Had to do one of all our favorite things this week...get some new tires for the car while hoping to find a good price somewhere.Yelp to the rescue again. Initially contacted another tire shop for a quote but American Tire got back to me first. They messaged me on Yelp really quick, like within 10 min of my quote request.I did wait to hear back from some other quotes but American Tire was definitely competitively priced & so I made an appointment for the day after next.When I got there I let them know I had an appointment & after they looked at my tires, they let me know Id most likely need an alignment. I already knew this but I did end up spending more than I planned because an alignment was not included in the initial quote I was given. Not the fault of the business through since the job was detailed in the quote I was given while messaging in Yelp & I missed that an alignment was not there.The guy told me my car would take about 1.5 hrs & it probably took 1 hr 15 min max. I think most of us feel like we always end up being told at these places we need more stuff done on our car & we have to spend more. This was not the case here. No pressure.They are located right on on the corner of Rosemead & Marshall, across the street from the Target Plaza. Parking is very easy since they have their own park lot.The interior is quite spacious, has A/C & some chairs for those of you will have to wait for your car like I did. Pretty much all you need in this scenario.

I always use this shop for replacing tires.Currently under pandemic and short handed, but they try to keep us happy. Very reliable.

Wow, I arrived there early morning. I asked if I needed an appointment to buy tires and have them put on. Gentleman said no would you like to have them put on now. I had four new tires put on an oil change balancing and alignment in an hour. Fast, friendly and efficient staff. They were great thank you American tire Depot

Got buy 3 get 1 free promo from their website. Once I get there, the guy said that the promo was not for the tires i bought from their own website. the company website gave me the buy 3 get 1 free (30th anniversary promo). I didnt ask for it. The site calculated by itself! Anyway, they HONORED the deal though. But kind of sucks letting the customer know that the promo doesnt cover the tires bought from their own website with the deal automatically included. Whats the point of letting the customers know? It took them about an hour and a half to put a set of four tires. Thats reasonably Fast. Thanks anyway.

Great experience!. Yeah I was going to go to a small mom & pop shop. But I decided to give this place a shot. I gotta say, really good customer service. Albert (Im assuming is a manager) was very professional, and knowledgeable, he clearly knew what he was doing. Actually saved me money getting my 1 front tire here. And I got warranty with it as well. I can say for sure, I got a better price here than in some smaller local places, and got the pro service at probably a better price as well!.

Bought a set of 4 tires last year on Sept. Just came back to LA from SF. On my way, something punctured my tire. I changed the spare and went to Tire Depot. They fixed it and I was out of there! I am glad I bought my tires there. Virtually worry free!

Staff was helpful and I got my tire patched for free when they didn’t have my tire size. Would definitely recommend!

The manager David personally picked up the phone and was really polite and helpful in answering my questions. I’m visiting from out of town and was lucky that it wasn’t busy so I was in and out in 30 minutes. I explained to David that I had a bad experience at another location where they damaged my wheels and gave me a hard time about fixing their mistakes. David took the time to explain to me that his staff torques each lug bolt to factory specifications and assured me that there wouldn’t be any damage done to my wheels. I highly recommend visiting this location if you’re in the area.

One of my tires blew out and I already needed tires so came to American Tire Depot. The tires I originally saw online unfortunately were not in stock but Albert was able to find similar tires and made sure to stay within my budget. Albert was extremely helpful! He said my car would be ready by noon and called me at 11:50am that my car was ready.I was very happy with my experience. If you can, have Albert help you. He made my experience here a good one and I will definitely bring my other car here when it’s time for new tires!

The first time I went to this store because I heard it was free to fix a tire. When I got there, I regretted it. The manager in the front was very bad and indifferent. When I told him the location of the nails, he said that they could not repair it! Is this free tire repair? Obviously, they do not want to provide services, even if it is not free, they can also tell me how much! Because I have already confirmed that it can be repaired by dealer, finally, I finished repairing the tire in Costco. I can only say that this experience made me realize the difference between this store and Costco, and I would not come back anytime.

Awesome great communication skills with the employees. I will not bring my car there again. They charged me a $100.00 hundred dollars .The credit card machine was down,I had to go across the street to an ATM and withdraw. Never the less they did not fix my car like they said they did. They had my car for 5 hours and didn’t do nothing. I left and had to travel a great distance and took it to the same repair shop in another city, the advisor informed no work was performed so at this ATD he fixed the item and was shocked and I showed him the work that was supposedly performed..Never again in Rosemead CA… I have all paperwork relating to the service..

Yesterday I made an appointment for service to my car at 10:00 am on Saturday, October 24, 2020. I arrived at 10 am and the branch manager Mr. Albert immediately attended me and told me that it should be ready within 1 hour. So I told I will wait in the waiting area. I was on my iPhone listening to my favorite Spotify songs and doing a company questionnaire. Well, I got surprised that my car service was done before the hour. I told Mr. Albert because he has taken care of my car in 3 occasions and as loyal customer that I am. I came back now that I live 14 miles away from the store. So I highly recommend to whom is reading this review that to try American Tires Depot in Rosemead and please ask for Mr. Albert. He is honest employee and never try to charge you a service that your car may not need. I will come back again.

I went in to get 4 tires. I was given a price of under 400 dollars a tire. That included balance, disposal, etc. I came back and was told they had a deal. Buy 3 tires get one free. I told the person I’ll just buy 2 tires for the front. He quoted me under 200 dollars. That’s still 100 dollars a tire. Right? So 3 tires should be 300 dollars and one free. Right? At the end I got 4 tires for 350. I’m happy with the work but base on principle, I believe I should’ve gotten 4 tires for 300 dollars. Buy 3 tires get one free.

This is where I go get workd done with my car. These guys are fair and do a good job. Never feel like they are doing me wrong. I trust these guys.

Switch and bait scheme. When for 29.99 oil change coupon and out with 54.99. When in for tire repair and said tire is no good and want me to purchase one. I still ask for a repair they send me rosemead tire. Another joke. $15 repair from an used tire store. I will not go to either one and definitely not recommend them as well.

Tired pressure low alert light shows up on my dashboard again after pumping air 2 weeks ago, called them, they said I dont need to pay for checking and repair, if need replacement, they will quote me. It turns out I got a nail in one of the tire, and they fixed for free. I gave the guy Franado couple dollars for tips and left. I never know and dont believed I DONT need to pay for repair before, thank you!

Great prices and they never try to sell you things you dont need or dont want. They give you what you want at a reasonable price. They are also very honest, if there is something wrong with your car they will take you to your car and physically show you what is wrong with it. After showing you they dont try to pressure you into getting repairs and leave the decision up to the owner.

I was helped by Albert. Amazing customer service, easy to talk to, answered all the questions and concerns that i have, very patient helping me out with the specific tires that I want.Make sure you guys make time because there could be cars lined up for the alignment (which you guys should do everytime you get new tires). Im patient to wait two hours but other people might not.

Spoke with Albert over the phone regarding a set of tires and he was able to give me a great price on a new set of tires I needed! Real good group of guys working there, got me in and out in no time with a car feeling brand new off the assembly line no cap. First time here.Hard to find a respectable place and is straight forward and not pushy with their sales. Came to get 2 new fronts, but was pointed out my rear tires had cupped tire wear. Was recommended to replace all four, but i didnt have the funds for all. So I declined. I was offered their 3 year alignment plan for about $150 and i also turned it down. Still cost to have alignment for one time at $100. No problem. Was told my car will be ready in about an hour. Thats how i like to do business and thats why ill repeat with this company.For those interested, total cost was about $350 out the door.

I was really impressed with my experience today at the American Tire Depot - Rosemead. I appreciated the honesty of Albert with time it would take to get my tires replaced, and aligned, to getting me the best deal (even better than Costco), was truly well worth my first visit here. He and his team have earned my trust.

I brought my car in because my tire pressure light came on. So i thought i might have a nail. They raised my car and looked at my tires for 2 minutes. Just look and nothing else. The manager in the front informed me that i need 4 new tires. 4 new tires???? I had just replace 2 of the tires 6 months ago. Which i told the gentleman in the front. Then he replied, ok then 2 tires. WTH you trying to rip me off?? I just left and went to Tire Central. They repaired my tire with no tricks of trying to rip me off.

I searched for a good deal on tires and no other store came close. I even shipped around for used tires and was getting quotes of 40 to 60 bucks a tire...USED! I called American Tire Depot in Rosemead . Albert, the manager got me all 4 tires, balanced, mounted, and installed, for under $300. I also purchased road hazard protection and alignment and even got a deal on that. Albert is the go to guy on your under carriage needs! Thanks Albert!!

Do not go to this place. They will rip you off. I came in because of a noise when I step on my brake and the guy straight out told me itll be $900 without even checking first whats wrong with my car. I told him no its ok, then he asked me how much I can afford, then he offered me no tax. I agreed and ended up paying $600 and the problem was never fixed. I went to my car dealership and they fixed the problem for only $255. I figured Id contact the district manager of this place before leaving a review here, but its almost a month and I never heard back from him.

It was my first time visiting this location/company for auto repair, and from start to finish it was a smooth transaction. Good customer service and good quality thus far. Definitely left a good impression to where Id give this company my business again.

I went there because one of my tires was leaking, and the guy took out the nail after check it out. However, after I drove home, this tire is flat now. I understand its free service if the tire is repairable, but how come you guys never double-check to see if its still leaking after finish fixing it? All you need to do is put some water on the spot, and you should know this better. Also, the guy was rude when I try to ask some questions with social distancing. Ill never go back again.

I. Have all my automotive work done there. Tires included, on both my cars, and carry their card in my wallet for emergencies.

This place has the worst service of any tire place I have ever been. Major attitude when asking for a quote on tires from this David person. Also quoted me $600 to replace 2 front tires. I called Zoom tires in El Monte and got another quote for $370. So this place is a RIPOFF. Also this place should change their name to American Attitude Depot.

Ive been coming here for my tires and have referred them to my family whenever they needed tires. The guys there are very friendly and very helpful. I know that when I leave my car there for anything that its in good hands!

People are nice here I hated that I have to write this review, I brought the car to change wheels that I bought. Didn’t bought anything from them. This cost me 300$. Including alignment and balance wheels and took out tire from original wheels. I appreciate that they bring wheels and car back to my house. Big alarm here is that all four wheels is bent, don’t know either it like that or what is going. They didn’t tell me anything about this, when I told person there he even ask me to change the tire, which is not even going to solve problem. This frustrated me, luckily other man told me that I can bring back the wheels to redo the alignment and balance, in condition that they have no idea that wheels are bent!! I brought my car to other place and then I found that all four wheels is bent. Problem is here. I wasted money and time. The reason why I’m writing this is because I really upset about this, and I hope this shouldn’t happen to other people.
