Prices may be cheap, but the customer service is top notch!I needed help with my unit today and Drew was such a pleasure to speak with and made helping me pay for my unit over the phone a breeze.Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a storage unit in the area.

Personally, I would definitely recommend this storage especially the parking rates are amazing!! Storage fees is lower than public storage!! Great security, there is a watchman man on premises. Great for big vehicle parking in the back.Special thanks to Michele Nguyen, she’s great and extremely responsive in regards to my account, and I really appreciate the consistent communication.Would definitely be back to all my storage needs and food truck parking. Came here to pick up a Uhaul truck with a friend. Place looked adequate and clean. If youre renting a Uhaul for a day, you can park in the gated parking lot. Not necessary for this location, but good to know your car will be safe when you return. Knocked off a star because they never pick up their phones.

Rented a Uhaul over the weekend. Used it for about 50 miles max.. then they claim that I drove it for 125 miles. This company is horrible

We have an RV here and the service sucks. Due to timing, my husband gets out of work at 5 coming from Ontario and goes directly to this place he had a hard time getting the RV out of the space we rent because this HUGE boat is taking our space by passing our line, so my husband takes longer than usual to get our RV out due to tight space, so we are still there after 7...this guy comes and says why are we here? and we try to explain that we were here before 7 however; this HUGE boat is making it difficult to get our RV and he doesnt really care he just gives us attitude...Now is another day getting closer memorial weekend but just to think we have to go through that hassle of taking out the trailer from that tight space again It is not worth the STRESS so we just went really quick and take out some camping gear out of the trailer...but yet we still have to move the trailer forward to open the door cause not even a 5 yeas old would fit through that space...and by this time it was 7:06p.m and he came to tell us that next time we are there he will have to charge us $60.00 for being there after hours...REALLY??? what a jerk...I think as soon as I find another storage place...we will be OUT...and we will be happy campers again

I have been storing my personal belongings at this facility for several years. I have never had any problems. The staff is curteous all the time. Edwin specially has excellent customer service skills. He is professional, goes the extra mile to help you. He is an asset to this company. Good prices too. I do recommend this place.

The worst experience you could ever imagine trying to store a vehicle. They want your first born! Title, ID, a photo of you, your social, credit card, insurance& registration(I understand those two) All this info and they have the camera on their own computer blocked because clearly they dont have secure computers. Great if I wanted to have my identify stolen that bad I would just give it away. DONT RENT HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION BEING SECURE.

I was highly impressed by how the Staff, kept its word 100% on the price that I was given over the telephone especially since I was driving from Los Angeles, during rush traffic. It was well worth the drive. A guy named Edwin, went beyond the extra mile to give me excellent service. I felt like he and Stor-Mor, really cared.

This is the nearest facility that has parking space and i would definitely recommend this location. There have security cameras all around the facility and it is very well maintain.Ask for Miichele Nuguyen shes very help full

This is definitely the best of its kind in sgv, very convenient location, nice staff, open 727 everyday and you can book uhaul in advance to make it simple for you, remember to call in first though. Ive been with Stor-Mor for about ten years, and have not ever had any problems.The staff is always friendly. The stroage is kept clean and bug free. Prices are very good.I have told friends about it and they have a unit there too. So if you want a clean safe place to store your stuff go to Stor-Mor Rosemead.......
