I love Kovasovics Meat Market the quality and quantity of the meat selections. Its two thing I dislike is not wearing gloves when handling the meat order and leaving the paper on your deli meat when you order it.

I drive from Houston to Rosenberg just to buy hot link sausage.

I find the meat at Kovasovic of very good quality. When I have to cook special dinners that is where I go to buy my meat because I know it is fresh. I highly recommend Kovasovics Meat Market

Excellent! I brought a deer in here and had deer chili, link sausage with jalapeño and cheese, summer sausage with jalapeño and cheese, and jerky made. All were fantastic!Additionally the meat selection in general is exceptional and I will never go to H-E-B again for meat.

Great Quality Meats

If you want some of the best and most authentic Czech Style Head Sausage (Jtrnice) this is one of the best places in Texas. Also they make some of the best Summer Sausage in house as well. The regular sausage is great grilled or baked. Service is always quick and friendly and their source for meat is very high quality. Highly recommended over buying your meat products at the grocery store. They also make great Boudin which is a similar product to Czech Style Head Sausage. If youre new in town, give these guys a try, you will not be dissapointed!

This is a real meat market! The butcher receives locally raised cow slaughtered and halfed hanging and then make the cuts from that, he does not use boxed beef, he has some unique cuts of steak and the best hamburger meat I have ever had
