Best carpet cleaning experience I have ever had. Very knowledgeable and took the time to explain entire process and why he cleans the way he does. Soft water carpet cleaning is the only way to clean. Jason does not use cheap cleaning products and he researches all of his products before he uses them. They are total green and safe for your animals and people.

I called several time and even text to have my home cleaned before putting it on the market to sale. (Century 2I even called)I never received a return call. I hear their carpet cleaning service is the best in Roswell. My realtor even recommend Desert Palm. BUT it is completely unprofessional not to return a potential customers call. If you are booked just try to return a call and say so, or better...get a receptionist. Unsat

My house recently flooded and I called Jason for help. Despite him being extremely busy he showed up within a few hours of the initial call and proceeded with the clean up. Jason is very thorough and conciseness with the cleanup process as well as black mold detection and treatment. Once the wood floor and sheetrock was removed he brought in the fans for drying and air scrubbers to ensure the removal of any mold or fungus. We are very satisfied with the job Jason does along with his thoroughness and true concern for his customers wellbeing.

About 3 weeks ago my parent got home to a water damaged home after their weekend vacation out of state. They opened their front door and water poured out. A pipe from the water heater burst and was leaking hot water for days. They got home about 6pm that Tuesday and were devastated to find their home with water damage. I got off work at 8:30pm and started to call around to get some vents going to try and save some of the baseboards and sheetrock. First company I called no one answered, then I called Desert Palms LLC and Jason picked up immediately. He came over to my parents house in less than an hour after getting off the phone with him. He helped my father and was there until about 11pm setting up vents and sprayed to prevent mold. Jason came by my parents house every afternoon to check in. Thanks to immediate response from Jason, he was able to prevent further damage to my fathers home.
