Bought a 2021 GMC Denali with 7k as a used vehicle, the deal went through quiet smooth, had a issue with the headrest and a trim panel, took more than 3 month to get the parts and when ever me or my wife calls no one new what was was going on service says its parts and parts says sales finally got it done, then one of our tire was busted on the freeway we had warranty got the tire and was told to be there at 8 am on a Saturday got a call from the service at 12.30 its ready the car was dirty and went to check the tire the spare it was sitting in the trunk, and when asked is it customer job to install the spare the service depart was laughing on my wife like no big deal finally the service adviser came with the key and tire install at the right place with no apology, or explanation, my experience with this dealership was a 0, was trying to stay in the neighbor hood was a mistake, please think twice before stepping to this dealership for service .

Very dissatisfied. Purchased a Jeep 6 months ago that now was $3000 repair work that this dealership is accepting responsible and to add insult to injury service managers absolutely DO NOT care. I guess we will have to resolve this legally.

Purchased a truck without driving it, camera had issues. Took over a week to fix so unable to return. Got back home, scratch on the window. Dave said not his problem and he doesn’t care. This is why I don’t deal with Chevy. Their “management” always feels the need to feel like they have the upper hand. Hope you still have a job after I talk to a Finnegan. Extremely rude and professional.
