I bought a few units of dual pane glass that I wanted to replace myself. These guys are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They set me up with everything I needed. They had plenty of tips to give me for the installed too and I walked out feeling very confident.

We contacted 3 firms for a price to replace the rollers on our slider. All three sent us estimates for replacement of both the track and the rollers. We purchased and had a mirror installed in our bathroom. A corner of the mirror had to be notched out due to an electrical outlet. When the mirror arrived, it fit well and we are pleased with their service.

They replaced the glass in two double paned windows a year ago, and that went well., so we had them back to do another window and a sliding glass door today. In short- great work, on time, professional, etc. Highly recommend.

We had some very large panes of glass to be removed and these guys did it like a champ at a reasonable price. Had a 30 minute arrival window and showed up right at the beginning. Another company tried the same job and gave up because it was too hard.

I had a sliding glass door and sliding window that would stick when opening and closing. They replaced the frame/rollers for the door and the rollers for the window. Everything works great now.

Horrible drivers!!! I cannot imagine utilizing a company that employees people that drive recklessly. One of their drivers in Roseville CA was tailgating me extremely closely that I couldn’t see half his hood in the mirror. I have my 4 day old in the car and this driver had extreme road rage. He literally followed me miles on end in an attempt to intimidate me. Be careful doing business with a local company that has zero respect for public safety. Drive safe, especially when you’re in a company vehicle & easily recognizable. You define your brand and this was in very poor taste.

These guys are good! Quick on the estimate, and even better on the install. Nice and clean and courteous people. I would recommend them to anyone needing a window repaired in their home.

Finally, a honest business!! Robert came out this morning to give estimate for my double pane window that the seal had broken on and was discolored between panes. He informed me that my windows had a lifetime warranty and advised to call company. So refreshing!!!! If in need I will definitely call them out.

I have been searching youtube and Home Depot for a solution for my hard water stains on my showers glass walls. I have tried 5 or so different products. They all claim to remove hard water but had no success. My dad recommended that I swing by Glass Guru to see if they had anything that would take care of the hard water spots. I spoke with Erika. She was friendly and gave me a small sample. I tried it out last night and it worked like a charm. I am going to go back today to buy a full bottle. It took a bit of elbow grease but it resulted in like new class in the spot that I used it on. Like someone else commented, their hours are a little lame. They are open until 5 on weekdays, which means I need to leave work to go over there. But their product works and that makes me happy.

I went to the store on cirby to get a price on a piece of tempered glass, size 32 1/2 ×36. I was quoted $280.00. For a piece of glass almost $300.00 money doesnt grow in my backyard. I went and gotten an estimate from their competitor and ordered it on the spot for $57.00. I am a general contractor but will never do business with these people that gauge and inflate their prices. I will never recommend them to any of my clients or contractor friends.

I had half of my windows replaced in a 2600 sqft home. They had the best price, earliest schedule and the work was done on time and 4 years later, the windows still look and behave like new. I decided to write a review after goggling them for a mirror issue and again they had the best price. I hope their results are like before.
