I needed EZ Home to finish installing window on my house (last 4 of 15 windows) when the company I was working with went out of business before the work was done. They stepped in and did a great job. I had the unique position to compare their performance with the other company, and from my experience, I would prefer working with them over the other company any day. Its important to note that the product (low e triple pane window) was the same with both companies.The highlights of working with EZ Home are as follows: 1) their contractors who performed the install were exceptionally considerate as they worked in the kitchen/main living space while I worked from home with two curious toddlers who needed to be in and out of their work space to eat. They were also very clean (cleaner than the last company by far), 2) the company representatives repeatedly call from the time I ordered the windows from the the sales person to the wait time for them to be made to install and after install to make sure Im happy with the product AND the customer service. Its not a ploy as a part of a sales spiel either; rather, they truly want to do such a good job that they are worthy of recommendation whether Im willing to recommend them or not. They take pride in their work, and I know that my job, just 4 windows, is a small job for them, but it meant everything to me to finish the job and have my windows match, and 3) the product is a great product. For people looking for top grade windows, this is a great company to do the install. My windows are custom made and the best available today. Yeah, I paid a lot of money for them; and not everyone wants the best windows possible to make such a big investment. But for the customer looking for what I was looking for, the best, this is a great company to deliver customer service that matches the best window available today, because really, the product is only as good as the install.

The EZ home team provided a good home construction experience. Having not been through the process of an insurance claim remodel, EZ Home provided a plethora of information of what to expect and how to traverse the process. We were exceptionally impressed with the teams ability to successfully negotiate additional work to be covered from our insurance company to properly repair our home.The actual construction was straight-forward. The teams performed well and made sure to clean the areas following construction each and every day on-site. Work was completed in a timely-manner.Overall, the EZ Home Solutions team is a great example of a good home construction company. You should know your investment is well-placed in hiring them.

Our shingles on our cabin and garage were damaged by hail a year ago. EZ Solutions did the inspection, took pictures, worked with our insurance company who in turn trusted EZ Solutions and we sat back and let everything unfold in no time at all. The roof and garage look great, they cleaned everything up, including sweeping for nail several times and have checked back with us to see if we are happy with the work. We give the whole process an A. The sales person, the roofers and company were great.

THE PROCESS WAS VERY EASY FOR ME. EZ HOME SOLUTION WORKED WITH MY INSURANCE ADJUSTER AND TOOK CARE OF EVERYTHING, ALL PAPERWORK, THAT WAS REQUIRED. ALL I HAD TO DO WAS PICK THE COLOR OF THE SHINGLES. VERY ACCOMMODATING AND PROFESSIONAL. CLEAN UP WAS GOOD. I DEFINITELY WOULD RECOMMEND EZ HOME SOLUTIONS.

Due to storm damage we needed to replace roof, gutters, siding and windows. EZ Home Solution did all the repairs. Initially the insurance was only going to replace the aluminum clad on the windows. The contractor was concerned about maintaining the integrity of the window and was able to convince the insurance company to replace the entire window.Neighbors who work in the construction industry were impressed with the quality of workmanship. We also received unsolicited praise of workmanship from the city inspectors. We would definitely recommend this contractor.

I Met Josh and Bryan at a local home show in the fall of 2020. Was interested in the triple pane windows that they were showing. Josh and Bryan came to my home in September 2020 and I purchased 4 windows. At the time I was hoping to have this completed by Thanksgiving. The windows were installed on January 4-5. There was also an issue with the top kitchen window which needed to be reordered. The replacement came and was installed in March 8 or 9, 2021. It was a long process. I was told it was due to COVID and lack of materials.At the start there was great communication. I was thrilled. As time went on not so much. A phone call now and again in the six months would have been appreciated. Darin the installer did a exceptional job. I was a bit taken back when Josh showed up while the installer was finishing up asking for final payment before the city inspection was done and telling me if anything is wrong the manufacturer would cover as the windows have a lifetime warranty. I do love the windows and planned on continuing to replace all others in my house. I will call to discuss when availability is better from the manufacturer.

EZ Home Solutions removed and resided my house resided my garage, and reside my shed. The crew was very professional and performed very high quality work. They addressed any issues I raised and at the end of the project I had only one very small punch list item. Bryan (the sales and project coordinator) and Rob (the company owner) were available when ever needed and were willing to solve any issues the may come up.

EZ Home Solutions replaced 5 windows in my new, first home. The project leads, Brian and Josh,, were very helpful and willing to answer all my newbie questions.Once the windows had been fabricated and the weather stopped being a freezing death trap, installation was fast and my windows look gorgeous.I live in a townhouse, so matching the exterior to the rest of the development was paramount and they did a fantastic job there. Barring the wear and tear from age, you cant tell the new windows from the old.

Replaced missing fascia on dormer peak. Our house is about 100 years old and has high peaks. 2 pieces of fascia were missing, having blown down a couple of years ago.It looks great! They removed a couple of short pieces that had been patched in and put long straight new fascia on and it looks better than before.All the staff were professional and good communicators. Our first appointment had to be rescheduled but we were contacted in a timely manner and Chris showed up for the second appointment on time, no issues. It did take a few attempts to get the bid and then we caused a delay in discussing moving forward but once we accepted the bid, we called the office and paid half down with credit card.On a very small job such as ours was it is acceptable that our job is fit in between more substantial paying jobs that a contractor would have so I expected to be put of for a couple of weeks but the crew came 4 days after we paid. They arrived at 4PM and were finished, cleaned up and gone by 5 PM. I would have liked to hear from someone on the day of the work with an estimated time of arrival.2 days later Chris was out to inspect and we paid the balance by check.As a woman, I cringe calling contractors. Everyone in the company spoke with me as an equal intelligent adult and I will happily call them again.

Some of our previous windows and frames were water damaged and EZ Home Solutions was able to come and assess the situation within a few days and were able to provide a solution during our first visit. We needed new windows and woodworking completed and once the windows were manufactured, EZ came out and completed the installation and repairs within a few hours. The windows look and perform great. EZ was completely transparent about timing and pricing and kept me in the loop all throughout the process. All interactions with staff were professional and they were confident that they could perform the job needed. I will use them again for future exterior work.

I have worked with EZ Home solutions on 3 jobs including roof, window repair, and a porch ceiling. Every job the sales process was easy and professional and terms are clear. The pricing is market competitive. Installation was scheduled ahead of time and the installers were always courteous and professional. Through the entire process there was regular communication that gave me confidence. The work looks great and is quality.

EZ home solutions did some roof repairs for me. The reason I went with them is because they were willing to come out and give me a bid on the repairs prior to me buying the house. This was critical in making sure I got the right funds for the repair in negotiations. I called numerous other roofers in the area and they refused to give me a bid prior to buying the house. I guess the other guys are doing so well they don’t need business.Bill made setting up for the repairs easy and the roofers were over within a few days to complete the job. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the repair shingles not matching but Bill and EZ Home Solutions worked with me to make sure the job was re-done correctly and in a timely manner. I think lessons were learned all around. Always make sure you take the time to match with a physical sample of the shingles. That being said EZ Home solutions was always responsive, timely, and professional while working with me. I will definitely be using them in the future.

EZ Home Solutions completed a unique roof repair damaged by a storm for me. They were extremely responsive and able to successfully complete a repair that had unique challenges. Additionally, they were terrific at communicating with the insurance company to ensure I was indemnified for the claim and paid out in a timely fashion. It is hard to choose a contractor when there are so many choices and the industry has such a bad reputation. Being an immigrant to this country, I also feel susceptible to being taken advantage of. From my first interaction, I felt as if, what was best for my home, is what they wanted to provide for me. I felt no pressure, I felt respected, he took off his shoes without me asking and they made sure I understood exactly what was going on with my project the whole time. It means a lot to recommend somebody in my community and I take comfort in knowing that I can recommend EZ Home Solutions to my family and friends.

They made an appointment within 2 days calling. Chris was very polite and professional. He put us on the schedule and within a a week they were out here ripping the roof off and reshingled in one day. The two guys where awsome that did the work. Chris came back to check on work and ask how it look and asked if there was any problems. Which was none. Highly recommend this company for any roofing job.

First, I cant recommend EZ Home Solutions enough for any level of remodeling you might be doing. We have used EZ Home several times over the last couple years to complete various projects at our home. We continue to come back to them because they are knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. They never take up more of our time than necessary, but always make sure that we are well informed; whether it’s about the time frame of the project or even just to make sure that we know the staff that will be handling our job. We enjoy working with a company that truly takes pride in the QUALITY of work they put out, and NOT the quantity. I decided to go with another company for siding that has been in business for 35 years since they had good reviews and were about $8000 cheaper than EZ Home Solutions. Josh, the EZ Home salesman, decided to call and email me one day after I had unsubscribed from their email list. I emailed him to let him know I had signed a deal with someone else. This was his reply - All ya had to do was send me an email or make a phone call that said you were signing with an inferior company and a less quality product and I could have stopped calling you, good luck sir with the 15k bid. I contacted more than a dozen contractors about my siding job and never encountered anyone else so rude. In my 42 years on this earth, he is the only person Ive met that I felt the need to say go f!@# yourself to. I will never call this place for any job ever again.

We had hail damage to our roof this past summer. I really didnt think it was enough damage to justify a new roof, but Josh from EZHS stopped by and asked to take a look. He was convinced there was enough damage that I called my insurance and had an adjuster come out. Sure enough Josh was right. Long story short I got the adjustment on 9/29/2017 and EZHS had my roof done by Halloween. It was a pleasant experience from the beginning to the end. Not only did they do everything they said they would they followed up with visits during and after the job was done. Robert and Dustin were great and I am very satisfied with the workmanship that their crew did. If you were the victim of a hail storm and needed a company to see you through the process I could not recommend anyone more highly than EZHS.

The guy Robert Ogeay is terrible and not patient at all and screwed my parents over and over charged them but also LIED! If I was the boss I would never let an employee like that work for my company! Giving a bad name and reputation to EZ! I will spread the word and tell every single person I know to never do business with this company EVER! I wouldnt say scammers more so dishonest and can NOT be trusted!
