Mike came out a few months ago and did our termite inspection for a new home we were buying (and are now in!), and I felt he was very polite, professional, thorough and quick! He identified a small potential problem with a form board being left in place and exposed, which we were able to remedy pretty easily. I even contacted the office a few times with some questions, and requesting some documentation for the title company, and the girl that answered was always super helpful and efficient. Great experience and would definitely use again!

I had to treat ants and wasps after my service because I couldnt get someone to come back out. I called today almost 3 months later for another service and was told that I would have to wait about 1 week due to lack of staffing.

We have used this company before probably in 2016 and everything was fine. We saw no bugs for at least a year.This time, we had them come spray a few months ago and the ants keep coming back. Not sugar ants, biting fire ants. We will not use this company again.The technician was very nice and polite and the person who answered the phone was also nice.

Recently did a pre-buy inspection on our home in Brookside a few months ago. Was on time, thorough, and friendly. He explained his process and what terminology meant. We now use him for our routine preventative maintenance. The owner is also a Veteran which I proudly support! 🇺🇸

Today mr Kevin from bug a bug came to my home for a standard ant extermination. While check along my homes perimeter he came across a huge POISONOUS SNAKE ! To be clear bug a bug does NOT deal with snakes what so ever ! Kevin took it upon himself to kill this snake with his machete putting his own life in danger when its not even part of his job ! Me and my children were just outside in the exact area the snake was just moments before Kevin arrived ! I hope some how his manager sees this and gives him a raise or a vacation ! My family is so grateful for him and his hard work ! I will refer ALL of my family and friends to your business ! KEVIN GOD BLESS YOU!

I spent $600, technician in my home 1 hour after arriving late. Exactly 1 week later the bugs are here as if he had never been here. What a disappointment and waste of money. I will say the technician was professional, clean cut and very personable. I would not recommend them or use them again.

I have been a customer for more than 20 years. They come on a 3 month program. I HATE bugs. So the only ones I ever see are belly up.

I cant trust them with my money!There products are ineffective in treating your bug problem. Whenever you point out to them that were not getting the result that they promise, they take it very personal and try to make it all about you or give long list of excuses. The technician was polite!

Parents were satisfied and felt comfortable with workers. There chemicals dont smell and they did the job.

BEWARE of price gouging!!! My experience with this company was a nightmare from the beginning. They gave me a price of $260 over the phone but then said it would be over $500 when they arrived at my home. I was shocked at that price and said that was too much. The technician then immediately says he could drop the price $100. This tells me he was trying to over charge me from the get go. He even asked what I could afford to pay. I was told that price would include my yard and then after I write the check they tell me it did not include the yard. Then Im told it would be $90 extra to do the yard. At this time Im really upset..so they decide to do the yard for $50. There was a lot of confusion with the office staff and they were unbelievably rude and extremely unprofessional. The owner is just as rude and does not treat you like a paying customer...more like an annoyance. I would like to warn other people about how they handle their business and pricing because they will try to get as much money out of you as they can!

This company is very unprofessional and doesnt do a good job, they have used profanity language, They are prejudice and discriminating against other nationalities and minorities. Dont use this company if you like yourself, they are very bad.

Looked for a company that had a reasonable price and were professionals. Found this one through the yellow pages. We specifically called them because of a fire ants problem we were having at our house. Someone came to the first time and sprayed both inside and outside. It doesn’t seem like the chemicals they use is strong enough. We saw more ants the next day, but in a different area in the house so we called a second time and someone canebrake out. I wouldn’t recommend this company and would rather have paid more but have had a god job done so that they would have gotten rid of the ants.

Had someone quote a price for a service with follow up and then when said follow up came, they tried to collect an additional fee... Then said the office staff does not know what they are doing... Not our fault they work for you!!!

If I can give a no star I would! First thing that happened was i got attitude right off the bat and owner lied! There is no statement sayung they wont do inspection of there are dogs on the property. We have our pitbull in front if our house. I understand if people are scared of our teddy bear dog but I said i could move him and he refused with that same horrible attitude. He refused to do the inspection with our dog ON the property. I have no where else to take him! Really this is his home! That wasnt on the description. Our dog never came at him in anyway to hurt him. He wants a pet thats all. I would take my business else where. And that was the owner of the company! Wow! I guess they dont care about business! Goodluck to everyone.

Bad service. Came, sprayed something and put gel on window sill. HUNDREDS OF ANTS came in and still have roaches. INEFFECTIVE SERVICE.

Terrible - waiting since a year for a refund check for merchandise returned at installation, no response.
