Great quality work and very quick. Removed some fine blemishes with the clay bar and did a nice hand wax. Truck is 7 years old but looks new after today! Glad to have tried Cartique and will be coming here from now on.

Dont waste your time and money here. Terrible service. They do not know how to clean a car, missed many areas outside and inside. We had to clean the outside and vacuum the inside again.

He was so friendly, quickly took my car, and had it with the station to hand wash within minutes. Then another team all together as a group cleaned the interior of my car. They did a fantastic job and the price was fantastic... $25 for my car, wow. Saved me an entire afternoon of cleaning - and it only took them less than 15 minutes to complete. I have a Black 2002 Chevrolet Corvette Convertible. Although it never goes out in the rain and is garaged, it has been washed but never polished and the finish was getting old and splotchy. Im a huge proponent of supporting small businesses and Cartique is one of the best car washes Ive ever been to. Ive come to them a few times, but I hadnt had my car cleaned in a little over a year this most recent time. I own pets and travel a lot so my car was full of dirt, animal hair, and bits of outdoor debris. I was a little embarrassed about how bad I had let it get, but Cartiques employees were super professional. I got the #3 wash and both rows of fabric seats shampooed.The pricing here is incredibly reasonable for the high quality work they do. Ive been to several different carwashes in the Roswell/Alpharetta/East Cobb area over the years but Cartique has done the best, with the highest level of professionalism of any place Ive been to.

I have gone there many times;because the owner made sure my vehicle was top notch before leaving. I went there today and the service was awful. My car was not cleaned inside, it looked the same as when I took it in. It was dripping wet and I had too get one of the employees too come and wipe it down . Windows had stains on them. Sad part is,there where about 7 employees standing around doing nothing. 😢I called to stress my concerns and no one answers the phone. For the price I paid, I am very, very disappointed. Not sure I will use this car wash again. I could have done a better job myself and saved the mobey.

I was so pleased with the work that Cartique did on my truck. I had a pretty bad scratch on my blacke truck. Another business told me they would repain my truck and it would cost $400. Cartique buffed out the scratch in less that 15 minutes. It looked great with no trace of the scratch

I used Cartique for several years for Jeep cleaning. Unfortunately, I washed my jeep one time using a kitchen sponge. I scratched all the doors badly. Steve and his team did a great job removing the scratches. He quoted me only a few hours to correct yet it took several more hours to fix based on the depth of the scratches.. He was true to his word by only charging me the initial quote. Steve and his team were very professional through the entire process. It is rare to find a great business owner like Steve. I have been their customer since 2016 and am very pleased with their performance.The quality of car wash is exceptional - all by hand, the windows are cleaned from inside without leaving any streaks, each segment of quite complex alloy wheels gets cleaned too. It is a small shop, the owner is present almost all the time and this allows them to provide customers with great service and personal attention.

I think this is a great car wash. I have been here 3 times in the past year and plan on taking my car again next week. Steve owns the place and hes a very nice and genuine guy. I always get a basic car wash for $32 and its what youd expect. Nice and clean, nothing extra and fancy. I did pay for them to get the haze from my headlights about 8 months ago. The haze is beginning to come back, but it was and is a far better look than before. I would trust them to do a detail of my car, but would have extremely HIGH standards. Steve is very reasonable and has high standards.... if there were an issue with a detail job, I know hed quickly and professionally work to rectify it.!

Came here because of the surplus of good ratings. The total was $25 and they do a better job than any other shop in town. I ended up meeting the famous owner, Steve. Super nice guy and you can tell he cares about his customers and employees. He was out there in the 95 degree heat working right alongside them.Not only was it a great price, but the service was excellent and the job was very well done. Glad I discovered this place.

Great if youre in a rush. They work fast, but leave alot to be desired for a $21 wash and a $4 tip. This was a test to see the quality of work they do here, and im not impressed enough to come back for a full detail job, because I dont trust cartique after this. Find attached the pictures Ive taken 10 minutes after a wash. As you can see the side skirts of my vehicle were not even touched. Theres still dirt and grime from the recent weather Conditions stuck on there. You can see in the 4th picture where the inside half of the paint is still dirty, and the outside was wiped clean. Half a** vaccume job leaving dirt in the carpet, and I dont mean rub the carpet and dirt comes up to the surface I mean there is dirt visable on the surface. I dont feel like I got my moneys worth, I would have been happy if this wash cost me 15$ instead of 25$ I want to add that the car is definitely much cleaner, but not up to part with what I expected.

I came in prepared to spend a lot on a detail because my car had some fragrance smell that I wanted out. Steve could have sold me the largest package they had and I would have gone for it. Instead he told me to get a $25 wash and then to just let my car air out. He made a loyal customer out of me with his honesty and professionalism.

Definitely not going back.Owner was so rude and on the end he refused to provide the service.I brought the company truck and truck was really dirty.From his first reaction when he saw the truck I could tell that he didn’t really want to wash it but he couldn’t say NO right a way. He couldn’t tell me right the way what’s the price but I had to ask. After his thinking and adding on the top of his $25 regular price because truck was dirty I accepted the price.Of course his reason was because truck was dirty but I told him that’s why I came to car wash.Suddenly he changed his mind and told me there is a car wash across of the street and you can go there. I told you can do it this time and I ll go there next time. As soon as I said that he gave me keys back and told me to leave. I know the guys at car wash can have bad attitude to the customer but that was too much and so disrespectful.Only reason I am writing this review is hope that owner will see this and try to change his attitude to the future customers.

I got my car back and it was cleaned up nicely and for a great price. I work down the street and so it was really convenient. My whole company brings their cars here as well. This business has excellent and quality customer service. I love how the owner remembers all of the customers names and you are greeted by your first name and treated with First Class customer service. Most importantly your vehicle is washed, cleaned and detailed from top to bottom. The staff does not rush and they give each customer the same amount of time on cleaning your vehicle as if you have a Rolls Royce. You won’t be disappointed 😊

Owner greeted me and was very helpful they did a good job in the car all the obvious places like cupholders mats ect were cleaned. Only thing is that I did have some water streaks down my door because it wasnt 100 percent dry but without machines I didnt expect it to be. Ill be coming back for sure!

Incredibly positive experience --in terms of integrity and quality of work.This is the first time I have had my 8 year-old-car (Lexus) detailed. Steve, the owner, had every opportunity to up-sell me. Instead he quoted me almost $100 less than what I expected to pay because he said thats all that I needed. The results were exceptional --inside and out. I almost feel like Im driving a new car again. This business earned my loyalty. You should feel really good about patronizing this establishment.

Compared to drive-through car washes and a couple of other hand-wash places this is mostly my favorite place because they do a swarm-style job. This way, not many people are exhausted and theres multiple eyes to spot-check any details left unturned.HOWEVER...Like most places though, its not perfect for those with OCD levels of cleanliness. Im not gonna hold back because I feel like theres potential here especially if Steve (the owner) was around. I came on a slow Sunday where there was just 1 other car, and I dont mind the extra time itll take to do a thorough job... Thats why I came on a weekend.Because it seems like English isnt the main language, I recommend bringing a visual list of any particular areas that need attention. That helped me finally (after 3 years and detailing) get the mud stains out my car seats. Overall this is still the best place to bring a car, its worth the distance to get here.

Typically I go to a car wash..I’m skeptical of the service and feel burned by the price but at Cartique that wasn’t the case at all!Steve and the team cleaned the every drop of dirt from my work truck and made it look better than when I got it. They hand washed it which means I didn’t find areas the machines missed and didn’t find the typical scratches from an automated tunnel wash.It’s nice to see people proud of what they do and caring what customers think-even when it’s 22 degrees and they have to wash a truck outside!Quality of service was a 10! As was the value for money! I’ll happily make the drive for quality and service every time I need something washed!

Hands down, this is the best carwash in the Alpharetta/Roswell area. I have been doing business with Cartique for approximately 6 years and it has been the best decision I made by choosing Cartique. The owner is one who is concerned about his clients, personally and professionally. He amazes me how he has a great connection with each client and remembers their name and something special about each of them. I went to Cartique for the first time today for an exterior wash. These guys and gals did a great job and were pleasant to deal with. They even hand dried the top of the SUV, the door posts and sills, and the wheels were clean - something the carwash that I previously did business with couldnt seem to get right.

Absolutely next level customer service. I was actually passing by them on my way to another hand wash place and decided to turn around and give them a try and I am very glad that I did. They did a wonderful job. Wash time was reasonable. Price for my large truck was very reasonable. Waiting area was nice and clean. Will definitely be back in the future.

Owner is a great guy and the quality of work is phenomenal. Had some tree sap on my paint that would not come out but these guys know what they’re doing. Reasonable pricing and excellent customer service.

Cartique has detailed my car many times over the years. These guys simply do a great job. They are truly detailed oriented and work on every little scuff and stain. I believe the same people have owned the company for at least a decade and they are just super professional all around. With their top notch detailing packages they can make a 12 year old car look brand new! Cartique is worth every penny.

I regularly go here for my regular car hand wash, which is so much better than those machine washes. Since they do a quality job in washes I decided to get my car polished and waxed today. Within an hour, they gave my car a nice wash, polish, and wax, along with a nice tire shine. Surprisingly the price was lower than what I expected and it was reasonable. The owner was honest and very thorough in explaining what steps to take to polish and wax my car. I strongly recommend them.

I found this place on yelp because I needed a detailed hand wash for a new car I just bought. I called and Steven was super helpful and welcoming. He answered any questions I had and when I came in, he greeted me and went through everything in detail about how they would wash my car.I asked questions about different services and his patience and knowledge really blew me away. He never tried to sell me anything or upgrade to a higher service. I asked for a suggestion on how maintenance washes and his suggestions were spot on and very economical.Good guy, good place, good prices. Go here. You wont regret it. Just go early because it can get a little busy.

Great prices and a quick and quality wash. But if youre wanting a detail, you need to either come on a weekday or make an appointment. Weekends are really busy. The owner(?) Or manager is extremely nice and seemed to remember all his customers. Hes also very hands on and runs around taking care of everything. You dont see many bosses doing the same work they hire people to do for them.

I had every service they offer done to the outside of my car - two bucket wash, iron-x, clay bar, detail buffing where needed, and their best final coat finish that they offer. The car is shiny and smooth. They went ahead and vacuumed the inside and damp wiped all the dust off the interior without my asking or without extra charge. Since this is almost an entire day job, they offer night time drop-off and called/emailed to let me know the progress and when I could pick it up. Very pleased!

Brought my black Aston Martin DB9 to Steve who handled everything beautifully on a busy Sunday afternoon. He helped me remove a windshield sticker without damaging it and also addressed pine tree sap on my trunk. He also did not oversell any services and said wait until next time on items that did not need attention today. I will bring my other cars to Steve in the future. Excellent service!

I had the distinct pleasure of meeting Steven Geckos today. While driving to run errands, I discovered that I had unknowingly drove over a patch of wet paint. My stomach sunk, my heart flipped when I realized white paint had been sprayed all over my car by my own tires!! A hand wash car detail would be my only hope.Cartique car wash was within a distance that I could reach before the paint dried.Steven Geckos greeted me with a smile and a promise that he could remove the paint. Although it was quite busy, he asked me to wait a bit. I was full of hope. This car belonged to my husband who passed several years ago. It is a rare car and I take great care to maintain it as my husband would have wanted.Lo and behold the staff rendered it spotless! Steve could see how happy and relieved I was. I had to hug him! That is not where the story ends. Steve generously waived the fee sending me on my way.There are wonderful people in this world. Steve ranks up there with the best. Cartique is the only place I take my car to be detailed. Steve and his staff are cordial and courteous consistently along with the quality of the work they do. Wait time and pricing are reasonable for the amount of work put into detailing a car. You wont find me anywhere else getting my car detailed unless I have desire to do it myself.

Great job on exterior of wifes van. Upon my request, owner was able to remove paint on side of car where my wife had rubbed alongside the garage...I still love her though.After 2 weeks, exterior still looks incredible. Only complaint is for the interior they only vacuumed, no armor all or wiping down the dashboard or any other plastic or leather within the interior. Not sure if this cost extra?

They were great! I had a paint mist that had settled onto my entire car. They were very honest up front with what they thought they should do. When a regular wash wouldnt handle the issue (they thought it might not but it was worth a try in y mind!) they did what had to be done the following morning and the car is beautiful. The prices are more than reasonable and their care and concern for the car and for me as the customer was well worth it. I am really grateful for their work and concern!
