We just moved to the area and were having a heck of a time finding a good fit for our new nail spa. I tried this one on a whim and it’s absolutely perfect! They took such good care of me- I wasn’t rushed or pressured into anything I didn’t want. It was clean, peaceful and relaxing.. and respectful!! I feel very lucky to have found them. I will definitely be back.

Owner run business very good attention to detail. Relaxing serene atmosphere and music. They take the time to do the job right and never rush you. Extremely clean. My dip nails look amazing and last 2-3 weeks! Quality quality quality!!!

I walked in at 415p on a Wednesday afternoon and was immediately helped. I was seated for my gel pedicure and promptly started! It was amazing! The shop was clean and the owners were present and chatting with staff and customers. Great atmosphere and wonderful experience! Thank you so much orchid nails!

Came in on a Wednesday around noon. Called ahead to check on wait times and was told 5 minutes, showed up about 10 minutes later and was able to sit right down. Pedicure was efficient and what I needed for the lunch hour and $30. Salon is clean and relaxing vibes. They accept credit cards for payment & tip. Will be back!

Excellent service . They do not pester the customers so at the end of the service you don’t have any extra surprise charge. Peaceful environment! If you want a pedicure and manicure while you enjoy some peace and quiet … do check them out ! Owners are the sweetest

Amazing salon, I called ahead for an appointment and got in very shortly after. Awesome staff, very attentive and helpful. My 11 year old niece and I came in for her first set of acrylic nails and they made the experience so great! I highly recommend them.

First time going here and it’s amazing! I got a basic pedicure- the foot massage was great and the polish looks wonderful! Will definitely be coming back! 🤩

Visited the Orchid Spa for the first time a few days ago and had a great experience. The staff was friendly. The service was clean and professional!

They did an amazing job! I had a set of acrylics removed and a new set applied and they did a very good job of shaping my nails into the shape I wanted and making sure they were comfortable! Very affordable too!

Love this place. I drive almost 40 minutes to do my nails 💅 here.. Ask for BI (promouned Bee) shes the best .. very clean, covid safe, very reasonable pricing.. due to the pandemic appointments are required... but thats everywhere.. lots of parking & starbucks in same shopping center so grab some coffee and go pamper yourself!!!

Please stay away from this place. I usually take my 10 yr old daughter to this nail salon but yesterday I was very disappointed with their service and price.I was charged $60 for gel manicure & pedicure. First the woman told the guy to charge me $50 since my daughter was under 11, she then told him to charge me $60. I will never go back to this place.

I’ve been to this nail salon a couple times and they do a fine job with gel nails, but not dip nails. The gentleman doing my nails kept asking someone else questions because I’m pretty sure it was his first time doing dip nails. My dip nails are super thick and not the color I asked for. I thought the color would be different than the powder color, I guess not. He then sat a lady at the same station I was at without cleaning it or any of the tools.

Best gel manis Ive ever gotten! They can last up to 4-5 weeks without chipping or peeling. The staff is quick and kind, and the salon is clean.

The staff is very nice and friendly. However, the cost of gel polish is higher than most places. The basic gel pedicure is $45 which would be fine if the massages would be better. My massage was about 30 seconds per foot. Plus they charge $5 gel removal fee.

Got my nails done very quickly but that was the only decent about my experience. I left with so many cuts on my fingers from the nail machine that I didnt even want the lady touching my hands anymore She sanded so much that parts of my finger got taken off. Also rushed in painting my nails so it looks like a 5 year old did it. I loved going to this salon until this experience and I will probably never go back.

I am not satisfied when i do dip nails some technicians use the top coat that dries on its own without the UV light and some use the UV light. I have noticed when they use the UV light on my dip nail polish it does not last long. My nails have chipped couple times by Joe after the fourth day and I have gone back to fix them but why can’t they all just work the same way and use the proper coating for the dip powder nail polish!? I also don’t agree how some will give you the 10% off if you pay with cash and some will just charge you full price even though you are paying with cash. I don’t understand how I get the same service done each time and each time I pay different prices..... can you guys make up your mind and stick to one price and also advise your employees to be professional and use the proper nail polish/ coating for the dip color nails!! I will never go back again but at least the next person can have a better experience I hope!!

The girl who did my nails was very rude, she was very rough and cut me multiple times while filing, and full sets are usually $28 and she charged me $42. worst nail salon ive ever been too i do not recommend.

They strive to please. Clean salon, friendly staff. Cash discounts. Beautiful handiwork to customize pedis and manicures. Wont go anywhere else. Gel, dip or traditional, its long lasting and well done.

My normal go to nail place is currently relocating. So I gave them a shot. He did a great job. I wont think twice I will be going back. Nice people and great customer service.

They were extremely nice and made sure that there is no imperfections on your nails. The Atmophere in there is amazing too. This is my new go to place.

If you desire to leave with bloody burning finger nails then I highly recommend this place...*addition*- its been about 5 hours since I left the salon and the burning pain in my fingers from all the cuts is out of hand! I dont think any nail service should be this painful?....

I went to Orchid Nails the other week and loved it! It was $35 for a mani-pedi combo. It was the best pedicure I ever received. This is my new spot!

Great service, prices and staff! The last gel manicure I got here lasted over 2 weeks.

I would not recommend this place. While getting my nails done, the stylist cut my cuticles too close, causing me to pull away in pain. Then cut one nail way too short causing me uncomfort and pain two days after I had it done. Not very clean either. Wont go back.
