I strongly advise all to avoid this discount property management company. I normally manage my property, but since this one was out of state I hired dkrentals. The number one issue was extremely poor tenant screening. The tenant did not pay rent and did over 20k in damages. She failed to keep up the yard which resulted in hundreds of dollars in fines by the HOA. Due to Covid the only way I could get her out was by paying her off. I did my research on the tenant and confirmed she had a recent prior eviction and criminal history.Remember folks, you get what you pay for. If you want poor tenant selection and slow response times because they are understaffed then dk rental is the company for you. If dont want major frustrations I suggest you shop around and accept that you will need to pay more for a property management company.Fyi - Genesis which was the last property manager assigned to my account was great, and she was not the one that screened the tenant. She did her best to assist me, but by the time she was assigned things had already gone south with the tenant.I have learned from my mistake. Good Luck.
I had extremely terrible experience with DK Rental, I would give zero stars if I could. I am an out of state landlord and I trusted DK Rentals with my first investment property. They are just after to get you in as a customer but once you are in there is no help available and your are on your own. From the very beginning they placed a tenant in my condo who had recent eviction and bankruptcy. No one from DK Rentals team thought this was important information to be disclosed with the landlord. Long story short 6 months into the lease the tenant stopped making payments. During eviction process there was no support provided from DK, they would rarely answer my calls and messages they prolonged the whole process. Out of state landlords worst nightmare; I had to fly myself to where the property is located, hire an attorney and go through the eviction process. I fired DK rentals and will never hire them again1- If DK had properly checked tenants history for prior evictions and payment history - this wouldnt have happened2- DK changed 4 managers on me during a period of 4 months, there was no sense of urgency to handle any matters or to respond back3- They were in it only for there cut and had no best interest for their customersLandlords / Out of state landlords be very careful. I will never hire this company again and I hope this doesnt happen to anyone else

I’ve been renting since November and have had an issue with communication since! Our carpet and floor in bathroom was taken up due to a plumbing issue. This was in December, we are still waiting for the flooring to be replaced. I’ve emailed, called, and texted and continue to get the run around. I’m a very understanding and patient person, who probably wouldn’t be writing this review if SOMEONE would communicate with me. Patiently waiting for our lease to end. I’m so tired of this. They want their payment on time yet I have to tip toe around my home.
Genesis Nixon GM has been harassing me via emailSince 4/2021 when i included the CDC eviction halt to my file when I had financial issues. I was ultimately paid to leave the home and was also offered return of my security deposit. When I inquired about the return of my deposit Genesis taunted me and threatend me with court . In the photo attached she taunted me about my eviction history in such an unprofessional way. She should be FIRED!!! I will be filing a BBB complaint as well as a formal complaint with her supervisor. I have never been treated like this in my life.Edit: I will also be suing for defamation and slander as she listed on a national site(google) ruining my reputation and telling future landlords never to rent from me because of a review on her clear unprofessionally as the picture shows.
Used DK Rentals since 2016 (we moved out of state). One renter for 5+years Todd got us a great renter at a great price. We had a furnace failure one winter. Todd got a contractor with repair options almost immediately. We were given the option to have his contractor do the work or find one of our choosing. We tried but no one was able to Meet Todds quote. We were skeptical of renting at first but now if we had the opportunity again would not hesitate using DK Rentals.

I am a property owner who mistakenly hired DKrentals to manage the property since this was our first time renting the property. We did everything right to make this a seamless transition. The only thing we failed at was selecting this company to manage the property. Todd performed the ultimate bait and switch. He talked a very good game, had us thinking this company would be an ideal situation to manage the property. The first month the contract went into effect, the point person for us quit. The second month, her back-up quit. Todd was missing in action- could hardly get a hold of him to answer simple questions. Went to the office once to get answers to a problem, no one was there. Call on a random Thursday to make sure my rent money is in my account- the company’s phone has all calls routed to the voicemail. Just unprofessional. If you’re looking for a reliable property management company I would never recommend this one. You’re better off managing for yourself! I wish we had gone that route.

If I would have listened to these reviews I wouldn’t be living in a beautiful home right now! I will be honest and say the application process did take longer than usual. I submitted my application on a Thursday and requested a move for the following Wednesday. Unfortunately I did not hear anything until the following Thursday. When I received my approval from Julie the rest of the process was smooth and quick. She was very apologetic and sincere about the delay. I had no issues moving in and I am VERY happy I chose to go with Dk Rentals!!

RUN....I have been with this company for years because it was easy for me not to look for another company, but shame on me. This poor customer service has increasingly gotten worst. To the point where you can no longer email Todd the owner. Im in the service industry and I truly do not understand how a company can be so bad at serving their clients.RUN....The reviews on how poor their customer service is are ALL TRUE.RUN....And if I could go lower then one star I would.RUN....

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM...I submitted 3 applications. Totaling $165. I was never contacted, I never got to view the properties that I applied for. I receive an email stating that I was denied. I disputed it with my bank but since I signed the application, they are keeping my money. Update: After I posted my review, I was contacted and I was asked to please remove my review. The rep stated that I can apply to another property. Basically my application fees were collected and nothing was done. I was only contacted because I left a review and this was months after I applied. I stand by what I said.

My family had 2weeks to move so I went with whoever accepted me in my price range. big mistake. Im one month in and I cry everyday for making this horrible decision. Ive been calling for a week with no response. Ive emailed with no response. none of the maintenance request have been answered. I believe that they are currently swindling me out of money. If I wake up to fees or dont hear anything from them tomorrow, I will be taking legal action. I should have known better because these people scheduled us to move in on a Sunday knowing that we couldnt get any service disconnected and still had their service turned off. wouldnt allow us to turn it on the day before either. I believe you reap what you sow so ill be praying for whatever karma comes your way. be blessed!!!

The young lady Ive spoke with seem very pleasant and I would love to work with her on finding a new home. I just need a clear cut answer my lease is up and need to know something soon. Its a shame that these rental agency take to many applications fees and run credit checks only for you to be denied or a hard hit on your credit. I had a very positive experience with DKRentals. Oscar was my sales rep and he was very knowledgeable and able to answer all my detailed questions. I had managed my property before but decided to let a professional management company do it for me. Oscars personality fit my personality very well. Oscar did not always tell me what I wanted to hear but I liked that because he caused me to think differently about how best to manage the property. I have high hopes with DKRentals and the owner, Todd, even reached out to me! You usually never hear from the owner of a business but Todd asked me to contact him with any concerns. This type of leadership at the top means DKRentals is serious about customer service and will ensure all DKRentals associates follow company guidelines, processes, and procedures. I was also given a step by step outline of what to expect from each person I would come in contact with. I was very impressed.
My Dionne James and I hired this unprofessional company to manage my rental property on Jan 1 St 2021. They charged me 300 to transfer my current tenant which they did no work for. When it was time to get paid on Jan 15th the owner Todd reid sent me a nasty message stating we have not received your w2 info so you will not get paid till Feb 15th for Jan rent. I was shocked. I thought I hired him not he hired me. He then sent another mean disrespectful message. I told him I will give my 30 day notice. I did that on Jan 16 and now he stating I have to pay another 300 dollars for them to market for another tenant and they never marketed for my my tenant she was already in place. I will be reporting them to the real estate board, better business bureau, Google and anywhere else to save there next victim. This company are crooks and bullys and should be stopped. All of these horrible reviews.The Better business bureau did not side with you. They told me to wait till after February 16 2021 to give you an opportunity to send back my maintenance security deposit because of you do not that’s against the law. That’s stealing.
Customer service is horrible. No one will answer the main phone and when someone finally does I get transferred to another phone that no one answers. This is horrible, I have no idea how they expect customers to trust them when they can’t even answer a phone call or answer a simple question about an update on an application. I’m disappointed and getting extremely nervous that I was swindled out of $110 worth of application fees. I don’t even post reviews but I’m posting this here as a cry for someone from this company to get back to me. I’m fed up.EDIT: Since the company has responded to make me look like Ive given a false review, I will clarify some things. I posted this after I had applied for a house and heard nothing from the company. DAYS went by and I heard nothing so I posted this to try to get someones attention. At that time I thought I had been swindled out of my application fees. When they did get in touch I was offered the house and to sign a lease without ever being offered a tour. Upon touring the house was a dump! Disrepair, dirty, someone else’s urine still all over the toilet seats, mold under the sinks, etc. The property was not well taken care of but no shock by this company. I did request a lower rent from 1600 to 1500 a month because I would be spending probably 100 a month trying to fix and upkeep this house. Don’t work with these people whether you’re renting or need some management for property.
5687 Deep Creek CT Flowery Branch GA. Issues follow: a) impossible to receive responses to numerous emails & telephone messages, b) scheduled repairs with them, no one EVER showed up, c) photos of property indicated a washer and dryer, when I arrived to move in, we were told they were not included - we decided on this property because it had washer and dryer, d) had to spend $1,471 to obtain washer & dryer, e) inoperative dishwasher, light bulbs burnt out, refrigerator warning light nonfunctional, dozens of mismatched paint issues, master shower totally plugged, ground cover missing-tar paper showing underneath, & more. Directly communicated the issues to DKRentals, no response. Owner, after weeks, finally responded & addressed a few issues. He then, instructed me to work only with him due to DKRentals communication issues.Several months later I lost my job due COVID-19. I am 68. No income. Directly notified property owner of the situation. I did not take advantage of him by staying on the property and not paying. I could not be evicted till the end of my lease per Georgia “Public Health Service Act to temporarily halt residential evictions to prevent the further spread of COVID-19”. But did not want him to lose income due to my job loss. I offered to vacate 4 months early and return property in superb-ready to rent condition. I offered to pay the last months rent plus early termination fee of $1,000 for a hold harmless agreement for any future financial liabilities. He had verbally agreed to this arrangement and scheduled a final walk through on August 26. He arrived at my doorstep with his wife and yard maintenance man (?) None of them had masks on. I informed them that I was in a susceptible age group. They disregarded my concerns. They then told me I owed them additional $625 because of HOA penalties for lawn care! They DID notify me 4 months PRIOR that the lawn needed to be attended to, and I IMMEDIATELY ADDRESSED that. I hired a lawn care company for $55 per month in May. They have been taking care of the lawn since. NOW, all of a sudden I am being told that for over three months there were fines for the lawn from the HOA and that I received notices to this effect. I never received any notices. I was told they were sent certified mail, I asked for the proof of receipt. The owner could not provide them. He then told me the mail from the HOA was directed to his name. Thusly, I had no knowledge of the charges. He could have let me know months ago. I believed everything was fine. He demanded I pay $625 for the penalties, & another $800 to HIS yard man who will now take care of the lawn. He dropped this on me the day before my move. He demanded that I pay him as he stood in my doorway. He bullied me and my wife, note, I am a senior citizen with zero work income at the time, he demanded that I needed to take care of this TODAY. He directly told me he was no longer using DKRentals services, BUT then stated that if I would not pay him that day I would have to work with DKRentals & he would no longer communicate with me. He delivered a long speech & would not let me say a word. I interrupted him, he became very animated & angry with me; refused to listen to anything I had to say, & stormed off the property.Im including the property owner in the review because it was very unclear who I was supposed to work with. He told me him; DKRentals continued to act as though they were managing the property. I provided the last month of occupancy rent, August 2020, ON TIME, but received a note from DKRentals that payment was delinquent. They had already taken the funds from my bank account on July 27 for August.DKRentals & the property owner had: a) $1,650 security deposit, b) rent in hand for the month I was leaving (left 4 days early), c) access to rent a clean house, & now demanding another $1,425, + the early termination fee $1,000, + 2 extra months $3,900 rent = $7,975 in total! Next day DKRentals tried to withdraw $5,000+ from my bank account.So much more. You decide if you wish to work with DKRentals & property owner.

Its a shame you cant trust people anymore in business. When they owe you money they need to pay up. You hire them for property, management theyre supposed to manage the property, collect the rent and pass it on to you, not hold it for ransom! Do not do business with these people. We have been under this management company for a long time, We have seen property managers come and go.Barbara by far is the best one that DK Rentals has had. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM! Honestly, I barely ever write negative reviews .. but this was such a terrible experience for me. I went to the property (self-viewed) and the same day I put in my application to rent a home. Till this day its almost three weeks later and I have yet to hear from them. NO EMAIL NO PHONE CALL. In the beginning, they told me it would only take 3 business days and I still have not heard from them. They have not called or emailed me on their own. All I got was an email stating they took money out of my account for the application fee. You cant even talk to the property manager directly and you talk to multiple RANDOM agents that just give you the run around. ... honestly I am upset, and explained it to them. Still was not helpful. I will never work with these people again, and I will tell others of my experience as well. Be careful renting from them. Please, do not fall for their tricks or anything they say.
I had a VERY easy move in with this Company. I had the pleasure of Julie helping me along in the process. She is awesome! She made sure to keep me updated on where we were in the process. She also made sure I was clear on everything. I definitely recommend DKrentals, but I mostly hope you get the pleasure of working with Julie like I did.

This company is so unprofessional. I represent someone that is a current landlord from this company and they are never there. We had an emergency, we needed to handled and we couldnt move forward unless we got a legal paper sign by the company. I call and email them 2 weeks straight and no response. Barbara Hay, was our representative and she literally never responded to us at all. This company lack professionalism and time management. I will never recommend this company to anyone. RUN FAR FAR AWAY!

I think we all know how stressful moving can be and they made the process so smooth!I worked with Julie on turning my rental property into a home. Excellent customer service, very patient, understanding and responsive. JULIE KERSHELL made navigation with the entire process so easy, if there was a space for 10 stars I would definitely choose that.
I have been a landlord for more than 20 years. I always self-managed but I thought I would give these guys a shot. It could not have been a bigger mistake. They only seemed interested in placing a tenant. Any tenant. The individual they placed in my home brought a very serious roach infestation. It cost me several hundred dollars to mitigate it. The renter ditched out on the lease. I spoke with him personally and he expressed concerns with the management companys lack of responsiveness. The house was freshly painted when the tenant moved it in. The walls were scratched and dinged.They have a division that does rehab work. When I hired them, I also contracted them to paint the place and generally get it rent-ready. I notified them of a leak somewhere in the master bathroom. Despite them being told multiple times about this, along with a request that they get it fixed, they just painted over the water stain in the kitchen ceiling. Predictably enough, after the tenant was sent in they experienced some leaks. The management company dispatched a plumber, which was expensive. Unfortunately, they didnt take care of the problem and we had to send the plumber back out. In the end, the problem that should have been taken care of prior to placing tenants probably cost me three times as much as it would have had they just taken care of it when I asked them to.Upon them notifying me that the tenant was not renewing, I asked for them to meet me out there to get an estimate to get the property rent-ready. After numerous attempts, they finally sent someone out there. And then I waited forever for an estimate. In the meantime, I hired my haul-out guy, cleaning crew, plumber, pest control, and finally a crew to paint the place. I am not sure how they stay in business being so unprofessional. Despite the fact that they cost me a lot of money, they are still trying to come after me for funds they say I owe them. Its not that much and they should just take the perceived hit and move on. I will still be much worse for wear after my one year with them.
DK rentals isn’t good with communication my suggestion is you do your research before working or dealing with this company. The reviews speak for themselves. I have NEVER done business with this company and I never will however I know people that have and they didn’t give good feedback about this company. Thanks and just being honest 😊
If you apply to rent a home, do not except a response at all. I spent $100 on app fees and never got an email, a phone call, or a text even after leaving several messages with their answering service. Everything is automated - can’t even reach a leasing agent. Waste of time and money.

We received your answer by email saying someone else “more qualified” was approved.Fine.We sent an email back to Julie almost immediately asking if we could be considered for a different property if that was the case instead on that one on Friday 5/22. When we didn’t hear anything after that email, we called you. We got the voicemail and left you a voicemail.Then all of last week we called, texted, and emailed. You answered on Wednesday and said you would see if that could happen and we would hear back Friday. Friday came and went with us calling, texting, and emailing. Same with Monday of this week. We finally hear from you and you said someone else took the house.How is this possible? I know you’ve seen my application. But we have been systemically ignored since we put in the application with you 5/18. This is not only frustrating but just downright bad business. If I had an applicant for over 2 weeks trying their hardest to move in with me and telling me they would pay a higher deposit and do whatever was needed, I would personally see to it they understood if it was a denial or an acceptance with conditions.We truly wanted to do business with Julie, but instead we feel extremely ignored during this whole process.We reach out to her leader Todd, to share these experiences with him. To only find him defending her actions and then after multiple attempts to get him to listen to only make me feel placated And tell how busy his PM is that she can’t have the professional courtesy to return a call within 24 hours.We’ve gone through and read everyone of your reviews and will be reaching out to these reviewers on a one off basis to see if they share similar experiences. Being ignored because you simply don’t want to do business with them. Sounds like unprofessional discrimination to me and I’m pretty sure that’s illegal.Edit: And as expected as “Pass the buck” mentality response which is par the course for your company it’s behaviors thus far. I’ve not once seen in any of these 1 star reviews where you, as a Leader, have stepped up like a true leader and take accountability for any of it. The lack of you’re willingness to take accountability speaks volumes to the culture and lack of professionalism with in your offices. I’m not the one you’re going to put a snide call out comment on a Google review and me not hold you accountable for it.
Dkrentals is one of the best rental management properties in Atlanta! Everyone is very nice and professional.
They do not answer phone nor text messages. I listed my rental property with them for 3 months without any tenant. Forget about tenant but none of my calls were answered even a single time within these 3 months. Horrible service. I was able to find tenant within 2 days the contract expired and I’m not a realtor. This shows how much effort they put in into your property.
We hav enjoyed working with dk rentals. Julie is a pleasure to work with and has answered any questions we’ve had promptly and has made getting a new renter an easy process.
HORRIBLE - BUYER BEWARE! I have a brand new apartment in Buckhead that requires little maintenance and received THE MOST unprofessional service in this business from this company & Im out almost $500 because of the experience! If you are smart enough to listen to the REAL reviews (unlike me - I thought I had a pretty easy ask), then DO NOT DO IT. They took over my apartment and immediately started sending the wrong notifications through their system to my tenant. Then when they were notified the system wasnt working properly, I would receive slow responses. After they were notified that the tenant wouldnt be able to make the first payment through their system, they threatened to evict her!! How do you threaten eviction after ONE DAY of late payment even though you were informed otherwise? When I complained, they gave me a thats what we do response. It was completely UNPROFESSIONAL & there was simply NO reason for it. I asked Todd to cancel the agreement and that was a COMPLETE nightmare. I had to get legal counsel involved so I knew my rights. DONT DO IT. Youve been warned. Oh and they will reply a bogus reply. Remember: THESE 5 STAR REVIEWS ARE FAKE!
Great to work with! Professional, patient, and most importantly effective. Our home was leased within a couple of weeks from listing. Weve had a million questions throughout the process, and DK staff has been friendly and responsive. Would highly recommend!

I took DKrentals sign DOWN off the property Im renting. Perhaps they should do their research with who they do business with. There is a FEDERAL FAIR HOUSING investigation on the current property, so Im not sure how a management company will manage anything when there is a federal lean on the property.Update: 2-6-2020: I do not abide liars. I do, and have resided, at the property in question, as I have not moved out yet, I am a tenant there, and have been for some time. Perhaps you should inform the person who has asked you to manage the property to stop harassing and threatening the current residents, breaking multiple laws regarding tenants in the state of georgia, and repeatedly trying to illegally evict the legal tenants. Otherwise, DKRentals, know the yard you walk into before someone goes into business with you.
THEY DO NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I attempted to apply for a property asked all my questions then was told someone else applied she would let me know. This was 2 weeks ago. Property is still available. I know this seems petty of me but I think its very unprofessional to treat someone this way. I would rather you tell me hey, I dont want you to apply than lie straight to my face. That just leaves me to wonder if they lie about this what else do they lie about. I do NOT run my business this way lying to people. It is extremely unprofessional and really makes you wonder what is really going on here. It is common courtesy and decency to at least say hey we dont want you to apply. I more than qualify for the place. Amazing credit, make more than 3x the rent no felonies or convictions of any kind.
Dont make the mistake I made - and try to manage your own rentals. Its really no fun at all, and it actually costs more money than having a good professional property manager do it for you. I highly recommend Todd Reid and DKRentals - theyre the best!

They have been great dealing with contractors to repair a few things in the house. Barbara addresses the issues and always folows up. The contractors they use have been also been super. We have had an electrician and plumber and also an appliance repair man and no complaints from us.
If you are a new renter GOOD LUCK trying to get someone a hold on the phone!!!!! They DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT answer the phone. You have to almost badger them to get someone on the phone. I wanted to apply for a place and Julie the person I finally got a hold of NEVER called me back and the place we wanted to rent is still AVAILABLE. I am assuming she was racist against me since I am part puerto rican. Because I completely qualified for this rental. But even so if you cant get a hold of them to ask about a rental IMAGINE what it would be like to get a hold of someone if there is a maintenance issue or even an emergency maintenance issue.
Barbara is wonderful to work with (property manager) They are timely with your work orders and go the extra mile to get the work orders resolved ASAP

This has been one of the smoothest rental processes Ive experienced thus far. Julie was Great, excellent, phenomenal, and any other fabulous words you can think of to describe her. I wish i could give negative stars. They are BEYOND unprofessional here. I have left messages and messages calling asking about a property and you feel like a stalker trying to get ahold of them. Please beware. If they dont care enough to follow up and have some kind of decent customer service then this is how you will be treated when you get into business with them. They have very bad service. While they are kind when you can actually get ahold of them. They have no follow up service at all. And that speaks VOLUMES!!!!
If you own property in The Atlanta area and you don’t live near by. Do Not I repeat Do not use DK rental they are crooks.. I used there services for over 3 1/2 yearsAnd not only did they find ways to swindle money every month from the rent .. they allowed tenants to destroy my property inside out... If you own a home and are using DK rental’s services I highly recommend random unannounced visits to there offices and thoroughly check every months statements .. I have pictures to show how DK rental neglected my property.. There company should be investigated
I enjoyed working with Julie. I am in the process of moving from CT to GA and this process was seamless. She is very responsive and was able to meet all my needs. I dealt with another Property management company before using DK Rentals and was very disappointed in my service. I worked with Todd at DKRentals to sell a property in a challenging area. Sure, I had to lower my asking price a couple times, but that was expected. He handled all of the property viewings, the termite inspection, and paperwork. I appreciated that most everything was handled electronically and quickly. I also appreciated that he was patient with my many questions. No complaints here!
This is a great company to rent from I been with them as a client for two years and never had a problem. Highly recommend to try them if looking for rentals.

Unprofessional. Condescending. Unscrupulous place of business. The quality of your experience with this property management company is strictly based on the initial quality of the property you lease, and unbeknownst to you the financial relationship the owner has with the company. Direct questions will go unanswered and the communication received will leave much desired; and is often ambiguous when it pertains to something they are responsible for. There is no hesitation to threaten fee’s if you don’t hold up your end of the agreement, but the same does not seem to apply for them.1.Prior to even viewing the property I was told in writing as well as viewing my official approval notification what the utilities were – only to find out a month after moving in this was not the case & I was now expected to pay for a utility bill I did not agree to. I did my due diligence and asked before I even viewed the place what the utilities were. Regardless to the number of properties you manage – how do you not know what the utilities are – deceptive – it’s all about principles.2. As a tenant, you are expected to pay your rent on time or be assessed late fee’s, up to eviction. I have had a broken garbage disposal for over a month now, causing odor and the inability to fully clean kitchen- trying to reset the item causes smoke when turned on so I stopped immediately and contacted them. The maintenance order was first cancelled citing the owner owes them a ton of money so I’m SOL- however my agreement with them doesn’t state maintenance work is dependent on the ledger between the owner and them (they seem shady enough to change their lease terminology for future tenants so make sure you read before you sign). After bringing the contract up, a new order was created, yet no work has been done and its been three weeks. Do you think its fair I had to pay rent to a company that was not holding up their end of the contract. Do you think its fair I Am liable for a utility bill given after the fact. A reputable business takes accountability. I should not know you and the owner have an issue that is none of my business. You would have charged me a late fee had I not paid my rent right? Evicted me? Regardless to what the owner did or did not owe you what does that have to do with your obligations per the contract -why are you then allowed to not fulfill your duties as the property manager.Faux pas*They cancelled the work order not even two minutes after this was posted- hopefully the new P.M has some integrity in their business practices.
Working with DK Rentals was just about the most seamless rental transaction that Ive ever experienced! From the initial review of the home, to signing the leasing documents, each staff member that I worked with, was knowledgeable and expeditious in their interactions with me. The only thing that prevents a 5 star rating, is the delay by their contractors in a minor installation prior to my move in.
We have been doing work for DK for over a year and have had a wonderful experience! By far the best management company i have had the pleasure of working with. Jeannie is extra helpful and always makes herself available in dealing with the tenants, owners and contractors. They are very fair and maintain an excellent turnaround time on payments and following up about the properties. GREAT COMPANY TO WORK WITH!

Incredible working with this property management group. Ive had a house with them for the past 8 years and have never had any issue. They put two incredible tenants in my house both times. The staff there is incredibly polite and they always are quick to resolve any issues that come up.
