I was directed to Jewelry Services and Gifts by Kay Jewelers because I needed an engagement resized on very short notice. The old saying goes, “Failure to plan on your part does not constitute an emergency for someone else.” However, the wonderful folks at Jewelry Services and Gifts went above and beyond to make the magic happen. I dropped the ring off on a Tuesday and received notification that the ring was finished and ready for pick up on Friday morning. Their service was impeccable. More than that, they were completely transparent about costs in their quote for me, even warning me about potential costs that wound up not even impacting my service with them. They are consummate professionals.And what’s more—they have a heart for their customers. They went above and beyond in the service and in their efforts to keep me notified of their progress; but they went further still in reaching out to wish me luck on the day of my proposal and in the days after to make sure that everything had gone to plan. I’ve received less than friendly treatment at other jewelry stores because of my age or my appearance; but here they not only respected me, they also demonstrated a desire to create return customers. While I certainly don’t plan on another engagement, I know where I’ll be turning for my jewelry service needs. I cannot thank y’all enough for your help in making this such a painless and stress free process. You really made a special day even more special.

I usually just replace all my watch batteries myself, but when I tried to do it for moms TH watch, I couldnt get the back to press back into place by hand. When I realized we had a watch store just outside our neighborhood I decided to drop by and Bea was so helpful in using her watch press to get lock it back into place. I have a couple more difficult watches which I plan to bring later this week itself!

Bea is the sweetest person on earth! I came to town to say my goodbyes to my grandma and when she passed I was able to take some jewelry and selected her 10th wedding anniversary ring. They replaced the crystal, which I had broken about a year or so ago. It is a bulova that is no longer made so I was very happy they could do the job and a great job they did. It looks as good as when I first bought it. They are now my watch repair of choice. They already have to other watches of mine that are being serviced and I trust them completely. Their prices are also incredibly reasonable. Thank you for fixing my favorite watch

Superb Customer service. I brought my new white gold Engagement ring and a yellow gold ring wrap I had for years. I requested the ring wrap to be dipped in white gold and the wrap adjusted to fit around my new engagement ring to complete my bridal set on our wedding day. He also sized the ring wrap to fit. Service was very quick and affordable and always with a smile. A Big plus when I picked them up the rings were so sparkly. Thank you Bea! So i call the store kind of in a panic because every other place i went to was either no longer in business or was closed. I called, B answered and i told her my problem and she said she could have my watch resized in 10-15 mins. She then texted me the address to the storefront, something that no other store has ever done before, and I found the store easily. I give her my watch to resize, and the job that she said would take her 15 minutes to complete was finished in 5, probably 3.5 to be honest. B is amazing, all my jewelry will be coming to her!!! Yours should too!!! 5 stars is the max i could give, i would have given 10!!!

I didnt know about this Jewelry shop and services.I was referred by a large chain Jewelry shop that grew tired of my repeated requests to politely repair my $300 gift watch my 22 year old daughter bought me from the their establishment.Finally they referred me here .My watch was repaired while I waited (in store) and I found myself amazed at the gift selections they had .I am that guy that likes to buy personalized gifts for friends .I found a large tumbler that I got personalized for me under $50 !I mean, if you buy friends gifts below $50, are they a good friend or just an acquaintance?So, thank you big Jewelry chain for refusing my business and helping me find a small business to give my future monies .

Customer Service is top notch. They are very knowledgeable, quick, and personable. Although they had masks on due to the pandemic, you could still see their smiles and hear it through their voices. I had been going to the store when they were located on the other side of highway 59 beside bullrito. I had not taken my wrist watches anywhere since they moved because I could not locate them. I stumbled across the store last week. I had to bring in my wrist watch to get some links taken out and a battery changes. I called at 2:45 PM and was told they close at 3 PM because it has been slow. I informed her that I driving to the store but currently at Bellaire and 59. They waited for me and took care of me in no time. They went above and beyond for a customer.Thank you Jewelry Services and Gifts.

I dont write a lot of reviews, but they did such a good job and were super friendly that I felt compelled to share my thoughts. The service was great and they had a surprisingly good selection of sunglasses and watches. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They replaced my watch battery and didnt charge me a fortune like the clowns at the mall. Plus, because they sell sunglasses there are several mirrors in the store, which is cool because I like to look at myself. All jokes aside, this is a great place to get a watch battery replaced, have jewelry repaired, get a new watch or Sunglasses or just come browse and grab a free cup of coffee. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

I usually do not write negative reviews . I took my sons necklace there to get a clasp fixed . They charged me $26 just to do that . Then I brought it back a week later because the ring holding the clasp kept opening causing the clasp to fall off . I was told I wouldn’t be charged for them to solder the ring together because I already paid to have it fixed. When I went to pick up the necklace they charged me another $22. So just to have a clasp repaired I was charged $48 .

First class service, efficient, prompt and very reasonably priced. Didnt charge me for a clasp repair instead did the work for free and showed me how to do it at home next time!
