I hired Alligatr to promote my new business. I chose them because I also wanted to help a small business in my town. Our initial interactions were upbeat and enthusiastic, but then little was done. They said they would do three primary tasks. First, research my demographic and then begin a banner ad campaign. Second, create a nibbler site to capture data for analysis. Third, initiate an email campaign based on this data. I was supposed to receive monthly updates on data and the results of Alligatrs efforts. I am not entirely certain of the efforts to analyze data and effectively target potential clients because I never received reports from Alligatr. My biggest complaint is their nibbler site. I repeatedly requested changes to the site that were not done. They did change out some photos at my request, but that was it. The site had little information on it and did not provide any links to my own company website. It did not allow any potential clients to view substantial information about my services without giving me their personal information, which I find ineffective. In the end, I spent nearly $2000 on Alligatrs services and did not receive a single lead from them. I requested a refund since they were unresponsive to my requests for changes to my website and did not provide the reports they promised, but received no response.

Great vision, and hugely innovative for Small Business. Best marketing data Ive ever seen.
