I received 11 new windows from Master Seal. They are absolutely beautiful. The installation went well and I am very pleased with this company. I also had a security door installed about a year ago and I love my door. Really makes me feel safe. I recommend Master Seal. Special shot out to Mr. Lambert and the office staff.

I had the builder grade garage entry door replaced by Master Seal. The price was well worth it. As they say, you get what you pay for. They recommended an AMI door with magnetic seals and the door is excellent! I love my new door and I cant believe it took me so long to replace it! Ron Behr did the installation and he was fantastic - very professional and detailed to get the door just right. When my new sliders come in, Ron will be installing these too. I cant wait! I highly recommend Master Seal.

We interviewed a few companies before making the decision to go with Master Seal. The project involved replacing our sliding patio door and security door. The salespersons were both courteous and professional in their presentation. They got the job because they actually listened to what we needed, asked questions when unsure or wanted there to be no ambiguities between what was requested and how the contract was written. On top of that, they visited the site, measured, explained what was required to complete the project then listened to our questions, answered them expertly to seal the deal. Our project was scheduled on a Thursday but to our surprise we got the call on Wednesday. Mr. Lee Behr arrived and immediately went to work. His professionalism and approach to the job is unmatched. I watched as he removed the old and installed the new, seems fairly routine huh? well, think again, this man actually critiqued his own work with every step, seemed never satisfied until everything came together and was properly fit and working perfectly. Needless to say, we are absolutely thrilled with our new patio doors. Thank you Master Seal, and thank you Mr. Lee Behr!! We will absolutely recommend this business to everyone!

Master Seal did a great job replacing a large broken glass window at a reasonable price. The entire process was seamless and great communication with us well during the process and the glass was installed as planned very professionally.

Great service. Great product. I had the Provio patio doors installed and it is airtight. Holds the AC in! Mr. Ron was great! Very pleasurable and cleaned up afterwards. Good conversation. This is my second door installed and will soon have the screen door installed as well. If you want a product that will last the lifetime of your house, Master seal is who you should call. My front door has been on for 13 years and not a problem with the locks, hinges or insulation.

I have read other negative reviews that they were not responsive and it took too long to get the doors. I was told Up front that it would be approximately 7 weeks to get the doors in. Why? because they are custom made to your specifications. This isnt going to home depot and selecting a door. when the doors were in, I was contacted for an installation date. Their product looks amazing and I happily would have spent the $8k per door (we needed two) had the General Manager not made an anti-semitic comment during his sales pitch. I addressed it and suggested he may not want to do that sort of thing in the future. Im really sad about this because the product looks amazing, but we dont support hate.

Ron Behr did a great job. He took great care to make certain every aspect was perfect. My house is very old and presents challenges whenever I have work done, but my new doors look wonderful.

We had a new patio sliding door installed today and it is gorgeous! Our old door was 35 years old, original to the house and had damage and rot. Ron Behr did the installation and he is definitely a master craftsman at his trade. The trim work and repair he did to the inside and outside of the door is amazing. My new steel door is beautiful includes two full side lites number #4 security level glass and brushed Satin nickel hardware. A storm door with retractable glass. Well built, Beautiful!!! Master seal measured twice installed once. Installers timely, courteous, precise, knowledgeable and meticulous. Nice home improvement energy conservation upgrade. Recently we replaced our front door and some windows in our house. We shopped around for a couple of weeks and finally settled on Master Seal Doors and Windows. The entire interaction we had with these folks from the sales to the installation was very smooth and affordable. I appreciated the time they took to assist us in choosing the doors and windows we wanted and not just trying to sell us the most expensive ones. Our entire experience with them was excellent and will work with them again on the next phase of our installation!

I recently had six windows installed and am very happy with the results. From start to finish, the process was smooth and quick. Considering most people have a lot going on in there lives it can be very frustrating when a vendor cancels/reschedules appointments or issues arise throughout the project. Thankfully, I did not experience any of this and for that reason I would highly recommend this company over others. I have had bad experience in the past with vendors therefore when I find a good one I feel its important to spread the word.

When the doors came in, Tony and his brother were my installers and were great. They took their time and ensured that all the doors were securely placed and worked properly even on 2 of the hottest days in July. I am loving my new doors.

Be careful if you are getting a fiberglass door with a wood stain. You choose from a very small sample. I hate my front door and Master Seal will do nothing to help. They won’t paint it. You’re stuck. I recommend a matte finish so you know what you’re getting.

Purchase of side door last year, it had been scratched during installation all they did was hand me a bottle of touch up and expected me to take care of it. I called today, to inquire about another door and was asked questions that seemed sexist like do you have anyone who is helping you with this decision? As if because I am female I must not be the homeowner or capable of making a decision about my own door? I cancelled the appointment. They had 2 chances, not wasting my time on a 3rd.

Had window bars put on our row home windows. Quality was great and just as expected and talked about. Nice paint job and installed securely. Ordering time and production takes awhile (8 weeks or so for us) but the end result is worth the piece of mind.

MasterSeal replaced my two security doors at the same time - my front door and my back door. The time between ordering the doors and installation was a little longer than I expected it would be, i.e., several weeks. While not a significant inconvenience, I assumed the lengthy wait was because they were busy manufacturing the doors, however, this may not be true. When the front door was manufactured, it was not built to align with the design of my existing wooden door that the security door sits in front of. Specifically, the lock rail on the MasterSeal security door (which is the area on the door that runs horizontally across the waist of the door, within which the door knob is set, and where the mail slot is located) sits ABOVE the lock rail on my wooden door (which also has a mail slot installed), making it look a little wonky. If it is important to you that the security door lock rail line up with the lock rail on your existing door, you need to discuss this with the sales person up front, before you place your order. IDK for sure whether or not they do custom designs to your specifications, but I assume that will add significantly to cost.The security doors MasterSeal installed are very heavy, are true security doors, and the locks and door knobs are very sturdy. They supplied two large, brass keys with each door. Installation included a heavy duty, pneumatic door-closer, which I hope holds up over time. It is somewhat difficult for me to get the key into the key hole, I think because the way this key and lock are designed, the lines in the key do not insert the same way as a Schlage lock, but IDK.It is also difficult for me to open this door, because the turning mechanism behind the door knob is tough (it takes added strength to turn the knob) and the door is extremely heavy. However, I appreciate they are heavy because they are security doors, meant to keep people out; I am only pointing this out for people who may be elderly or have disabilities.Several contractors who have been in and out of my house since the installation commented on the door hinges, which apparently are designed with some special brass lubrication mechanism, something I know nothing about. So you may want to ask about that because no one explained them to me, or how to oil the hinges.The sales person showed up on time, was kind, gave me his cell number for any future contact I needed to make, and answered the texts I sent to him after placing my order almost immediately, which was helpful because I have a lot going on right now with basement repairs and construction at the same time. I do think MasterSeal does need to implement some COVID-19 protections for both their sales people and their customers, however. My salesperson did not wear a mask and spoke at length inside my home, which I believe is not advisable by the CDC.The people at the office who I worked with for scheduling the installation, making some changes to the original order, and payment, promptly answered the phone each time I called, and were very kind, pleasant and nice to work with.The installer, Ron Behr, was also prompt, kind, pleasant, well-groomed, and professional. He went out of his way to remove a piece of hardware from my existing door for me, before hauling it away, he left no mess from his work, and was very easy to speak with. Ron also diligently checked to be sure the pneumatic door closer on each of the doors was calibrated correctly.The only negative about the installation process was the installation vehicle was not marked with anything related to MasterSeal, which I would have appreciated for my own feelings of safety (but I have absolutely ZERO complaints about Ron).I gave 4 stars instead of 5 to MasterSeal because of the un-aligned lock rail, which detracts from the view of the front of my house (which I would have liked to know about before placing my order) and the lack of COVID-19 protections for its employees despite an overabundance of information available about this.

Had an estimate scheduled for 5:30 tonight, I didnt hear anything from the sales rep till 6:15 tellingme he was still 20 minutes away. I told him dont bother coming by as I dont want to do business with a company that cant keep an appointment time. At this point he got an attitude with me telling me he has till 7pm to be there. I told him no he was to be there at 5:30, to which he replied I dont want the business anyway and hung up. Do yourself a favor and dont waste your time with this company

They are the worst. Dont go for that sale Buy one and get the second half off. I understand why. The quality of their doors arent good and the did a piss poor job installing my doors. My front full screen door keep slamming and pulling away from the frame . I was advised the door wasntvinstalled correctly. When you lock it instead of the lock locking forward it locks as if you are unlocking it. I am So furious every time I go in and out of my home. I dont have money to give to someone like this company. Im going to investigate legally and maybe have someone come out from the state if its not too late.

The GM arrived late after stating their was some grave accident. He walks in and steps on my plush rug with his shoes on. My experience felt like an experience at a used car auction. The GM quickly demonstrated his pitch and shortly after started writing numbers $2950, $1500, etc. The discussion was short he was just here for a check. Further discussion and an authentic sincere sales approach would have been suitable enough to close the deal. He closed with a threat to charge me an inflated price if I didn’t sign an invisible contract without proof of the details of our conversation nor price quotes within 24hrs. I was recommended this company from a friend and my experience has left me extremely dissatisfied.

I had 2 steely entry doors installed on the 19th if Aug 2019 Ron Behr was early and his workmanship was great and he was very professional in his work.

The General Manager called, said he finished a job early and his next appointment did not answer and asked if he could come early. I said yes, he arrived and showed me the features for their storm door. He gave me a book of the doors and said the price is according to style. He measured my door as I glanced through the book. There were no prices, so I asked how much. He told me $1750 is the lowest price, and then told me he could do it for $1,500. I mentioned that is very expensive. I stated that I may have to go with another company ( I gave him the name of the company and the amount). He sounded offended when he said are they going to give you all the features of this door, then immediately took the book from my hands, and said if you can get it for that price I would get in touch with them before the ether wears off. Then he had the nerve to say “you have my card if you decide to get it from us”. I will NEVER do business with them.

Front door quality ok, except had to wait 2 months for delivery and installation. Frame was poorly installed, and little bits and wedges of wood (and particle board??)stuffed into frame by installers is swelled from all the rain. Not only does door not close properly, as a result, after someone opened the door while I was away, the door swung open during a storm, and is now damaged. Not looking forward to the call to this company to have any repairs done. Door is only 1 year old. Also agree with other reviewers that customer service rep is very rude.

Not a good company. Buyer beware! I know reviews are usually from the disgruntled but do take this and others who say the same thing about this company seriously. I went through the normal process if requesting a price quote had an appointment . Then, the day before the appt, the salesman calls to cancel because I live too far and he only has one appt in my area. In other words selling doors to just one customer wasnt worth his time. I knew then that I shouldnt do business with them. But I got a letter in the mail from the VP, William Lambert, apologizing and offering to quote me himself with his discounted pricing. Ok, I gave it a try. The VP seemed nice enough and willing to make good on a bad experience so we agreed on a door and price, Signed a contract, both myself and the VP, and I made a Deposit. After cashing my deposit they sent someone to measure the door. Then the VP, William Lambert, calls me back to say they cant do the door at the price he quoted and they need $500 more dollars to do the job! What? I was very taken back by this obvious bait and switch tactic especially from a senior manager who signed my contract himself. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the process from the cancelled appointment to obvious price gouging. All he could say was sorry, well put your refund in the mail. So after about 6 weeks of trying to give masterseal a fair chance, broken promises, cashed deposits, they simply said well mail you a check and moved on. Imagine what couldve been if Id actually went with them and needed post installation support? I consider myself lucky. They messed up and Im not stuck with a bad company. Still waiting on my refund check.....

Spent a lot more money using Master Seal then going to local Home Depot or Lowes.Door is very nice but handle just broke. Called customer service to be told that we not only have to pay for the replacement hardware but for the service call.Way to back up your products Master Seal!Make sure to Never use you again!I will make a sure any one I know int erested in doors stays away from your business.

I just wrapped up an estimate with the GM and am very displeased with the experience. He walks over my carpet through the living room into my dining room without asking if he should take his shoes off, instructs me to turn on the light, and drops his bags on my dining room table.He takes one look at the front door (no measure) and one at the back door and scribbles a $3000 estimate for 2 storm doors on the back of a piece of paper. When I expressed concern about pricing, he started to pack up and said, ...thats all I can do, you should look at Home Depot.No clarity on what the pricing included, no room to budge on the estimate. No thanks from me. If you want my business, please be more empathetic and work with customers to offer solutions that fit needs and pricing. This type of sales approach may have worked with old Baltimore elites, but it sure doesnt resonate with me.

Do not go with them! They have poor customer service. The receptionist who make the appointments must not communicate with the installers or vise verse. I had to have both the day I got my door sized rescheduled and the day of installation rescheduled because the installers gave different times than the receptionist quotes me. The installers also came to my house a half hour earlier than quoted. Just bad customer service! Would never recommend this place or use them again.

Very unethical in my opinion. I needed 2 small wheels replaced on my sliding glass doors. They tried to sell me on new doors instead of the requested repair. The cost of the initial visit was supposed to be applied to subsequent visits. They reused the refund.

When you purchase with your hard earned moneya product/serive you expect it to be good for atleast some time. I purchased security doors from master seal and they seemed helpful and installed it in about 2 months time. Now after 1 year the quality of the doors is starting to show its true colors since the door knobs are falling off.After contacting master seal multiple times and them coming out to address the issue i was not pleased by the customer service i was offered namely Carroll (receptionint) who is extremely rude by hanging up/arguing/lying about how customers are handle and the technicians who initially installed the security doors and the technicians who know the product was not initially installed properly because i contacted Marks Lock to ask them about the compromise of the whole purpose of their products and Bill a customer service manager at MARKS LOCK guaranteed me that the installation was not properly done.Meanwhile the installation Manager at Master Seal pretends to give good service by making false promises that the issue will be taken care of i will never recommend anyone doing business with Master seal because of their lack of expertise in installation and below poor quality customer service, you are simply going to be screwed over in the SECURITY that you expect from the money you spend at this place.
