand in front of folding tables to use themI love that they are 24hr open, for late night laundry needs.
