I was very pleased with the service i received at the Rosenberg location from employee Ray. He was very patient and explained to me what could be wrong with my phone due to the cracked screen. When i got my phone back an hour later it looked brand new and worked great. More affordable than what Sprint wanted to charge me. I will recommend all my friends to go to this store and location. A job well done.

Made online appointment and dropped my phone off for a screen repair. Notified the guy that I would have to pick up after work. At that time he did not ask for an alternative way to get ahold of me in case something should come up... After 5 hours I returned and my phone was not repaired. I was than told that I had “coke” inside my phone and they needed me to sign a “not reliable for damages” in order to do the screen repair... I opted out and said I would think about it because I needed to pick up my son. The guy seemed frantic and suddenly offered to do it in 20 min. At that point I was over it signed the dang thing left and returned to get my phone a second time. Than I was made aware it does not work properly and to come back to change to a different glass plate if not resolved... Absolutely worst experience ever. I have had many repairs on my phone with broken glass and never ran into that? Will not recommend or feel comfortable returning my service. Actually have 2 mini Ipad’s that need repairs and would have returned.

Travis was great. Very helpful. Also completely honest tell me exactly what he was going to do and if you couldn’t even do it he was friendly and just a joy to be around I will definitely be using them again

I had a battery replaced in a phone. He damaged the phone. There is a black spot on the screen that was never there before. Someone told me that spot will keep getting bigger. I am not satisfied. And he never told me he damaged it. I did not realize it until I got home.

Got my iPhone 7 Screen replaced here and got a $10 discount over the phone for scheduling an appointment. They were expedient, took about an hour. I just went through the shopping strip across the way while they fixed it and came back to a beautiful new screen. Havent had any problems and the customer service was top notch!

Getting a new screen was so much faster than I thought. The tech was awesome and my phone works perfectly! I would definitely recommend this spot!!!

Got my iPhone 6s Plus screen repair, and it hasn’t been the same since. The screen is super sensitive and jumpy! And I went to sleep with it under my pillow woke up with it’s on the floor ON carpet.. and my screen was cracked! Less then a week after they fixed. Went back and they wanted $118 to fix all the issues! That was a “discount”!

So thankful for Batteries Plus Bulbs! Having to hold my charging cord to get my phone to charge was exhausting but not as exhausting as worrying about the massive bill i would have walking into the Genius Bar at Apple. Luckily, I found out about Batteries Plus Bulbs and paid half what I was expecting to pay at Apple! And they fixed my screen and charging port!
