They have about everything you need for the animals plus some crafty items nice place to walk around and look at everything. Friendly staff. Only down side is they are a little high priced.

Really appreciate all staff are still wearing masks after state mandate lifted. There are still plenty of individuals who are not fully vaccinated yet.Customer service is always wonderful. Had a few too many items for me to carry this time and cashier offered to help load them into car. Store is always very clean and organized. Would recommend over and over.

Absolutely love this treasure of a Rosemount store. My one-stop shop for serious lawn care—they’re extremely knowledgeable about grass types and the characteristics of their premium seeds. They’ve got high-quality ferts, starter ferts, topsoil, and peat moss, and an ample supply of real Milorganite, not those knock-offs sold at Homr Depot or Menard’s.

Great place for people who love feeding the birds. Really good seed deals and tons of variety and bird feeders. Glad to have this place close to home.

Great place to buy Canidae Pet Food

My family bought a female hamster for my youngest sisters birthday (now 8 years old!) from Fluegels a little while ago. She was bred by one of the employees and her name is now Ginger. She came to us healthy with clear eyes, nose, ears, and no abnormal discharge. Shes an active and restless little girl during the dawn and dusk (theyre nocturnal so this makes perfect sense) but loves to groom herself in your hands during the day! Would recommend buying hamsters here, especially with Covid regulations at PetSmart and Petco not allowing any handling (from potential costumers or employees! Insane!). And I dont trust hamsters from big chain pet shops because they directly come from mass breeding mills which can not only breed sick hamsters, but some of those diseases and sicknesses can be transferable! Yuck! Please do your research, however, if youre looking into buying a hamster in general, because lack of specific and proper care is the root of many hamster issues!

The store is well stocked but the two cashier ladies are not friendly at all. Every time I have to go get horse feed I cringe. They have such a bad attitude that it makes me not want to give them business. They act like I am bothering them. Theres no friendliness or small talk. Fluegels is the closest feed store to my work though so I will have to struggle through. The guys at the loading dock are super nice though. 😊

As recommended by a friend, I purchased a Sport dog training collar here($150.00). I have tried multiple different collars on my dog, and non of them seem to work well, so I double checked with the sales associate to make sure I would be able to return the item (even though it would be open) if it didn’t work out for me. He assured me that as long as it was within 30 days of purchasing, I would be able to return it. The collar did not work to my liking, so I went back and tried to return it. I was met with attitude and told that because it was open, I couldn’t return it. I told them that someone had assured me that I could return it after opening, and that was the only reason I bought it from their store vs amazon or someplace else. They refused to let me return it, and weren’t helpful in the least. Now I am out $150 during a pandemic because I was LIED TO. I’m all about supporting small businesses, but lying to customers and not honoring a promised return is just bad business practice. Please don’t shop here, you’ll regret it.

I have been going to this store for more than 30 years. Great staff, products and prices. On Saturday May 11, 2019 I went to purchase 3-4 pounds each of Dutch Clover and the Pink Clover. I told the staff what I wanted and they pointed to the shelves on the left hand side of the store. The pink clover container was empty and there were no bags. The Dutch clover was almost full. There was no scoop, scale or bags. I asked another employee if there were any bags, but she was more interested in unloading product than she was at helping me. I found plastic 1 quart bags by the grass seed which would never hold 6-8 pounds of clover. I asked another employee, who I believe was the supervisor...I have a question, she walked by and stated she was going to be helping someone else in a less than friendly way. When I saw her doing something other than helping another person, I walked out. So disappointing. I hope this was just a bad day at Fluegels.

Fluegels is great, and I dont even know all of what they sell. We buy bird feed and feeders, and have bought natural crab grass preventer, etc.You can buy horse, rabbit, etc feed, dont know if you can buy elephant feed, but I wouldnt be surprised.

Very nice, i came here when i was very young. I liked what it looked like then and wish i had a camera then to take a few pictures of the inside, yet that was all the way back in 2005

They have a most excellent array of food, housing, feeders, etc. for our wild feathered friends as well as other furry creatures that pass through.They also have fun gifts along with garden and pet stuff.One stop shopping. A very pleasant place to go for many of your needs.

The workers here are so friendly. I have been here many times to get pumpkins for Halloween, outdoor gifts for family, and just to visit the rescue cats. They have everything you would need from a regular pet store (except prescription diets) and more. They have reptiles, cats, hamsters and rabbits for sale. Plus supplies for horses and dogs. Its a one stop shop for everything.

So helpful buying our rabbit today! We had a great gal, wish I remembered her name, she walked around with us and helped us pick all necessary supplies and offered to help my daughter carry everything. Great experience!!!

Fluegels has an excellent selection of dog foods, treats, but so much more at great prices.Ive never seen such a vast selection of bird feeders and bird feed. Oh yes, and lots more to see. Nasty and rude is the way to describe Fluegels. They have extremely poor customer service, hire kids who act like they run the store, and they have business caring for the cats-the cat shack is a joke while letting in little kids who beat on them, the adoption process for them is a rip off and over 95% the csts are out of food and water. Please tell me why they are still in business?

This place is AMAZING. I love how they have a little living room for the shelter cats. You can see how they are in a home environment. And they are not in a sad little cage like everywhere else.

I had called about getting unpackaged seed potatoes and was told they had them. When I got there all I found were packaged which would be way too many. I asked and was told they dont have any. I told her I had called and there were. She took a big breath and took me to an area were there were singles. Maybe it wasnt her happy day. Well, month later all my Yukon Gold potatoes didnt come up. All the Russet came up. So I called and talked to a manager Casey and told her and she said no one else had a problem with them. Pause. So, I said thats it? She said let me get your name and number and I will call you if anyone else had a problem with them! Wow.I think I will take my business else where.
