My customer spent alot of money here, several thousand In small items, filling 5 carts. A nightmare for any cashier. Lynn in the garden department took charge and helped the new cashier. She helped out, organized and quickly became a Lowes hero. By far the best employee at Lowes and I know some great Lowes employees. She helped us load the trucks and in the pouring rain. Outstanding service. Jose and Aaron loaded up the rest and made this an outstanding experience from a wet miserable one. Lynn the cashier deserves a pizza party and a big raise! Good job Lynn !!!! I have been a fan of Lowes for some years now. I can always find the items that I need and the staff is always helpful when needed. They even check on you just to make sure that you are doing alright. I especially like that they offer Veteran discounts year round. I have it setup to where I just have to give them my phone number when I check out and my Veteran information pops up. This saves a lot of time. I always enjoy visiting Lowes and this location lived up to my expectations.

Poor service 0 stars at the appliance section ☹. I pressed the button for assistance & no one ever showed up. My washer broke & im in dire need of a new washer! My hubby sent me with $ to purchase & have one delivered but no one could help me. I stopped an associate that was walking by, she didnt say a word directly to me, she just called out on her radio for assistance in appliance. I waited for a whole hour, they can probably catch me on video waiting. Im now in the parking lot of Home Depot, lets see how this goes🤔. SMH

Ordered online for curbside pickup. Waited at the curbside parking and dialed the number. No one picked up even after holding the line for 5 mins. Pathetic service. They need to learn from other stores on how to handle this efficiently.

The shelves are well orginized and the items are easy to find. The employees are ready to assist you if you have questions. Like Mr. Dave, who approaches me and assist me with the items I was looking for. Amanda assist me as well with an item that has a special discount. The store is not so crowded so you can go and take your time to do your shopping.

We usually go to Home Depot as it is closer to our house. However, this time we went to Lowe’s trying to order a custom door and we were beyond impressed with our customer service from David. He immediately helped us out, showed us different door samples/types, and answered all of our questions. He then helped us order our custom door online and he was extremely patient. Overall, David was very knowledgeable and made sure we got exactly what we wanted for our door. We could not have been happier with our experience and definitely will be coming back because of him!

George was very helpful in helping us with some final decisions for backsplash.

Had to get my water heater warranted out and bring the old one into Lowes for the exchange. They were amazing! Made the process easy and painless. I was in and out quickly and on my way. Everyone was so polite and helpful it was a great experience.

Decent enough store. Couldnt find some of the items I was looking for, but I marked it up to post covid supply chain instead of tool procurement knowing what people in my trade need. The tools are on the website just not in the store. Not to worry, theres an Ace Hardware a few miles away.

Looking for a new drain plug for my compressor, the online photo was exactly like the old one, the isle and bday made it easy to find but evidently they had updated the product that made me take a few minutes to realized that the new design was potentially better

Awful....brought back item with and without receipts from re doing our home which was destroyed in the February freeze. A $249 chandelier had a receipt and went back to a Credit card. Then 6 bull nose tiles along with 18 ...12 by 24 matching ivory snow tiles in a bag of at least 40 receipts i did not have a receipt. I asked for store credit which they always have given me. So after 5 months of doing business and over 10s of thousands of insurance dollars itsshame that I had to leave those tiles there because I couldnt lift them 1 more time. And asked to return not within the day but a hour with credit cards it may have been on. Anyway the service was extremely poor for the usual good service Ive experienced in the past.

Left the same items at home depot because they didnt have a cashier and Im not using self check out and taking away America jobs to automation.Bought my items, waited for a cashier and as a bonus Lowes has Veteran parking spots which is awesome

Rosenburg store is convenient to my jobs, store is clean and staff is helpful. This was a quick in and out early on a Saturday not sure what it’s like at other times.

Great in store service and curbside delivery response, but try to call the store forget it, not one Lowes I called would answer the phone. Ten rings then busy signal. Dont give me the bull that theyre too busy. I worked retail auto parts and we always answered the phone with in three rings and if we didnt, we got written up or fired, its policy. Funny no trouble calling Home Depot.

I went to buy a belt for the deck of my riding lawn mower at Lowes because I bought the mower there. I look at the belts they had and couldnt figure out which one because there was no chart or book there to help me, so I went and found help, the lady that work there ask what size of deck I had and I told her and had a picture of the model number of the mower, she took her phone and look up which belt it was, I went home and put it on, but it was the wrong size so I took my old worn out belt and the one I just bought and got a refund, I went back to the belts and use my old belt to find the right size and so I pay for it and took it home and fixed my mower, the lesson from this is, always take your old worn out part with you when buying a new one so dont have to make 2 trips to town, I give them a 4 star because they return my money and had the right belt in stock.

Very disappointed in the brunette young man in the paint section. No help at all. Even more Disappointed in the teams that stood watching me, a 58 year old woman, load an air conditioner BY MYSELF. Their customer service is at an all time low in rosenberg Lowes. Sad but true...

Went there to get a dishwasher. There are many, many models to choose from on the floor, all lined up, with clear pricing and features displayed. A woman came up and offered assistance within 2-3 minutes of us browsing, and she explained that we could do everything -- including set up delivery and installation and hauling off our old broken dishwasher -- all online. Nice to know. We continued browsing and settled on what we wanted. We approached another rep that was now in the area with a few more questions and ended up just paying and scheduling delivery right then and there (with George), which took less than 10 minutes. Delivery and installation was smooth as silk and we LOVE the dishwasher. Doing business at Lowes was excellent and flawless. Perfect transaction all the way around.

Lowes is a Great Big Box Hardware Store. Great Customer Service. Large selection of product. In my opinion only, I see it as leaning more to a retail DIY supplier, than a commercial supplier. Highly recommend you visit.

Went in to buy washer and dryer Wednesday. Was told delivery would be on Friday. Was here hold day. Decided to call and check on delivery. Was told delivery wasnt scheduled until a week from Friday. Went 2 home depot and they were out of the Mulch and dirt I needed so I did my homework and Lowes had exactly what I needed under a different brand but was produced by same company. So I was up for the challenge sinking 43 bags of Mulch and top soil in my jeep;( I was pleased when 2 men came to the rescue w fork lift and pallets even helped load the jeep!;) Thanks Lowes for Fantastic customer service 👏👍🙌

3.8.2021 - I went to Lowes Garden section to buy 24 bags of garden soil for $64.95 that was on sale. The cashier was so sweet and the two nice guy employees came to my truck and let me know that even though it looks like there is product in the inventory, they did not have any garden soil in stock. They told me to go to RETURNS to get my Refund..I was kinda bummed... 🙄😒🤔So.. I went to the appliance department to look for a Dishwasher. Great service. Went to go buy a Christmas tree,staff was very helpful. Young lady at register at garden center politely held our stuff at register while we chose a tree. Guy at tree stand was busy but attentive with us, loaded our tree and we were on our way.

Ive never been impressed by Lowes, but we needed a storage shed and a utility trailer, so where else would we go. Apparently they cant sell sheds at the Richmond location after 3pm because thats when the 1 guy that knows how leaves for the day. And after waiting for almost an hour, someone who Im assuming was a manager finally told us that they couldnt find any of the paperwork or keys to be able to sell a trailer and suggested we try Tractor Supply down the street.

I would give it a grade C. I was in the electrical section looking for the correct cables for the Electric Generator I had purchased a day ago from the same LowesLocation. I needed assistance and nobody was available. It was frustrating. Eventually, a female employee from a different department came to the rescue. She was extremely polite. She paged for assistance on the intercom and Left. I am a patient person by nature but after several minute my patience ran out. I looked for a cart and loaded the heavy items myself and walked around the store searching for assistance until I found two male employees who were also polite and were able to solve my problem. However, the fact that Lowes at least in this location, does not have an effective plan in place to follow up on a customer assistance request is very disappointing . Thats why I gave it a C.

Initially very poor service in the appliances department because my 92 year old Mother had to wait and wait and wait for assistance. There were 2 guys just standing there! Do you really only have one person in the entire store that knows about appliances??

Worst experience ever. Staff will watch you load up and not even ask if you need any assistance. People that work here in general have attitudes that express lack of desire to work and management here is no help whatsoever. I blame both the corporate policies and mismanagement. Never coming here again!

Worst customer service ever. I knew what I needed, had the appliance guy cared or taken the time to help us, we would have purchased. But he was too busy passing us up to go talk to another appliance associate. He did make it a point to come back and help the white couple behind us though.

Long time employees are helpful. Newer ones not so much. And find staffing falling short when it seems more employees could be available at times I have been there. Should always be a knowledgable employee in each department!

Horrible service. No one is there to help you, I had to drive from woodlands to Rosenberg location to pick up my delay order and I had to wait an hour just to find out they did no have the product to fill up my order.

Dont try to find anyone to help, because they are hard to find or they pawn you off on someone else. Management is great when you can find them.Dont even try to find what youre looking for in the plumbing section, I regret looking in there plumbing section everytime.

Customer Service excellent. Super nice people, who actually approach and ask if they can help you. Online pick-up was also done super fast. We drive extra miles to visit this store because we are treated as customers should be treated. We are closer to Cinco Ranch - Spring Green location who are the polar opposite of Rosenberg. The Rosenberg store frankly deserves our business as we always leave feeling good about having used such a great store. Going forward if they dont have an item well wait for it to be shipped to them. This is stupid Lowes! You are going to lose my business over 132.66 not good coustomer service at all!

Bad and fraudulent return policy with AO Smith water heater.2 years later the water heater failed, got return authorization from manufacturer and the store still refuse to resolve the issue, people stay away from AO Smith and Lowes Rosenberg!

Came into the store looking for a simple either fencing or some kind of wood to block off a section of the yard to prevent my grandbaby from getting bit by snakes or mosquitoes or anything hazardous in the corner that I cannot see when asked for help several people were rude not customer friendly and literally was walking away as I was walking towards them so I asked three people for help one person said thats pointed to someone and said thats your guy walked away to see him walking around the store clueless he didnt know where he needed to be the guy that was designated to the lumber area was not friendly at all he walked away from me then went to customer service and spoke with the lady she asked someone to help me and he put me off to guide someone with a motorized vehicle out of the lumber store they didnt even acknowledge and say hold on one minute well be right with you nothing so getting frustrated after my experience at Lowes

I was going to order a washing machine from this particular location I looked at the reviews from the website and more than one person said they found water in the drum serial numbers were being wiped off and it looked like you were reselling washing machines that people brought back. You should not sell used washing machines full price they should be refurbished.

Because of the experience that I had here at this Lowes I will never buy a stick of gum from Lowes. Their customer service was poor. I bought a riding mower spending $2,000, it breaks within two months. I purchased an extended warranty, one associate told me I could not bring my mower there and that I had to deal with craftsman. I talked with another associate who told me to bring there so they could send it out for repair. They had my mower for a month, the whole time while waiting I had to call and get information on what was going on. No one knew what was going on when I called and inquired about my mower, I got five different stories, and they even had an attitude because Im asking about my equipment that I spent $2,000 two months ago. They were very nonchalant about my experience and taking care of my business. Very unprofessional and employees were very unknowledgable of their policies! This was the most frustrating and worse experience that Ive ever had.

This place is just not fun to shop at, there were no friendly staff in the appliances department, and when you ask for help they were rude and told me where to go get it myself. Young women eventually showed up after telling me where to find it and I told her it her on the overhang and said that it was already sold... When in reality it was not. She took it down after 20 mins of waiting.
