Romeo went out of his way resolve my tax issues need more good people like him. Very knowledgeable JH should hire more like him.

My husband and I called for an appointment and when arrived we were greeted by Romeo, the tax preparer. He was very polite and did an excellent job explaining all the steps involved to successfully file our taxes. It took a bit longer than normal because a part of the system was not functioning properly. It was a bit taxing getting the taxes done; but, Romeo was very patient and despite the software inconvenience, he did a fantastic job!!!Great job, Romeo!

I stopped by The Jackson Hewitt Office on Ave H in Rosenberg, TX today to obtain a copy of my 2018 Taxes that was filed at this location last year. I was never even acknowledged with a look from one of the two ladies working at 11 a.m. on 1/27,2020, much less a word. I sat down and waited for at least 20 minutes when I saw a toddler emerge from the back room and approach the lady working at the back desk. I finally decided that they had absolutely no intention of greeting me or asking what my business was with Jackson Hewitt so I got up and left with still no one speaking to me. I will never be spending anymore of my hard earned money for such awful high prices and poor customer service. The treatment that I and many others receive from this location is deplorable for the prices they charge.

Dee Took his time and made sure to answer all questions I had. Made me comfortable in the services that he was providing to me. This is my first time filing with Jackson Hewitt and it’s off to a great start! Thank you

Mr. Dee Washington is a phenomenal, very experienced tax professional. I only hope that the other agents are absorbing all he has to offer. I came here because I used H&R Block Pearland several years and they never taught or advised me on how to lower my tax debt. They continued to just go through the motions of completing the forms and at the end did not mind giving me a huge tax bill. I found out I lost a lot of money and didnt take advantage of deductions I could have. Here, Mr. Dee educates you on how to manage your taxes throughout the year. Im only sorry that I didnt discover him sooner.
