I go for table linen and decor from time to time

My review is solely on customer service. I have been a customer of them since they used to be in Richmond, and when they moved next to Fiesta. Every time I go the owner seems upset at the world, I get it he must deal with rude customers. However, my experience today really was overboard to where I will no be returning again. I went to get balloons for my daughters birthday pictures. I got a 1 balloon and a bag of glitter ones. I was unsure if I wanted 3 or 4 of the glitter ones with helium so I asked him to fill 3 first and then I would decide on the 4th, he got extremely aggressive and asked me to pay first if not I was gonna have to pay cash for the other balloon. I told him that was fine I could pay him the extra cash if it was a big deal. He stormed off to filled them. Then I told him the glitter ballons were confetti and not glitter like I thought they were so I wanted to get the correct ones. He got even more mad and said I was gonna pay him for that bag he had already open. I told him no problem Ill pay for the bag and the filled balloons, but I needed the correct balloons. I went back and looked for the correct ones, but didnt find them so I came back and took what he had already fill for me. I made sure I apologized to him if he thought I was been rude, but he never apologized for his rude, unprofessional and just plain out ugly behavior to a customer. I was so upset that someone would even treat someone like that!

I have a lot of things there that I can use and its not that expensive wish there was Jacks in Wharton...

I was impressed with the selection. Most are great deals, others like the sequin linens or baby items are a bit overpriced. Overall, I love that i found a jewel in a less populated section of TX that i can keep going back to. The quality of some of the items were amazing..an event organizers dream.

It was my first time here and I was very happy with the wide variety of party supplies. The prices were very good for the quality. Very nice customer service. Will definitely be back again.

Absolutely loved this store. They have anything and everything you can think of for any type of event. And just everyday stuff. I was amazed. I live in northeast Houston and was out in Richmond to visit a relative. Im planning to drive back out there soon, thats how great it was.

Lots of stuf to look at i was in there a long time big parking lot. WOULD go back a 100 times . Spent a lot to so organized . Friendly staff. One of the best 1.00 stores iv been in. I should say 1.00 and up.

Prices are comparable to most Party Decor stores I’ve visited. I was disappointed that they didn’t have a larger selection for linens, the selections for centerpieces are nice.

It could look cleaner but the store has every off brand knick-knack one could ever want. I visit here a few times a month. My wife shops here every week.
