I had Window Genie come out to my house for gutter cleaning spring 2021. The results of their work was not what I was expecting nor in line with what the service worker described as a job complete. So I asked them to come back to finish the work and this is the results of gutter cleaning after 2 visits. Still missed a lot of leaves but I was told that the gutters were materially clean by the owner and was offered a 20% discount. Hopefully they will use the images I provided him as training material for the company and service people to do a better job and make the company better. Would not recommend them as a gutter cleaning service because they were not honest about the work they did (saying it was clean and clear, while still leaving organics in the gutter). The pictures show all the areas missed which comprise about 10+ linear feet of leaf debris. If the company told me to expect piles of leaves left over, I would be fine paying them for what they could do. But they told me it would be clean and clear of which it is not.

Company advertised gutter cleaning for $99, I was charged $175 but understood that maybe I had more gutters apparently. Just over 3 months later my gutter is blocked and rain pours over the gutter. From April through July the leaves havent even started to fall yet so Im not sure why there is an issue, when I called the company they insisted I pay the full amount of $175 again even though I was just asking them to come out and look at the one area. At 14 weeks post what should be a annual service I really felt that an decent company would come out and address the one issue I had, seems like this company is just about making money from poor service and has no care for customer service. Look for another company if you want the job done with quality service.

The servicemen were very courteous and worked diligently to ensure we were satisfied. We would wholeheartedly recommend this company.

Very pleasant guys. 3 showed up and worked very fast. Tha man in charge told me if there were any problems to call and they would come back. Several windows were streaked but I did not call. I appreciated the offer but it did not fit my schedule to have them come back. I felt if they had taken a little more time and checked their work it might have been better.

I wanted to tell you that the service I received today from your technician, Cleveland Gobert, was outstanding. He was very professional, kind and did an amazing job. My home has 39 windows on 3 levels that badly need to be cleaned inside and out, as I didnt get them done last year due to Covid. When he showed up alone without another crew member, I was a bit worried that he would need to hurry and get to the next job. Cleveland took his time and my windows have never looked better. He lowered all the blinds when he was done with each window AND moved a sleeper sofa couch back to its original position in my den without me knowing. Would not recommend this business. The crew was on time and did their job professionally, however the end result was not acceptable. We had all of our windows cleaned and paid over $700. We have a large window in our family room and noticed that the upper panes have streaks on them, but you could only see this when the light was coming in a certain way. We called the company to let them know, hoping they would come back out and remedy this, but were told by the receptionist that their company has a 30 day streak guarantee and we were 36 hours past that time. She offered no assistance or remedy. We will definitely not be using them in the future.

Of the three companies that have provided this service over the last 10 years, Window Genie did the best job in the most professional manor. We will be using them often from now on. I would whole heartedly recommend the company and the team to my best friends and clients.

Yesterday they came to clean our windows. They initially quoted 900dollars for cleaning interior and exterior of all windows we have. After they came here, they cleaned inside first. I saw they skipped several windows where I can saw in my Kitchen. When they told me they have finished interior cleaning, I pointed out those several un-cleaned windows to them. They started to say my windows is clouded, or they intended to clean them later. When I asked they how they cleaned those higher windows, they said they used the ladder. But what I saw is they did not use the ladder to clean those windows.Secondly, they quoted me to clean interior and exterior. They never said they would not clean any sticky stuff on the glass. If they only dust the windows I will never order the cleaning. They now said that if clean the sticky stuff, I have to add three dollars per windows.I lost my trust on them. I can’t check every windows whether they have cleaned or not. Even if I found it not cleaned, they would have excused themselves for “sticky stuff “. I have to let them go without cleaning exterior windows. I paid 300 dollars even though they worked here only 1and ½ hours.

Techs were great and did a good job. We were a little concerned with solution used. The smell of bleach was overwhelming. It also adversely affected many of our plants that hopefully will recover.Other than that, okay.

Had my gutters cleaned by them and had a very positive experience.They came earlier than expected. I was in the shower when they came. Once i wrapped up and went out, they had already finished the work.Payment was easy. Im very satisfied with my personal experience and will be using them again.

Scheduled a gutter cleaning service in late March 21. Said they were busy but scheduled me for 4/29/21. On the day of my cleaning service, the technician called and stated they had a job run over that day. I said thats fine, as things happen. But, when they said they must bump me back to 5/15, I couldnt believe it. They said thats how their scheduling works. I said thanks but no thanks.Getting bumped a day is no big deal, but bumping someone a full 16 days when theyve been on the calendar for 4-5 weeks is shameful. I learned my lesson with this company. Never again. Ill pony up a little more money for a company that treats its customers better. BUYER BEWARE!

Hired Window Genie to clean my windows, interior and exterior. Easy to book an appointment. Gave me an estimate over the phone that was validated when they arrived. They were very professional and friendly. Did a great job on my chandelier. Did a good job on the windows. Average to below average on the window sills. Missed several of them. I caught a couple of them before they left and they cleaned those. Unfortunately I found a few more a few days later. I still need to go back and clean the corners with a toothbrush to do a better job. I would use them again but I would verify with them before they started the job to make sure they do the window sills.

On February 4, 2021 Casey and Keith cleaned my gutters, washed two cathedral windows inside and out and bleached and power washed my front porch and steps. I called to find out more information and pricing and was shocked at how rude and condescending the receptionist was. In spite of this I called to schedule and was informed that the price had gone up by 50% even though they hadnt even visited my home.I called to speak to the owner and told him about the rudeness of his team member and about the unprofessional way they randomly changed the price and his response was Thanks for the feedback. Wow, no apology, no attempt to make things right. They lost my business before they even showed up!

Excellent job pressure washing house exterior and driveway along with washing windows inside and out. My house now looks as good as the day it was painted and windows literally shine both inside and out. Sid was professional, very thorough and paid attention to every detail. My only issue was that they didnt finish the job on the first day and it was five days later before they could, but I understand because the holiday season is a very busy time for them. Ill use them again!

HORRID!! WORST EVER!! I would NEVER EVER EVER use this service again! STAY AWAY!! They did not clean the above- ground down spouts as contracted then refused to come back to finish the job (as contracted).The first rain that fell, it was apparent that the down spouts were clogged. I pulled off the end of two spouts and over a foot-long clump of autum leaves were in there. I called and left a message and got no call back. I called again and Bailey claimed it was now over 30 days so there was nothing they would do (even though my first call was within 30 days!). Im not in charge of when it rains, so I would not have known they did not clean the spouts. Should I have climbed up on the roof and poured water in the gutter to see if the spouts were clogged?After being sent to voice mail, I called yet again. Matt, who claimed to be a manager, excused away the poor job by saying spring whirlygigs get in the spouts and I should pay for another gutter cleaning. I explained that the clogs were Autumn leaves not Spring whirlygigs. He then made the excuse that a tornado blew autumn leaves from another state down my downspout.Poor and incomplete cleaning service!Not fulfilling contractual agreement!Illogical responses!Horridly poor customer service!I would never again use or ever recommend this service.Window Genie has Whirlygigs in their customer service!

I used this company to install Christmas lights around my eaves and gutters & to outline my driveway and yard. 2 very polite and respectful young men did the installation last weekend. I’d give them 5 stars except their pricing is too high in my opinion - considering you are paying for the labor and to borrow the lights (they come and take them down and away in January) I was disappointed to be quoted $200+ to run some simple lights across a waist-high 14ft x 4ft hedge. Not going to let that spoil my experience though. Can’t wait to flick the switch on next weekend after Thanksgiving!

Approximately one month ago we contacted Window Genie Atlanta to pressure wash our home and driveway. We were scheduled for last Wednesday, March 31. There was rain on that particular day and one of your service men contacted us to say that they would not be able to come due to the weather. He said that someone from the office would be in touch that same day to re-schedule. It is now April 8 and still there has been no contact from anyone. How does one run a business in this matter? Obviously, your company is one of gross incompetence and negligence. I will never work with your company again.

They did a great job with gutters and Gabe me an update on whether repairs were needed. One reminder would be to check bushes for debris....2 were missed but I was cutting them down the next day anyway.

They put Window film, mirrored to allow me to see out while making it hard to see in, on my glass front door and sidelights as well as a half-circle window.

Weve used WG for windows and gutters several times, never had an issue. Just a few days ago we paid for a home pressure washing and gutter cleaning. The guys came around 9, and said due to the amount of junk in gutters, theyre frozen. They assured me they would be back later that day once the sun hit gutters and the temperature was around 50. I had no problem with this and told them it was fine.The problem I had, was when no one showed back up to complete the work, no call from home office, no text from workers saying they werent returning to the job site.By 11 the next day, still no call to let me know whats going on.So I can and ask the man that answered the phone if they would be back out today to finish the job. He tells me their next appointment is over 2 weeks out. I asked him why I would have to wait 2+ weeks when their people failed to complete their job the day it was scheduled for, which I waited 3 weeks to get the original appt.I asked to speak to manager and he sends me to the owners voicemail. A couple hours later the owner calls back and begrudgingly says he moved some things around to get me in the next day. Says it would be a waterfall effect if I took someone elses spot instead of waiting the 2+ weeks til opening. He sounded just as annoyed to have to actually accommodate the paying customer as the receptionist did.However, they did do a good job on the gutters as well as the pressure washing. That was their saving grace. So they do good work, and as long as they complete the job on their scheduled day, then you should be happy.

A two man crew came to my house. I ordered a pressure washing of the driveway, walk to door, front porch and back patio. I also ordered pressure washing of the entire house, all sides. I further ordered 25 windows cleaned inside and out. I was completely satisfied with all the work. They arrived on time, were very polite and professional and worked quickly but did a thorough job. The pressure washing of the side of the house has attracted attention of my neighbors who commented on how nice it looked to them. They have been residents longer than i have. The windows were excellent. I believe the price/value was fine and am satisfied with the work. I would have them back and recommend them to others.

Do not hire to clean your roof. This is what the call clean. The people are rude and wont return to make it right.What I would like is for you to not have left my roof they way you did. You never returned after I contacted Trust Dale to finish your work. I wasnt home like you mentioned, so obviously the pictures were taken after the work was done. Spin it how you want David we both know what really happen.Looks like you screwed everyone who used a Groupon. Is that because Trust Dale couldnt do anything to you about it?

They did a great job pressure washing our house and cleaning the gutters. My only concern is the bleach that was used during cleaning the house. I was told it was diluted and would be washed off of plants which it was, however the hydrangeas and peach tree surrounding my house have been damaged. I would have gladly covered things up with plastic if I would have known this would happen. Perhaps you can suggest this in future or bring some to the site for your customer. The bleach smell was quite strong. I would prefer an environmentally friendly option.

I needed my windows cleaned and decided to let them also clean my gutters at the same time. I have been using another gutter cleaning company in ATL for years. Ryan and Stavon with Window Genie did an excellent job on both services. Unlike some other window companies, they do actually spray and squeegee each window from the outside rather than just spray some detergent cleaner. My home is 3 stories on the back and they had all of the equipment and worked safely to complete the project. They also gave me feedback of other minor issues they could see on the roof and some rotting wood at some high trim. I am very pleased and will use them again.

They suck. Dont believe them. They say my gutter got lot of debris in 1 month and the pipe got clogged. They had the service on August 15th. The gutter is clean even now but they did not flush out the pipe properly so all the debris during cleaning are stuck in the pipe. Very Very Very Bad Service. I will attach the picture later after i get another company clean and flush out the gutter. They dont deserve any star. Unfortunately i cant post without it.Reply to Owner Response:Clogged pipe is not underground and My roof is already fixed. I am not asking you to fix my roof. Roofer showed the picture where the water stays in the gutter and not flushed out after the rain. Its less than 30 days a flushed gutter got debris which is not an underground pipe. I am not sure whether this issue was there from day 1 because i dont climb top of my house and check it. If i can do that i would have done this job myself properly and professionally. Its my mistake i called a window cleaning company for gutter cleaning. Beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! of this company.

Used Window Genie for exterior window washing and a chandelier cleaning. Very courteous, professional, and did a great job cleaning.

The employees that work for this company, on the phone and onsite, are very professional. They are punctual and considerate of your time. I received a confirmation call as well as a call when the workers were on their way. Although I hadn’t asked them to, they also inspected the gutters and windows while they were working to let me know about any areas of concern. Our gutters were great, but 2 of our skylights need repair. We wouldn’t have known otherwise until the windows started to leak, which would have been a bigger issue. They were willing to take photos as well. I would recommend them to friends.

Our two technicians were so polite and professional, and they cleaned the windows (inside and outside), ceiling fan, and gutters thoroughly. Communication was excellent, and they arrived on time. The price was reasonable for the amount of work done. We will DEFINITELY use Window Genie again.
