I bought a brand new car from FT Bend Kia with 12 miles on the odom, and on the way home, I noticed it pulled to the right. I have to fight a little against the steering wheel to keep the car going straight.Took it back the next business day, and service department said 1- they can’t duplicate the problem and 2- it’s working as designed, meaning it’s supposed to pull right.If they can’t duplicate the problem then how is it working as designed???I feel that service department didn’t do their due diligence to find the problem.

They are awesome people on costumer service sellers to even wen you not going to buy car They come out and tell you hello They might not be perfect on car service or something but they do the best to help you out and thats matter for me

Great customer service they just do what is needed don’t try to sell you something you don’t need - not that my car needs anything it’s such a good car almost four years with my optima hasn’t broke down once !!!
