This place kept me on hold forever. When someone came to the phone I could hardly understand him. Finally after I gave him all the information he tells me he cant order my part because they are a wholesaler! Nowhere does it say this on their advertisement. What a tremendous waist of time!

After being left on hold for over 15 minutes I hung up and called A & E Appliance. From the look of the other reviews, that was a good idea.
