They delivered our piano to our new house today on time and professionally! They have great attitudes and are very educational on how to care and improve our piano. Completely outstanding, expert service, not to mention great people to deal with. Moved my heavy grand safely and efficiently, clearly backed by years of experience. I worked in the piano business myself at one time and it doesnt take long to learn you dont ever want to use standard home movers when relocating a piano--it is just too specialized and dangerous and way too easy to cause serious damage to a often very costly piece of property. Piano Tech moved our baby grand to our new home which had 10 steps up! It wasnt an easy move, but they handled it and my piano didnt have a scratch on it. Mr. Gasquez did a fantastic job moving our piano from one home to another. He took the utmost care in moving it and caused zero damage to the piano or our home. He turned it beautifully by ear, not machine, after delivering it and turned it again today 3 months later. We are now scheduled for annual tunings. Not only did PianoTech store my piano when we redid our hardwood floors, but they were also able to fix the Queen Anne legs my dog had chewed up.
