Online says Saturday open til 530 I got there at 1 58 and it was closed. Please update online hours I needed to send a package back asap today and dont get to make it in time because online hours were wrong and not up to date

Good quick service the only thing I Dont like is you have to stand outside until the person is done thats in front of you because of it being a small building

This is a very bad international service. I sent a package to Mexico and they lost it. I called to the call center and they said We send it with a support company because there is a extended zone but they dont know were its my package

Roswell delivery Priority Overnight delivered to wrong address. Correct address was on the package. I was waiting for the package of Oxygen canulae for my mother, so I was watching for it. Apparently driver doesn’t read well, or know where odd number houses and even number houses are. (hint: odd numbers are on the North side of streets running East/West.) Our house has numbers, and our streetcurb is labeled with number.) Not impressed.

We drove an hour to get here, desperately trying to mail a package that had to go out today. We arrived several minutes before they were supposed to close at 1PM on a Saturday, only to find the door was already locked. A customer service girl came to the door and said sorry, she had already shut down the computer and she was going home. So I guess their sign should say they close at 1PM or whenever the girl at the front desk feels like leaving. Absolutely livid over this!

How about you actually knock or ring a door bell? Don’t just slap a door tag on my door, and walk off. Wasting delivery attempts, and not making an effort to actually deliver anything, great job. Strange how at the time you place the door tag, I was 4 feet away from my door. No knock, or any attempt to deliver my package.

The service representative was extremely helpful and understanding. They where able to track down my package and I️ was able to pick it up at the service center a day earlier.

The lady in Roswell, NM would not take us in Saturday at 12:58 pm - 06/12/20. They Closed the register, she said. We drove from far away and she will not take us. Really? This was an emergency package. Thank You UPS for saving us!

Driver said delivered I was home all day never received packages. I called and Rebecca didnt seem to understand why it said it was delivered and I didnt have. I received one of three packages. Thanks for Amazon to have great customer service unlike FedEx...no offer of anything..

I was angry that I had to go clear across town to the Fedex Ground location. Id be much happier if everything was conveniently located.

Package sat there since Saturday. Roswell wasnt available to answer the phone for the corporate office agents. After multiple attempts to reach Roswell and 10 minutes, Becky answered the phone and then denied everything that happened, and threatened me with additional shipping charges and refused to transfer to supervisor.

First time there and the staff was watching videos on their computer or something because no one was at the front. I could see them in the back laughing and chillin. No one came to the front when I entered. Disappointed.
