Good car rental, Staff there are very friendly, efficient, knowledgeable especially that attractive young lady Annie, and also Throy and John...I borrowed a GPS cable from them with no extra Charges. Can also returned car 1 hour late with no issues. ..Next time if I will visit Monterey Park.. sure to rent from them again..

Car in bad quality, ~ 50k mileage,some cars have electrical & mechanical issues. service OK. they prefer to charge minor scratches. be careful to identify every small scratches when you pick their cars.
