Had my dog groomed last week. New groomer I had never had. She began by reading me all the notes that had been posted about my dog. She told me how hard it had been to groom her. That she tried to bite at the groomers. I could go on and on. None of the groomers had ever told me this about my dog. She weighs 15 pounds. She was very curt and rude. I almost took my dog and left, but she really needed a hair cut. She told me to come back at 8 and I did. Not ready which again made me mad. Then when I did pick her up she cut her like a schnauzer and she was an Aussiedoodle. Why on earth didn’t she look on her chart like she had previously or called me. . She looked ridiculous. Her name was Amy. That was my last trip to her and pet smart.

Every time I come here the employees are so nice and helpful. I get my dogs groomed here by Cindy A. She’s so patient and loving with them. My dogs also get seen by the vets at the Banfield in this store. They are also so loving and patient with my dogs. Highly recommend this location for all of your pet needs.

My dog could not be groomed because of the location being over booked even though I waited 3 weeks for my dog to be groomed! I waited in line 20 minutes to get my dog checked in! The groomer Amy called me 10 minutes after I left saying she could not groom my dog because he was too worked up! I live across town and had to drive 20 mins to get to that pet-smart. My dog has been in this location before and did not give any problems! He has also been to other groomers and did not give problems! I believe it was because this pet-smart was so booked they were trying to give any reason to not groom dogs! I did not appreciate the way my dog was treated! If they were not willing to take in any more appointments then why let people book them online only!

We got my son a fish for Christmas. The workers were super sweet and knowledgeable!

Associates were attentive and welcoming. Would have liked to see a greater selection of critters since half the enclosures were empty though.

Although my dogs came out super clean and soft, they didn’t do half of what we asked. I have 2 dogs so for 97$ I expected more. We have to take them somewhere else to get their paws trimmed (even though that was listed in their appointment) and we specifically asked for our girl dog to get under her chin trimmed, it didn’t get done. Overall it was a good bath, but we won’t be back for grooming needs.

The staff at the this location are always helpful. I notice they always open more registers when lines get busy which is nice. It is nice to see the little critters and cats back on display.

I dropped my dog off to be groomed at 11:45am. I went back at 3:45pm to check if she was ready since I had still not received a call to come pick her up. When I arrived, they told me it would be 3 more hours. When I asked why, I was told Amy had a lot of dogs. However, at drop off, there were zero dogs in the grooming room. I understand that groomers may get backed up, but Amy should have called to let me know she was running 4 hours behind, so that I could decide if I was comfortable keeping my poor dog locked in a crate for almost 7 hours.That is not acceptable.

They have a great staff, great selection of foods for my cats and dogs. But as always pet supplies are expensive. Its not just pet smart its the industry in general. But when they have sales its great. But I really like the staff. They are always helpful and make me feel they genuinely care about helping me.

I love the petsmart groomers at this location in Roswell. My dog is almost 15 years old, deaf, and blind and they are soo gentle with him. Just wonderful people. I trust them with my dog completely. I recommend making an appointment and giving ypur dog a pampered day in their grooming salon.

I have purchased fish in 3 diff6 locations... a lot of dead fihf in the poorly maintained aquariums. I spent over $70.00 all died...and this bacteria killed all my other fish that i had for over a year and brought from Florida 6 mon6 ago...very dissapointed and sad. FYI i ve had aquariums forover 2 decades...I. not a newbie.

I took the four week old kitten I found to get checked for an eye infection. And I then took her in a few weeks later for constipation.They gave her shots for worms ( they tested and she was negative for them, but they gave it just in case) they told me to put her on a boiled chicken diet, and to take away her milk supplement.Two days later, she became less active, and stopped eating.We called and they said it was from the shots, and maybe the Change in diet.That night, she had a seizure. So we took her to an emergency vet, and they said her blood sugar, body temperature and everything was too low.So we told them what petsmart told us to change her diet to, and they said its no wonder shes feeling that way. That she wasnt getting any sort of nutrients she needed.So, they gave her an IV over night. We picked her up the next morning and she looked better. Still not as active, and wouldnt freely move around.We took her to another vet later that day and they said she tested positive for every parasite. She had a few more seizures and passed away before we could begin treatment.They said she might have made it if wed stuck with the original diet.Petsmart said she was seven weeks old but she was NOT, she was four.Petsmart did not take the time to really look over the kitten.I will NOT be returning back to this petsmart, not for the vet, not the shopping, nothing.How stupid must you be to not properly look over an animal? Someones pet? Their fur baby?What if it was their own? Theyd want someone to actually take care of them.I hope no one else loses their pet because these stupid people dont bother to take care of them. These people are in it for the money, and not for the well-being of our animals.

We just got a rescue dog 18 months after losing our 12 year old rescue. PetSmart employees were very friendly and helped us to get the best deals available on beds, collars, etc. They were very attentive to our new pet. We met several other dog owners who also brought their dog shopping. This was a great experience and we will be sure to bring our dog with us each time we shop at PetSmart.

Nice enough and helpful staff. Store is kind of dim. The parking lot, bizarre.  Matter of fact, the parking lot is so incredibly awful that it is noteworthy.  Ive seen this sort of foolishness elsewhere, so it isnt unique to Roswell in general, or this PetSmart store in particular.  Acute angles, lanes and spaces situated as if the planning for the mess was done with a handful of Pixie Stix:  some architect or other equally over-credentialed moron had a handful of Stix, threw them at a mock-up of the shopping center, and exclaimed, Gobsmackers!  That looks like a wonderful plan!  Lets build THAT!  You should never hire weapons-grade retards to design your multi-million dollar shopping development.Anyway.  Checkout is a breeze here and the employees are quite nice.  Its always entertaining to see other people with their pets walking around in public.

Love that this essential service is back open and have options that best suit your needs to keep you protected during these times. You can feel very comfortable bringing your four-legged best friend in for a much needed groom.

Rude cashier. The price of the litter that I was buying indicated buy three, get one free. The cashier did not believe me. I asked her to go back and check. She supposedly went back, told me that I was wrong, and still didnt correct the price. A manager standing nearby confirmed what I had stated earlier & told her to correct the price. She never apologized.

We take our dogs to the Banfield Hospital located inside the PetSmart. The staff is Amazing!!!

I walked in to buy some crickets, the place was clean and the employees seemed busy but no one helped me so I just got some crickets myself most of them were dead already..I notice most stores dont really take care of the cricket section its hard to handle. I appreciate the guy at the register he was quick!

Brought my 7 month old, “excited” puppy in to get a nail grind. The ladies in the grooming area were very kind and were not the least worried that she was so energetic. They did a great job and my puppy didn’t seem even a bit bothered by the experience. I will be back!

I love this store. They have a nice variety of things, many different kinds of everything. They are incredible at treats, chews, toys, and I love the travel supplies selection, too. I never really need to worry about not being able to find something for my fur boy as he grows stages to stages.

I love coming here but, today I dealt with a very short, rude, bothered employee named Kendall, I have never seen her at this specific PetSmart...I will go to another PetSmart moving forward. She left a bad taste in my mouth.

I took my dog which is a lab to this location and had a horrible experience. They not only took my money, but did not inform me that they did not give my dog service...he came home not bathed, nails not clipped and they did not return his flea collar. I called the location once I realize they charged my card and never once mentioned that they didnt give him service. I was told to return the next day to get my refund and I had told them I would take him back to the Lavista Petsmart where he was serviced before and never had a problem with service... they proceed to flag my dog from any Petsmart based on aggression and never once communicated that to me when they initially took my money and lied about him getting serviced. They were obviously upset about me not allowing them a second chance that they extended to me...so they block me from taking my dog to any Petsmart. This was horrible service and I would not recommend this location to anyone! Service is horrible and if I had not called they would have kept my money. Sad!

Best Store around. I groom both my cocker spaniels in the salon. Ive never had issues and theyre meticulously washed and cut.

My two dogs were groomed at this location. I think Nicole who did my Maltese is pretty nice and good. But the one who did my other dog might have cut the dog since I saw the skin is red and he has been licking it a lot and the first night he went to home, he was shaking during his sleep. I was going to go to talk to them but got caught with a lot of work and found no time to go back. It hurts me seeing my dog hurt.The hair cut is good though. But that does not give any reason to get my dogs scared and hurt.

Ive shopped both online and picked up in this store and shopped in this store and have always found the associates very helpful.

Its great! When you walk in, it smells clean, bit like soap, but very clean for a pet store, they have things for all sorts of animals and have a training center and a grooming center for your pets. Every Saturday, they have dogs to adopt and theyre so darn cute! The people there are very friendly, and in case your dog makes a mess in the store, they have stations to clean up the mess!

Last weekend I took my pup to Petsmart for a bath and clipping but when came out after 3 hours I felt that they did not give him a proper bath at all. Though his hair was brushed well felt like he did not have a good bath.

I walked into Petsmart today with Scarlett, my baby, to kill time while we waited for my Mother to get her hair done. I noticed the watering unit for this Gerbil was empty and notified the employee standing next to it that he needed water. The employee said to me Hell get water in a couple of hours. Its changed every 24 hours. Well, the Gerbil was thirsty right then. He was trying to get a drink and there was no water. Im mad about this. How about ypu give the Gerbil some water now, not when you decide hes thirsty.

Dropped off my dog to get groomed in the morning and told them to call cell phone when done. They called the house at 4:45 saying they couldnt groom him and to pick him up. They had left him all day wet and in the kennel. Got an attitude and refused to do anything about it or apologize. Will never shop here again.
