Staff was friendly and professional, office was clean and well maintained.The only recommendation I could give is that they provide better information on their location. It is a 3 story building with multiple entry points and you have to go upstairs from the parking lot for building 700.... totally not a big deal to climb 3 flights of stairs for me, I could use the exercise. Elevators were also available.

Mr. Turner is one of a kind in the best possible way when it comes to phlebotomy. I called him about my son who has a hard time with his veins each time he has to get blood drawn. He was very professional, reasonably priced and most importantly, kind and considerate. My son called me after, and I promise in 25 years he has NEVER had this good of an experience getting his blood drawn. Mr. Turner made the experience good before and after the draw, and Gentle Labs is the absolute perfect name for his business. I literally wanted to go to his office and hug him. Thank you Mr. Turner, seriously you are appreciated. The care, concern and pleasantries you showed to my son have made us customers forever. Dont hesitate folks, please support this business! You will not be disappointed.

I have been having my blood checked once a month for most of my life, and have been to countless labs in numerous states. Some labs have treated me fairly well and others not well at all.None, however, have ever treated me as well as Gentle Labs. The staff are great, the scheduling system is exceptionally user-friendly, the lab results reach my doctor quickly, and the phlebotomist is genuinely gentle.

Highly recommend Gentle Labs! Scheduling was quick and easy, they arrived on time, were polite and professional, but most importantly D was great with my special needs son!!! We will be using this service going forward for my son who is often difficult to get in and out of places for a quick lab draw!
