Guy answered the phone sounded like he had a mouth full of food; not only did he attempt to give me the weakest explanation of the law, like he was drunk himself, he was very rude and condescending. Spoke to me as if I was broke; and stupid. He answered the questions in a manner that totally screamed “I don’t don’t wanna do business with you because you sound black”. I’m trying to help a friend and he made it very difficult with rhetorical
