I had a package that I had stopped receiving tracking updates on and the last update said it had arrived at the Rosenberg post office. I called and talked to Kennedy, she was very kind and courteous and spent several days helping to locate my package, which she did! Her customer service was excellent and very much appreciated!
I rarely, if ever, leave a poor review. I have to say, however, that this is the worst Post Office I have ever encountered. They list deliveries on packages that arent actually delivered and will not take phone calls to rectify the situation. This is the 4th time that I have had the exact same problem. It is such a shame. I try to call, try to talk to the local carrier. If you live in 77471, good luck.
I took my kids for passport processing today, after only 10 min we were out, smooth and easy. The gentleman who helped us was courteous and professional.
Ive never had an issue here. They normally have 2 people working the front counter and the line moves quickly.
The building is older, but the service is great!

The staff is extremely rude for no reason . I was just asking one question about the receipt and I got yelled at in a loud lengthy confrontational manner. Absolutely disrespectful towards costumers. Terrible experience.
Now that paper mail is delivered by a separate carrier [It was fine before this change] and by a package/parcel only carrier false reasons for no delivery are rampant.I saw the parcel/Package delivery driver across the street from my home, it was later than my own delivery was promised for by some 30 minutes at that time but I figured my package would be here soon however it was not delivered and the excuse of not being able to gain access to my mailbox was the listed reason..My mailbox is at the curb with no obstacles in front of it exactly as the ones up and down both sides of this street so I call the Post Office to ask if the package will be on todays deliveries and no one answers the phone on the local line in fact sounded like a pick up and hang up action on that end so I called the 1 800 number for the Post Office and after navigation through jungle of hurdles and button pressing I finally get on the line for an Estimated time to speak to a representative of almost 2 hours so I hang up and decide I am stuck just waiting to see if I get a delivery or not and also knowing how my sentiment will lean in the future direction this money losing Organization is heading into as well..The local mail carrier would have gotten 5 stars if I was grading just that individual but fill ins run into the mail box and deny it even though the broken glass from their mirror is right there below where they hit and bent the box so they drag the decent employees with them in the overall rating.P.S. Post Office rules have changed where the carrier has to deliver the mail regardless of any obstacles and that means cars parked usually of which I had NONE. I sat and waited for my delivery because it was something I needed and figured would be no longer than about the 30 minutes or so it take the usual carrier to make that round on the route.
Couldn’t be bothered to communicate with me where my package was for 4 days. I had to come to the post office for one of the workers because the supervisor couldn’t be bothered to pick up the phone to call me back to tell me that they couldn’t find my package( which contained my PASSPORT). Now I have no clue where the hell my passport is because they can’t be bothered to communicate correctly. I better get something for this inconvenience because this is ridiculous!
Two packages NO WHERE TO BE FOUND! Marked delivered & nothing. I saw the mail courier & he didnt care to assist. I honestly believe my things have been stolen. We spent hundreds of dollars on clothes, shoes, & purses. So sad this is happening & no one is doing anything.
If there is 0.5 star, I would have rated so. Very disorganized place.I went to the office this morning. Gone to the front desk, and told, we have to wait for a supervisor to assist our request, and have to set aside to a different window.Then, at that different window, we waited half hour, and are told to set aside to another line to wait for the supervisor. In the mean time, the front desk, there is nobody to be served. There have been 5 more people waiting the first different window.Overall, we waited more than an hour for the supervisor to show up, and gave us an incorrect answer, and we left.
I wouldnt give a star at all. I hate when Amazon delivers by USPS. USPS are dishonest. The courier never delivers my packages to my home and across the street from me he gets off to deliver mail at the convenient gas store.. I wait and bam! I get a text stating delivery attempted will deliver the next day. Dishonest and lazy.
Horrible service. I own and operate a company that ships a 100 parcels a week using USPS. Needed help today at this location with a package. Called 5 times, was told i would be called back after providing tracking #. Cant yet any help here. Again Horrible service and still no explanation were my reciepents package is.

Listen I went today to ask about renewing my passport and everyone was nice and went above and beyond. I needed a money order which they did quickly for me. I needed photo ID scanned they made it happen. They truly went above and beyond. Employee ID 4 (so sorry forgot your name) 🤭provided customer service and Passport Specialist assisted above and beyond as well.
Dont bother going here if you just need to drop off a package. They never empty the cart behind the package drop so it always gets blocked with a package half in and you cant open it to put your package in. What should be a quick drop off turns into either 20 minutes waiting in line, or having to come back later if the counters closed. I wouldnt complain if it was occasional but its happened the last FIVE times Ive gone there over the last week and a half.
Ordered a $45 bottle of perfume just for the box to be smashed by usps. Even with a big fragile sign on it the box was completely ruined and torn open. It was wrapped in 2 layers of bubble wrap and whatever they did was so hard it broke the bottle still. They constantly deliver us the wrong packages and other people’s boxes. Also during Christmas they walk through our grass instead of the side walk so they destroyed half our Christmas decorations we had. Also fed ex delivered a box the same day and it was in perfect condition but no usps still finds a away to destroy a box that say fragile.
I have always found them to be very nice, quick, and very helpful at this location.
I dont understand. I live 5 min from the Richmond Post Office yet I have to drive to the other side of town to deal with this post office. Now the couriers are Awesome, I have 3 and they rotate through and each is so sweet. The staff at the office though is horrible. One time, I came at 4 pm one day, a full 30 minutes before they closed, the counter doors were locked, and I had to bang on the parcel door to get anyone to give me my package which needed to be signed for. If I hadnt, the 3 other people who were there for the same reason wouldnt have gotten their packages either. The last time I was there, I was 1 of 5 people left waiting at the counter while NO ONE serviced the desk. Only to find out they lost someones package. Currently, Im waiting on them to give me my package which they received Monday (today Thursday) to me. Amazon 2-day doesnt count when it comes to the inadequacy of this office.Update: my package was lost. I never received it.
I used to deliver mail in Missouri City and there was a sense of pride taken in ensuring customers received their mail correctly and in a timely manner. Apparently that is a lost art when it comes to this postal service. Either youll receive a message stating your packager was delivered when it wasnt; or it was delivered to the wrong address or it gets delivered days after the initial notification. And lets not talk about how angry and unprofessional the staff is, you can tell that they really hate their jobs and that is unfortunate because their discontentment spills over into how they treat their guest (customers). It is such a horrible feeling when you feel your viable complaints go unheard because nothing changes with this service; it instead gets worse every few months.
I understand that we just had a Hurricane, but Post Offices in areas that were extremely effected by the Storm have resumed operations. There is absolutely no mention of this Post Office being closed due to the storm or its effects. A quick drive to the Post Office and there main doors are open, @2:27pm and no Retail services. I just want the package that has been sitting there for a week.This is just not acceptable.Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds. is the motto. This Post Office is far from that standard.
Current carrier or carriers (We seem to have different carriers on different days!) like to avoid delivering packages, and frequently file false reports that packages were delivered or that no one was home. Once they even claimed they were unable to get through a locked gate - and we have NO gate at all.
Some of this staff that assists customers at the front windows are so unfriendly! I get the impression from them that they dislike their jobs. Id much rather drive the extra distance to go to another PO where everyone is overly friendly.
Horrible service. So I missed my package and immediately requested a delivery date online. It never came.. Requested another delivery date and again it never came.. tried calling the office and waited over two hours before someone actually answered.. it was a mystery to them why my package wasnt delivered yet and their supervisor will be emailing me..Im sure ill never get a email. I just hope My package is delivered.
No pictures on site for a passport. Had to go to Walgreens. Walgreens said this post office has been using the same excuse for years that the printer is broken. I provided what I thought was all the proper documents for my passport but it was declined 2 months later. Now I have a letter saying that I have 90 days to send the Missing documents. They dont even know what proper documents need to be sent. Maybe I went on a bad day.
This post office steals!!! I received a package today completely torn and a lipstick missing. This is the 2nd time Ive had issues with them. The first time They put delivered and never delivered my package. Theyre thieves and never resolve anything!
It is unbelievable how these people dont care where they leave/deliver your important correspondence. I have had several checks, mail, n packages lost over the years n have complained with them but simply they just dont care. They continue doing it over n over again. My mailbox has my first n last name on it n still they drop a lot of mail from people whose names dont have to do anything with mine. I dont know if they cant think a bit how all this affects all the community. I honestly believe that this office needs new reliable staff that do want to serve the community n that really like this job. Please everyone, just b aware what you trust in them when sending something to your loved ones. Hope this review helps.
We always drive here just to avoid going to the Richmond Post Office. Locals may not believe this, but the Rosenberg Post Office is ten times better than the one on Richmond.
Customer service is what youve come to expect of post offices anymore..its not like the employees are underpaid
Yes, the place is not aesthetically pleasing. However. Its by far one of my favorite post office to go to. Not to big, they move fast, and are accommodating.
All these complaints should be handled by your postmaster general. Do not hesitate to find out who it is and call them to hold them accountable. Postmasters can always be replaced.

A secure delivery spot was not available?!? Bull, Im home always, and the front door area has been a sufficient parcel delivery location for the past 13 years weve lived here, all of a sudden its not today. Lol. Its all good here until its not, then its a pita. Give me my MF package!
As Im on hold again, after being on hold for 24 minutes, I did the change of address on Aug 31, 2016, called the post office like 25 minutes ago which he put me on hold, all I asked if they were still putting mail in old address which is the PO Box there, I recalled them back only to be put on hold again for another 10 minutes, finally after answering I asked if it only takes a few seconds to go check why was I put on hold for 25 minutes then again for 10 minutes. He couldnt give me an explanation . Sad that we as customers are treated as this, I have never mistreated them with out respecting their poditions.
Absolutely horrible service. I ordered something from Amazon with 2 day shipping and I have been waiting almost a week for the post office to deliver it. My item was shipped from the seller within a day and the post office keeps changing the date it should be delivered. Not to mention, you cant get ahold of anyone at the office. Dont count on your packages to get to you on time. Ridiculous.
Carriers are nice and know the people on their route. Counter staff helpful if shipping issues arise.
Delivery service as well as customer service are severely lacking. Also you cannot find a number to contact them directly. Unfortunately you cannot change your mail service like you can other things.
This post office is freaking terrible. TERRIBLE. If I could give it zero stars, or negative stars, I would. About a month ago. I ordered a book. I was not home when they tried to deliver it, so instead of leaving it at my door, or waiting until the neXT day to deliver it, they left it at the front office, outside. And someone stole it. And a few days ago, tracking says they left a package I ordered with an individual when I wasnt home. Its nowhere to be found either. They have caused my things to get stolen, and they dont care at all when you call to complain. This place is terrible.Edit***- I have continued to have issue after issue with this post office. A new mail person now delivers our mail, and she is SO LAZY. She never brings packages to my door, she takes them to the office, and if no one is in the office she takes them back to the post office instead of bringing them to my door like shes supposed to. The tracking will say something was delivered to my mailbox, and its not there. Sometimes it is days before I get what I ordered. We have called and complained, gone up there and complained, nothing changes. I even pit a hold on my mail last weekend and they delivered my mail on Sunday anyway! Its like they are completely incompetent. If there was a way to never use the freaking post office again, I would do it. This is now a weekly issue. It is ridiculous.Second edit***Still having insane issues with this post office. And its apparently also a national problem because I have sent in complaints to the main office several times and I have gotten only one automatic reply, and it took weeks to get it. We are going to get a box at the UPS store for all our mail and packages. At least then we will know where the packages are, and they wont be left outside the door of the front office. The front gates where we live are wide open, and the front office is staffed, so they could have either left it at the office or brought the package to my townhouse, but they did neither. We asked the office if they had seen the mail truck today and they said no. Which means whoever was meant to deliver my stuff is LAZY and decided to just not even attempt delivery and scan the tracking like they couldnt get in. I am so incredibly sick of this. All my complaints to the office go ignored, all my complaints to the head office are ignored. No wonder the USPS is losing money, they SUCK.

Whoever the woman is that delivered the AmazonPrime stuff on Sunday 8/12/18 at Westwood Village apartments left everyone’s packages on the ground in front of the office, which is closed on Sundays. Without a care that a storm is coming or that it’s a moderate crime area. The tracking is marked “Your package was delivered. It was handed directly to a receptionist or someone at a front desk.” Completely false. Thankfully my husband went to check before our things were stolen or was rained on! He took photos of the pile of boxes left and will be filing a complaint. The woman even drove through the complex, but apparently was too lazy to actually Deliver the packages. Disgusting that this is our USPS!
Lazy mail delivery drivers never even attempt to deliver a package that requires a signature always forced to pick it up from the post office, would leave no stars if I could disgraceful.

We had our mail on hold for 2-3 weeks. When I went to pick it up OF COURSE!!!! They had no record of our hold mail authorization. But when we checked the mail to make sure it was on hold, the yellow form that we turned into the post office was inside of the mail box. This place sucks
By far the most horrible service Ive ever experienced at a post office I still have not received my house key that I paid 25.00 for my locks to be changed, since I just moved in on June 15th 2018, and I have NOT YET RECEIVED MY HOUSE KEY AND ITS JULY 5TH!!!
First, I walked into the office for my missing packages and the rolled their eyes at me. Lost TWO of my important packages. Lied to me about the issue. I always watch the carrier sit on his phone at my apartment complex and play on Facebook instead of doing his job. Mail always at the wrong address and the management is rude.
Every time that I call the hold time is extremely long. Today the hold time was over an hour long. I am still waiting to receive my mailbox keys for the house that I just bought.

So tired of having mail delivered between 8 and 9pm! Different carriers all the time... scanning tracked packages stating left in mailbox when not delivered at all, never mind the fact that they wouldnt FIT in my little post box thats screwed to the wall next to my front door! Every time i get a package either the key doesnt work or they say its delivered and isnt really delivered until late at night. they never answer the phone and when they do answer the phone they have attitudes. this place needs a change of staff. absolutely horrible
They are either really busy with long line or no line. The only problem we have is mail getting delivered late into night after 7pm.
