I went there to return a Christmas gift that I got from Amazon. The place was very clean. They had the markers on the floor for social distancing. All of the employees had masks on. The had hand sanitizer stations set up. The return was super easy. I told the clerk what I wanted to do. He took my box and scanned the QR code on my phone. He gave me my my copy of the transaction and I was on my way. The employees were very friendly.

I live in CA and left a golf club at a golf course near them. They went and picked up the club, packed it, and shipped it to me and made the process so stress free and painless.

I had a Christmas letter, a word document with special fonts, to print. The clerk gave me incomplete information, and it resulted in my file being printed in the wrong font, which repaginated the document, losing the carefully spaced paragraphs I had created. Id requested double-sided printing, and he did single-sided. When I questioned the employee about the font, he said that they can only print PDF docs accurately, that the printer doesnt pick up the fonts in the file. I paid for the printing, because many people were waiting and I didnt know whether Id be able to get it printed elsewhere.On the plus side the printing machine did a great job with the photo page. If you want photos printed, the color is rich and intense. I had the document printed at another company, but used the UPS photo page rather than the second source, because the quality was much better.If the communication issue were resolved, this could have been a 5-star rating. The customer should not have to anticipate what technical questions need to be asked to get a file printed properly.

The guy was rude put me on hold while I was talking and asking questions about starting a print order. I called back he kept putting me on hold and then put the answering machine on so I couldnt get through.

Had important documents that i needed to print from my phone, first time using the ups store and i was very pleased with the service. The young man of color who works there was very helpful and i was in and out in about 15 mins despite having a lot to print. I only wish i would have thought to ask the helpful young man his name. Also the cost to print was very cheap.

First time going to this store and guy was just awesome, I was so surprised on how fast and was great at multi-tasking, I was in and out which was perfect for the times we are experiencing now days.

Look no further for excellence in the form of packaging and shipping. The staff rocks, clean store and since the new manager came in Ive seen a over all boost in efficiency. Wouldnt go to any other shipping location!

What a difference the new management has made! The new staff is more friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I recently went to the store to enlarge a picture on canvas. The staff went above and beyond to make sure it looked perfect, even contacting me to ask me questions about my specifications. I will be back for all of my future needs!

The girl with the blue or green hair, I don’t even know she’s young and short colored hair and always wears a hat... she’s hung up on me, she’s walked away from to help another customer cause my questions are too hard for her to answer and told me that they don’t have a manager at the location... she needs to be fired and she’s charged me and my fiancé for packages that were already paid for. She’s just sad and just shows they hire ANYONE I mean who wears green hair and a carhart hat everyday in front of customers, hangs up and takes money me or the family will just go to another location. And not to mention what a horrible way to act with our world in such a bad place, that’s one place I won’t be thanking for their service at least that girl...

I’ve been here a few times before and was always disappointed with the level of surface I got. Next thing you know, new management takes over and WOW, what a change! The manager, Matt, is one of the nicest guys I’ve ever met and was willing to help me with anything I needed! I will certainly be going back to this location with any future shipping AND Printing needs!!!!!

Can they stop throwing their packages? I was sent a laptop and when I opened it the screen was all broken.

Do not use this store, read the reviews, horrible service had a package loss which I believe was taken by one of the employees and they refused to help me track the package to determine what happened to it. I was told I had to get ahold of UPS because they are a 3rd party vendor and they refused to help me track my package as well. I recommend using FedEx.- After 3 months still waiting on a response for the package they lost!

The employees at Round Lake UPS are very helpful and nice. I never have any issues when I send things out. I have used other locations and but prefer this location.

I specifically had packages which required signatures held at this location, seeing as they are supposed to be open on Saturdays starting at 9:00 a.m.I arrived on Saturday around 8:45 a.m. This store was still not open at 9:40 a.m. After having waited, I left and then called at 10:30 a.m. and still did not have any indication that the store was open. It is unclear if they are even open on Saturdays as their information indicates.

Dont go here for amazon returns save time and drive to kenosha you will be done faster was in there fo 45 min to get a receipt for a return. was way under staffed with one employee who looked as if he hated his job.i

Would be zero stars but not an option... driver was supposed to notify of delivery that needed to be signed for, but didnt notify until 45 min after he left... now unable to receive package and was very disappointed with how UPS handled it. Poor work from the employee and customer service from UPS

Horrible service.Decided to close on a Friday without notifying customers beforehand. Simply stuck a sign in the window saying Well be closed today for remodeling. Was it an emergency remodel? Who knows??When asked about it, simply gave a condescending I understand as a response to customers frustrations. The very definition of unprofessional.What kind of business closes without notifying customers? The kind that doesnt care about the inconveniences it provides. Guess its back to the post office and FedEx/Kinkos for me!!

Made an appointment for notary services online days in advance. Showed up on time for scheduled appointment only to be told I should’ve called ahead, that the online scheduling “doesn’t work” and that the notary service won’t happen today. Well the website doesn’t say that....and of course no sympathy from the worker at the store, only a “I don’t know what to tell you, man.” Needless to say, never going back.

Sometimes I have them print literally two pages for me and at other times they have taken care of hundreds of copies! They have gone to extremes in customer service and have my recommendation!

Horrible experience! I just can not believe how rude they are! PLEASE do not use this store!

Their Ad lists Notary Public as a service. So you have to make an appointment with the owner. This should be listed on their website.

Went into this location to mail 2 different documents.The gentleman behind the counter had to reprint the ticket 3 times after I corrected numerous mistakes.SpellingNo attention toWrong addressEverything was written down for the gentleman.Please double check your packages.
