I made an appointment for 10 am for my sisters my mom and I. I asked for the last picture and this is what they gave me. I told them multiple times the nails weren’t done properly and they did not care. They made my sisters wait outside for 40 minutes even though we made an appointment. She didn’t clean our cuticles at all and charged us $60 for this. Horrible service last time I came here 2 months ago before this incident and same thing I waited 30 minutes even though I had an appointment and the lady who did my toes made fun of them and continue to laugh at them.Would not recommend coming here at all. Overcharged, horrible service, terrible art work, and won’t stick to appointment and are extremely rude.

I’ve given this salon a couple of chances, the nails are okay.. what ever happened to getting the cuticle cleaned up so the acrylics look clean? It’s just so hard to find a nail tech that actually cares for the quality of the nails, most salons just want as many customers as possible.I recently went to get an acrylic fill and got charged $47 when a new set cost me $52. For that price I would’ve just waited until they fell off and got a new set. I honestly thought a fill would be cheaper. This place is def OVERPRICED. I took a picture of the breakdown and the logic of the receipt of the “add ons” had her explain to me because I was so confused as to why I was being charged as much as I was for a freaking fill!! The break down is hilariously angering. So the fill is $20 but to take off the previous gel costs $5, the nail was outgrown which made my nails longer than I wanted so that’s another $10 to file the nail shorter and lastly but not least $12 extra to add the gel and do a “design”Last time I checked, a French tip isn’t a design? You are using less gel polish but charging me more?UGGGH. I just want to find a good nail tech in this area 🥲 I’ve been living here for a few years and no luck. Everyone either sucks at their job or are just plain money hungry, add this, plus this, extra this $$$.Also beware of the floor manager, she comes around and rushes the techs if they are taking too long or will tell them to charge extra for everything and even up sale you on things you don’t want.

I really recommend Tiffany! She was really sweet and took her time making my nails perfect and made time to talk to me and understand what I wanted and explaining everything. It’s pricey but the staff was very sweet and friendly!

My favorite nail shop! Ive been going here consistently for over 2yrs and before covid I was going every two weeks for pedicures. Johanna is my favorite and shes really sweet. We are always greeted kindly, its fun being a regular somewhere.

They are amazing.They do manicures snd pedicures very well. They waxed my back an buttock so fast and gentle.Price is good.

I was accepted as a walk-in. They did the Covid screen, fever check I passed and then asked me to wait outside. After the customer that checked in after me was taken inside, I waited a few minutes longer before I walked back in. I thought maybe they forgot about me. Instead of apologizing, after I waited for almost 30 minutes.. they asked if I could come back TOMORROW! I had just had my mani pedi done last week and only needed a brow wax. I guess that wasnt big money enough but they should have just said so.

First time ever going for a pedicure in my life and may be the last because of this place. The girl wasnt paying attention and cut deep into the side of my foot with a filer. She was going super hard and not paying attention. Its been over 3 weeks and its still not healed all the way. Im sure Ill have a scar from it. I wont ever go back and would never recommend anyone to go there unless you want them to inflict pain on you

Found this place when I moved to California and its my regular spot for manicures now. Ive had my nails done by someone different nearly every time and they all do a great job. I rarely have to wait long when I walk in on the weekends which is also a plus.

I wanted to try to a new salon near home, since I recently moved! The technicians were not very friendly! It felt like it was a bother for them to get any customers. I felt that way when I walked in and noticed it when others were walking in as well! I had dropped the massage remote, by accident, and the technician next to me gave a dirty look. I apologized but she was not happy! I wore sandals, so obviously my nail polish wouldn’t chip or get ruined. By the time I got to my car, two of my nails were chipped and they were not cut evenly! I felt as they overcharged as well! Was not happy on how they treated customers and will not be returning!

I been coming here for a couple months now. My favorite nail technician is Paula she is so patient when I need her to fix something. MY did my pedicure also great technician.

I went to get my nails done four days later three of them broke off my toes was painted also and the paint chip before the first day I was totally disappointed paid $110 for feet and nails to get done with a $20 tip which ended up being 130 spent all together total dissatisfaction will never go there again

Never again. Didnt like my nails, they couldnt do lace like I had asked on the phone but they told me they did thats why I went, my nails werent even an almond shaped, and my moms nails were horrible! The designs looked like my little sister drew them, some nails were sharp from the edges, nails not buffed enough she had scratched up nails from the electric filer. & both of our nails were messy from the acrylic. Our nails started turning yellow a couple of days after. I heard it was a good place but after my experience Im never going back there. For the ladies working there, if the customer asks you for a specific design & youre not able to do it, let them know ahead of time that you cant do it & not start doing their nails & last minute say we cant do that on you. Or if they ask for just that design dont try to add extra stuff & tell them extra $$ more, if thats not what they want. & dont get up & try to do something else when youre still working on your customer. Dont rush through things to get another customer. Do things Right & CLEAN! By the way to the store, Add more nail polish colors because you dont have many to choose from.

The employees were so nice and the lady did a wonderful job. The foot massage she gave me was great too. And another lady did my boyfriends toes and was amazing too

Went in for a fill and asked the tech to shorten my nails she gave me a dirty look and charged me extra to shorten my nails. She also used the drill and filed my cuticle which hurt and I now have some kind of residue all over my fingers.

Best experience i have had yet!!!!! best prices, awesome customer service!! i come in here all the time and am so pleased with the service!! THANK YOU SO MUCH PEARL NAILS!! Conveniently located in the Target Plaza. I made a grooming appointment for my dog at PetSmart for the afternoon and decided to make myself a mani/pedi appointment for the same time. A gel manicure was $19, $3 for French tip, $6 for the gradient/ombre nails I decided to try, and my regular pedicure was $9. I was seated right away for my appointment! Lisa was my manicurist and Tony.. Toni(?) was my pedicurist. Both were very great ladies. I was finished within an hour. I will definitely be coming back. Be sure to make an appointment beforehand so you dont get stuck waiting over an hour. It was pretty packed.

It was all going well until I asked for a design. She couldn’t do the design I wanted so I made it simpler. I asked for a heart but it came out all messed up and uneven!!

By far the worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. Within 1 week of getting a new set done 4 of them had broken went back 5 different times in one week because they all kept breaking the same way right past the natural nail. Finally on the final time I went back they put acrylic underneath my nail onto my natural nail as well so when they started to break shortly afterwards my real nail would break in half with it which is extremely painful. Very rude staff not friendly at all they all seem to hate their job.

Theyve moved to the new location! Its now a few stores down from where it used to be. Instead of in the corner of the building, they are half way to the Indian restaurant near the BofA atm. The new location is bigger with 8 spa chairs, 11 mani stations & a bigger private room for waxing. Love the new space. Its very inviting & looks very clean. The only thing is, it still gets cramped with all the customers.They now only provide spa Pedi services, no more regular pedis at the mani station. I like the spa chairs for the massage aspect & overall comfort.The nail techs are the same people that provide the great service & quality of work. Everyone is wonderful. Ive only had 1 bad experience but they immediately rectified the situation. I always make appointments with my fave ladies & we have the best time chatting & they are so detail oriented and take their time to make sure you have a great experience! They get really busy, so I highly recommend making an appointment.They have many color choices as they carry most brands including Essie, OPI & DND (matching gel & polish colors).The parking in the plaza can get very full as they share the lot with many other retailers including Starbucks, Jamba Juice, Target, Wing Stop & The Habit. However, its also great to have all these when you have to run errands or waiting for your appointment.Definitely recommended.

Nails broke after a week of having them, the girl I had was kinda rude n would give me dirty looks when doing my nails . way too over priced for cheap nails . pedicure was the only thing that was somewhat decent .
