Advanced transportation is always very professional form the dispatcher to the drivers!! Everyone is so helpful and are really good at communicating. I love ridding with advanced there are always on time and very friendly as well polite !!

Today my husband, who is wheelchair bound, had a drs appointment that ran a little behind schedule. Mind you, ELAINE has also called me and my husband to inform US that they were running 10-15 minutes late for pickup, this company literally left him at the doctors office! My husband called them to let them know he was out but they had just left 3 mins earlier and chose not to turn around. Both he and I called but got nowhere but hung up on and told ‘there was nothing we could do’. Sometimes things happen that are out of our control, just like how this company was also late for picking up my husband for his drs appt. ELAINE exaggerated the wait time and when I reminded her of our conversation that they were also late and detailed the call times, she rudely cut me off and hung up on me. They left my husband on hold for over 30-45 minutes when asking to speak with a supervisor and ultimately was never assisted. He was left at the office for over 3.5 hours! Luckily we were finally able to contact a random company to help but imagine if this was your own family or friend who had no other means or elderly person that needed a little more care.... heartless people like ELAINE should not be in this line of work who obviously could care less what happens to their customers!!!

They wouldnt let my other son ride and hes only 15. And the supervisor Elane was rude over the phone. Not sure what the big deal was letting another child ride but I am unhappy with the way my family and I were treated.
