Very professional, very fast, and great communication! Richard was very knowledgeable and patient with me while I bailed a relative out. I never leave reviews but I wish I could leave zero stars for this place. I called to bail my boyfriend out of jail, payed the amount asked, and then was told that my boyfriends bond had already been payed. Was told I would receive a refund, still havent received it. Texted him to confirm it has been refunded, was then told he couldnt do anything about it because it is up to the other companies. He calls me with an attitude and raised his voice all because he lost money because he works off commission and almost got into a car accident after I had texted him???. How was I supposed to know someone payed it. Thats not my job. Dont look at your phone when you drive maybe? I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK. Very unprofessional. Highly do not recommend.

I would not recommend this place. I called and everything was okay at first. Spoke with owner, was aware of charges and an estimate of the bond. When it came time for everything to happen he switched up and told me he couldnt do it anymore. Should have told me that in the beginning instead of depending on him. I went with the bail bondsman next door, would recommend you do to so you dont have this problem.
