I highly reccomend ASAPppliance Repair. They were extremely responsive. I left a request online late in the evening and I was called with a morning appointment time at 8am the next morning. My technician Dennis was courteous, professional and thorough. He identified the problem, showed me what needed to be repair, repaired the part on my freezer in a neat, clean and timely manner. Then he had me test the operation of the mechanism and made sure it was to my satisfaction. He explained the invoice and warranty. It was an excellent experience and I highly recommend ASAPpliance Repair and will use them in the future.

Alex is not only highly knowledgeable, but his approach to his customers shows that he is truly concerned about their satisfaction. He will take the time to teach you about he appliance and how to maintain it to avoid or minimize repairs. He is reasonably priced and will definitely use again. Probably one of the best serviceman we have had in our home.

My refrigetator was leaking from the ice & water side. Sean had repaired it but he made some dent on the hardwood floor when to pull it back. He visited back to my house 5days later today to fix it as he promised. He said I needed to wait for 4 more days to get the same shine. I’d like to give hime 5 stars because of his awesome responsibility about his job!

Stopped by last week to see if they had a part I needed and ended up at a UPS Store. lol.
