Today, I am giving you a two star, which is generous, as I would actually give you a one star, because I came on Saturday, because that is how I pick up my mail and packages since I work and no time to get to the postal Center before closing during the week. I will say that I have always before this weekend thought of your center as a five star... I have been a customer for over 2 years for this time and another time for over 1 year. I came back to this location due to the two awesome ladies who are so kind, helpful, and has been a pleasure to walk into your store and be recognized by these ladies, and be called by name. NOW, however, sadly I have noticed that the center is opening later and closing earlier during the week, and now their store is closed on Saturday. This change is so inconvenient for everyone.****SPECIAL NOTE**** Please know that after speaking to several customers that were coming to pick up their mail and packages on Saturday, (like they have before) and like me never got a notice in their mail box, stating that the hours had changed, but only on the door. We are now very upset and two of the customers that came in after me, said they were here to pick up their packages, only to find the store is close and like me were very upset. We all agree that theres not any consistency to this stores hours.We feel that if they want business they need to stay open for their customers and if they need to hire extra help, in order to stay open this would be an options or this business will soon be closed forever. We need a place were we all can get our mail and packages, during Saturdays and after 5 pm on Weekdays. Just know, If business is slow, look at all the other business and do some due diligence to see if your business can stand to take the financial hit from the public when your business is closed and no one can do business with you. Just wait until you have NO business and you will be forced to close because you are sitting and waiting on customers to come into your door. There is competition across the Hwy and they are conveniently open and ready to serve their customers with all that you have to offer. Dont do this to your current customers as we want the conveniences of your location.
