Not only did the guy that put me on hold for 10 minutes not have an available technician in the area (KEEP IN MIND I LIVE ONE BLOCK AWAY FROM THE ADDRESS LISTED), not to mention he didnt know who or where the business I was calling to...Bait & Switch??? These guys/gals need to be removed if they no longer own, run or operate the business listed.

Best appliance repair in town! they got to my house in less than an hour from my call.I called them to to repair my Whirlpool refrigerator which started leaking and stopped cooling. Joe the technician was very nice and fixed it on the spot. Appearantly it was just a little bit of dirt in the back which he was able to take care of right away. The total cost? only $69! would highly recommend.

BEWARE!! I would give this place -0 stars I called asked them for an hourly rate and they could not provide me with it...FYI it was a fuse in my dryer and he was here 20 minutes and kept dilly dolling and then wanted to charge $200 for the visit and $30 dollars for the part that I can get for $5.00 dollars. The worst part was we were just going to pay for it until the Technician said I would like to see you do this yourself...Its all over the internet how to repair it. Still had to pay $69 dollars for them to come out but will refund it if you continue with the repair. I questioned this place by where they put there office on google maps its a Law Firm I should have gone with my gut on these guys. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!! I neve write bad reviews but the public needs to know this. I dont know anyone that makes $200 for 20 minutes or even and hour.

I would give 0 stars if possible! On Friday I made an appointment for Monday, 20 minutes later I received a text that the technician had hurt his hand and they were trying to re-route another technician, but that it would be later in the day. Monday came and went w/ no call or text, at 5:40pm I texted that I had not heard from anybody, at 11 on Tuesday they re-sent the exact text from Friday about the tech injuring his hand! They must use this excuse a lot. They also informed me that it would be another week before they could re-schedule. Dont waste your time with these bozos!

Whoever told me that my brand of refrigerator was the best I want to hit right now . I think it was a rep from Sears. Either way, this repair company that I called got to the refrigerator and made it work better than it had when I first shelled out all that cash to pay for it.

Technician said they were on their way and 3 hours later still hadnt shown up. They were still another hour away. Also this is just a front for some other company that takes your money and contracts out the actual work. No accountability, no responsibility. Terrible customer service. Will never call them again.
