Selection is kinda small but the ones that they do have are super cute. Dislike the fact that I had to wait for them to come in when other places can get the keys on the spot. If you dont need them asap, give them a try. I had 3 keys made. Buy 2 get 1 free. I gave 3 stars only because I had to wait for them to come in the mail.

Called around midnight to have someone come over and help my dad get inside. Customer service was fairly nice although they told me someone would follow up with my dad and come by in half an hour. Half an hour later no one came and when I called back they said it would be another half hour. At this time, I asked about how much it should cost and they said $30 for the trip plus $100-200 for the service which I thought was reasonable given the time. Eventually, someone came who was very impatient and rude in explaining to my dad what his options were. At this point, he told my dad it would cost $250 to drill the lock and another $130 for a new lock. He also told my dad to hurry up with a decision because he had other customers waiting... My dad didnt have a choice but to go through with it, but the new lock was extremely poor quality and we ended up having to change it a week later. Overall, very poor service and extremely overpriced. Would NOT recommend unless you have no other choice.

The technician gave me a quote over the phone. And when he got to my home he quoted me an additional $270 more than what he said on the phone. Terrible service!!!!!!

The price was reasonable.
